They are the worst company. They told me they would send me a receipt on my paid amount, and they never did, even after I called them 4 times in a period of 2 weeks. Their supervisor told me he would personally send me an email with the receipt at the end of today, and nothing. Absolutely nothing.

This is by far the worst collection agency I've ever dealt with. Poor. Poor, and poor.
