I have ordered an item at 7h22 on Wednesday morning, within 5 min after payment was done an order was created by Robert McGill and I was notified thereof. The item was dispatched the same day and I was notified by Beatrice of this as well as provided with a tracking number. Within 24 hours the package was delivered to me in Bloemfontein. Excellent service, was a pleasure doing business wit Sound X Perience.

Excellent service and very quick... Delivered to Durban the next day after ordering. Rose was extremely responsive, helpful and knowledgeable with recommendations and with after sales assistance.

I recently placed an order for a Yamaha Yas-209 Soundbar which I bought at a bargain and it was delivered within the prescribed 3-5 business days. I was impressed with the level of professionalism that was exhibited by the staff (i.e Beatrice & Robert McGill) that assisted me from the initial stage of purchase to the shipment stage.

One suggestion I have which I believe would be very help, is to include a section on their website where customers can be able to track their orders without having the need to send an email to the sales team to enquire on the status.

The worst service ever. After purchasing over R50k of sound equipment, I never heard from the salesman ever again. I had to contact him after sending the PoP. He only contacted me when the courier couldn t find me. After that, nothing. No enquirer in my experience, etc! Disappointing!!!!

Quickest delivery ever!

Rob and his Team met all our expectations, they were professional and everything ended up amazing. Unlike other cinema companies they worked with our budget which was less than what other companies would have taken on and delivered greatly. Businesses like SoundX Perience are gems. I saw the product advertised on Google, accessed the web site, placed my order, immediately received order confirmation. I received a phone call within a few hours to explain that my order will be packed, handed to a courier and be on its way for delivery within a few days.
