Solar Solutions coordinated the installation of both our solar panels and a new heating/air conditioning system. Staff was great, job done with care and our electric bills went from over $300 per month to $24.00.

Make sure you ask for a tri merge letter...may show up on your credit as a lean on your mortgage vs is being a lean on the equipment if you dont keep up on the payments. This is important when trying to apply for loans when verifying your credit.

The sales rep was willing to go above and beyond, and didn't try and promise me "pie in the sky" results. He asked for the opportunity to earn my business, he didn't ask for my business. He wanted me to get multiple quotes from his competitors so that he could then beat their quotes comparing "apples to apples". After the initial sale, he was easily contactable for follow up customer service questions. The process was simple, everything was through email and on their own platform, I didn't have to arrange anything. They took care of every detail and communicated clearly along the way. All in all, it was easy and now I am reaping the $$ benefits.

We obtained several bids on building and installing a residential solar net metering system and Solar Solution's bid was considerably under other bids for similar systems. They were also recommended by a neighbor who had a system installed by them some years ago. Solar Solutions use of Enphase solar equipment and software as well as Aptos solar panels are some of the best in the industry.

The quality of their installation was excellent, and very professional.
The install was delayed considerably due to a difficulty in obtaining the solar panels however their communication at times, I feel, could have been better concerning this. Once the panels arrived, they completed the install in three days. I should also mention that we live about 75 miles SW of Tucson.

They have indicated that there are still some software enhancements that show individual solar array production as well as consumptive metering in the Enphase app that still need to be implemented and I'm looking forward to these enhancements in the near future.

I am very happy with the system, and it seems to be performing flawlessly. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in southern AZ who are considering a solar installation.

I recently had solar installed in a residential home from solar solutions. The quality of work was top notch, I was hesitant at first for a first time buyer. However, during the process, there was no lack of communication, follow up or delivery which put my mind at ease. If your looking for solar make sure to give these guys a shot you won't be disappointed.

Thanks to Solar Solutions AZ for installing panels on my home. Everyone at this company has been very professional and timely, from the sales rep (Cole), to the project manager (Joe), and multiple helpful people in the office who helped schedule the inspections and get my payment on time. They worked with my HOA to get the approval and installed the panels without any hassle. They even moved the inverter at no additional cost because I was worried my HOA would have an issue with it where it was originally installed.

On March 10, 2017 my wife and I signed a contract with Solar Solution AZ to install a solar electric system on our home. A few weeks later we were contacted by a representative of the company letting us know that we needed a new roof. We signed a change order on April 17 with Solar Solution AZ agreeing to the additional cost of having the roof replaced. After several months of delays and excuses, the subcontracted roofing company showed up unannounced at 6:00 am on Monday, July 10th and began the removal of half of the existing roof. On Friday, July 14, the roofers shingled the roof and informed me that they were unable to complete the job because the roof vent that I had specified (in April) had to be special ordered and would not come in until sometime the following week. On the evening of Saturday, July 15th, we had a birthday party at the house for our son and it began to storm. We noticed water dripping from a light fixture in our kitchen, water staining on the ceiling in the living room, and a water stain on the garage ceiling. I immediately called our point of contact and Project Manager, Joe Stephani with Solar Solution AZ, to let him know that the roof which his company had subcontracted to be installed, was leaking. He proceeded to complain that I was calling him on his personal phone (which is the only contact number I was given for him) at 10:30 PM on a Saturday and that there was nothing that he could do. He told me that I should call the owners who were in Florida but would not give me their phone number.
As of today, Sunday, July 23; 13 days after the roof of our home was removed, we still have an incomplete roof. We have endured some of the wettest weather that Tucson has seen in years and neither Solar Solution AZ nor the roofing contractor have shown any urgency or concern in completing the job and protecting our home. During a particularly hard downpour today, I went outside to see that much of the felt paper covering the exposed peak of our roof is laying in a pile. Their only concern and reason for contacting me has been getting paid for a job that they have not completed. We are extremely frustrated and angry that a company would have such disregard for their customers; a company who, prides themselves on their number of satisfied customers and only advertises through word of mouth referrals. We are cautioning their potential customers, to avoid doing business with Solar Solution AZ and would urge all of you to share our story to help others avoid the experience that we have had. The representatives of Solar Solution AZ have made it abundantly clear that they are only concerned with profits, not the satisfaction of their customers. Their sheer disregard for the well-being of my home and family is deplorable.

Our sales person, Jose, was great! He was very patient with answering all of our questions, some of them several times. This is our second time going through Solar Solutions for solar. We got several quotes, and Solar Solutions was not only the best price, they were also the most transparent. They were never pushy, like many of the other companies were. I feel comfortable recommending them to family and friends.

Sun Solar Solutions by far was the best priced and best customer experience. Three other companies came prior and were priced fair but were offering low quality and poor customer ethics. Erik Salazar was there from day one until finish. He recommended what was right for our family and our solar future. Erik went the extra mile by giving us a solar powered backpack! I highly recommend Sun Solar Solutions and Erik Salazar for any solar projects.

We got three bids which were all comparable systems. Brandon our salesman helped us understand the differences in the systems. They matched the price of a lower quote. There was one small glitch. On the plans submitted for the permit was a lower trim piece which they do not install with the rack system they use. It wouldn't be a big deal if it was a commercial system but this is our home and aesthetics count. They did install a trim piece after We complained but Itn's not what was on the plans. The system is up and producing. Over all we are happy with the total experience. Plus we get a 25 year warranty on the total system which the other two bids did not have. Good job!

Seamless. They do all the leg work. Also what I like payment plans not everyone has a lot of money to pit put down on it, and they have a payment plan to fit everyone's budget.

Excellent service. However, arranged installment on my house roof which I learned was not recommended. Did not offer nor discuss off roof installment though I have 40 acres to use.

Great experience overall! A friend referred me to Solar Solution AZ because she also had an extremely positive experience.

First, the sales. I've been in IT sales for over 20 years, and though I hold very high standards in this area, I was very impressed with the entire process - and especially our rep, Cole. He is knowledgeable, responsive, helpful, friendly, and professional.

Second, the installation and tech. The design was a bit tricky, given our roof lines, roof material, and window locations, but we ended up with a fantastic result. Everyone was professional and clearly knew what they were doing. Inspections all went smoothly and we're now harnessing the power of the sun!

Put off taking this call for months. I actually enjoyed the call. Learned a lot about doing solar on my house. Well worth the time.

Terrible working practices. Fired me for not doing physical labor that i was not told in the interview when i was hired. Also they kept my paycheck and never paid me. Currently waiting to get paid still.

Our son and his wife researched all of the solar companies in Tucson and liked Cole and his presentation the most. They had solar panels installed and love them. They recommended Cole to us and we were impressed with his knowledge and decided to have Solar Solution install panels for us also. TEP recently turned them on and we are very pleased with the results. Even with shorter daylight hours now, we are seeing lots of solar energy being produced.

Excited to have my solar project underway. At this point I've lost count of how many solar pitches I've sat through after moving into our new home. Solar Solutions AZ was the only company that made us feel comfortable with the idea of solar.

We decided to pull the trigger on the project ONE freaking day after the announcement of Net Metering going away for TEP. Every OTHER company we sat with was ringing the phone non-stop with various tales of "Sign up now to secure Net Metering. Go! Go! Go!" and we were still relatively new to the idea of solar - so feeling rushed was a setback.

Brandon from Solar Solutions understood the issue with Net Metering and the swirl of misinformation and rumors being spread around on if we could or could not still get it. So instead of pressuring us to sign-up now now now he and his team decided to design us a system that would prepare us for the worst case scenario around Net Metering so we didn't feel any sort of pressure to sign up right away. That is what sold it for my wife (not to mention the amazing warranties that were offered). Just the fact that Solar Solutions knew we were walking into a large financial decision and didn't want us to feel rushed was the seller.

I hope anyone reading this review can feel safe knowing that this is a company that has your best interests at heart.

Communication was pretty good, someone was always in touch with me with what stage the install was in. It took a couple months from the start of the process to the finish but that was more due to the permits required. Solar Solutions take care of everything and you e-sign all forms. Installation looks professional.

09/22/2017, It would be nice if someone at SSAZ would answer the phone and return calls. Just tried calling and the call went to voice mail and the mailbox was full, additionally the person on the pre-recorded message didn t leave his name or the name of the company, so I don t even know if I contacted SSAZ. Called on September 13 and was told Jason would contact me, still waiting as of September 22.

I was just about to have a solar system installed by another company, when I remembered a friend who had solar installed on his home. I contacted him and discussed Solar Solutions Arizona (SSAZ). Everything we discussed about SSAZ was positive, from the presentation, to the product, installation, warranty, monitoring and financing. During our conversation I discovered that two other mutual friends have had a solar system installed by SSAZ. I contacted them and both are very pleased with SSAZ. I am currently in the process of having my system designed. SSAZ has made this experience painless. Can't wait to have this system installed and operational.

I had so many questions since I had only researched solar. Everyone was extremely helpful and answered all my questions throughly and in a timely manner. Austin and his team are all around great people and bring a transparent, education focused to ensuring solar the right investment for you and your home.

Very professional. I had some unique design requirements and they worked with me to get the design right. After installation I had a problem with a few optimizers and they quickly came out and replaced them to get me back to full production. Last year I had an issue with one of my inverters due to an installation quality control issue and they returned, fixed the inverter and corrected the installation issue. I have recommended SSAZ to a number of people and will continue to do so in the future.

Great price and installation however when it comes to communication and customer service they fell a bit short. Installation was flawless but within the contract it was stated Id receive a Google Nest and 6 months check to cover my first months payment of the system. Someone came to install the Google Nest and ended up taking 2 hours in which he called 2 supervisors and determined my thermostat wires werent compatible. I just needed a 2nd common wire installed. The installer then told me theyd send out their company electrician to possibly install it even at a charge which I was willing. A week later I get a check for $110. I was confused as I thought it was for the 6 months which was too low but when I called the lady said it was for the Google Nest....a $250 product which I got a $110 check for and not even the option to keep the Nest to hire an hvac company myself. I reached out many times to may salesman and it seem once they install and get their money they ignored or didnt care. Calling didn help either. I finally emailed a finance manager who handle my loan process who said hed bring it up to the company. A week later I had the check for the 6 months and remaining amount for the nest. Thought they did resolve and pay their dues, it was a pain to go outa my way constantly contacting them then hearing nothing for days. Good install but customer service needs work especially ially if I spending thousands of dollars

I spent time with the salesman and sales manager and asked a lot of questions, which they answered. However, they made representations about the system for my home and when the installer came to survey it, he took one look and said a system couldn't be installed. Since it was near the end of the year, we lost the chance to get a tax credit on another energy saving option. Additionally, before the installer came we were approved through the preferred company's financing, but when we switched to financing through our local credit union, the price dropped by $2000, which made me wonder if Solar Solutions is making more money off the financing than the product. This might explain the salesman not understanding the installation challenges for himself. Next time I would go with a company whose sales reps really understand the technology fully and can make a general assessment of the limits a given property poses. A disappointing experience.

UPDATE:
I'd like to address a few pieces of misleading information in the response to my review, below.

First - I did not have two solar companies reject my house previously. I had two estimates before yours. Your comment suggests that your salesman provided me full information about my project being an impossible one. He did not. He was fully informed that the meters were on a common wall - I showed him. He specifically told me, and called his supervisor in front of me to confirm, that I could get a sub-meter. He also said he used to be an installer and knew these things. There is a unit identical to mine nearby, and in a similar location, which has solar panels and a sub-meter. If, as you suggest, a townhouse complex that has each unit's meters on a common wall can't get panels, then why doesn't your salesman have training on this common issue?

Second - The salesman did not fully explain the finance charges that were so much higher with the financing company that is the company he defaulted to. What he did detail was that if we got him three leads that he could sit and give his sales presentation to, we would get $1000 off per lead. Once I contacted the credit union to get the loan through them, the total price went down thousands of dollars. You can call these "finance charges" if you want. That's fine, because that phrase really doesn't have a definition.

But the choice is between a lower total amount up front with credit union financing, or a higher amount from your default finance company, with a rebate if the customer provides leads. Customers should know that the credit union can save them thousands of dollars without subjecting friends and family to solar panel salesmen, who - while polite and professional - still needs a lot of training on the product. Does your salesman come with information from the credit union? Mine didn't. I had to research that myself. He made all his cost assumptions based on what appears to be your "preferred" lender, with a focus on getting leads. I have correspondence from your own finance officer to show the specific amount the estimate went down once credit union financing was in place and I would be happy to share it.

My original installer, pretty much had no clue about a combined battery installation. They could NOT get the battery profiles set to a most efficient setup. They also did not complete the install.

Solar Solutions monitoring crew know what they are doing and were able to set the battery profiles to the most efficient setup with the solar after I switched ownership to them. They even showed me how simple it was. (Point and click)

I don't understand how the other installers didn't get it.

I highly recommend Solar Solutions if you need somebody who knows how to work a solar/battery setup. They did a much better job.

I will use them in a few month's to add more panels later.

I received clear, concise and straight forward information from the beginning. Easy to reach and excellent customer service.

I have had a few problems along the way. The first month it was up, only some of the panels were registering power. There is supposed to be an app I can use to monitor the panels. 3 weeks after installation I called them to ask about it, they sent someone out, all the hardware wasn't installed to make the app work....a week or so later they bring it out and tell me that only some of the panels are registering. I still don't have the app, which they are supposed to walk me through how to set up and use. They said they would pay for my utilities in any month that the system was not functioning properly, now they say they will reimburse some money. I had to contact the salesman numerous times to get paperwork sent to me. They also said they would keep me posted along the process, mostly I had to call them. Now, I have my first solar loan payment and a utility bill due in the same month because, after 6 months, my system is still not working properly. I would be careful about using them. Seems like many promises made, few kept.

Solar Solution AZ provided me with the smoothest transition into the solar world. They were timely, knowledgable and have been in business for nearly a decade. I always try to support local businesses because they seem to care more and I love being able to refer my friends to my local "solar guy".

Very professional organization. Solar Solution is knowledgeable about solar net metering and billing and provided the information I needed to make my decision to proceed. Free estimate session was extremely informative. I chose SS over Solar City because they were very clear about exactly what products were being installed on my house. It was clearly a superior product, and was installed by people I could actually talk to.

I had bids done by 6 companies including Solar Solutions AZ. Solar Solutions AZ answered the phone and was the first company to visit and provide me with an estimate. They were #1 ranked in my research online and came out near the lowest cost of all the bids. I had heard good thing about them from friends so I signed a contract with them on 6/6/2019. They finished the install on 7/12/19. Just over 1 month from contract signing to complete install. Super happy with the workmanship and of course our almost non existent power bill! Now I can set the thermostats right where I want to and not worry about the bill! A big shout out and thank you to Solar Solutions AZ for their great customer service, high quality workmanship and smooth sailing from start to finish!

From the initial salesman, through his supervisor, through the financial manager and even the general manager, communications were excellent. Technical knowledge of all employees I had contact with was superb, from the salesman through the installers. Solar Solution AZ has stayed on their projected schedule. I can't imagine a better experience with a company. I fully suspect any issues or maintenance for the 30-year warrantee will be just as superb!

Pretty easy process to get the project going. We were kept updated through the entire process including permits and plans with Unisource and the County building department. Everything was handled seamlessly and we had no concerns that the project would move forward. The installation crew showed up this morning. Very professional crew. Can t wait to get the install done! I just finished a proposal with Cole and let me tell you if you are looking for Solar in Tucson, you need to call these guys. Others just tell you about the magic of solar and try to hit you with a price. Cole took the time to explain the process, the product and the service and address any concerns before moving to the investment. If you want a local company that sells American made solar systems, there is no other choice.

Our initial contact was with Alex. He walked us through a PowerPoint presentation that was very concise and easy to understand. Alex answered our many questions and made us feel very comfortable with our decision. He is very professional and represents his company well.

The next step was a visit from the Solar Solutions AZ electrician, Coz. He explained the process to us and talked with us about our current service and the impact of going solar. He s a great guy and ALWAYS answered his phone when we needed his expertise to respond to our questions. His dedication to his job and the company is very evident.

Our most recent Project Manager, Lainie, was also responsive and worked tirelessly with APS. APS did not make the process easy, but Lainie fought through and we are now generating our own electricity.

What was especially comforting was the fact that the owner, Robert, was also available when we had a question that Lainie could not answer. It s nice to know that the owner is on site and hands on when needed.

We can t possibly say enough good things about Larry s team that came in to install the system. They knew what they were doing and completed their part of the project efficiently and without any bother to us. Their work is impeccable.

All in all, we highly recommend Solar Solutions AZ. APS does not make the process easy and as previously mentioned, Solar Solutions AZ jumped through all of the hoops APS put in front of them and we all persevered.

I have had my system for a couple of years now and it works fine generally. What knocks the stars off for this company is that in their sales pitch they tout the after care but once there is an issue they are very slow to respond. They ran conduit over the top of the switch for my pool light and were so slow to respond that I hired an electrician to fix it and sent the bill. (To their credit, they paid up.) At one point my system was almost 6 weeks without production before I could get it fixed. The thing that prompted me to finally write this review is that five months ago I called to inquire about having a couple of panels moved so I could do home renovations and then possibly add a couple panels. After three phone calls and an email no one bothered to call me back. The dumb founded response from the guy on the phone today was the last straw. I no longer trust Solar Solutions as a company.

Very happy. I was a GC for more than a dozen years and I was impressed enough to try to use my computer for this. They treated me and family like a real person and the work on my home was inspected well. Ive already told my kids about solar solution and going to tell my neighbors too

The bid for my solar installation was not the least of the five companies that came out to speak with me, but the reviews I read and the professional way the install was described to me convinced me to go with Solar Solution AZ.

All the details were quickly and efficiently attended to by the engineers and the install was quicker than I expected. The crew was efficient, courteous, and hard-working, finishing the installation in one day. Cleanup was very good. The panels and electronics were inspected by TEP, and I was online in two days after the install. The monitoring app is very easy to use and understand.

They were extremely loud (shooting at each other, throwing stuff down from of the roof). They made a mess on my property without even asking if they could park in my yard.
I would not use them based on the behavior I observed.

We have had a good experience with the sales team, the office staff, and the solar system and the app that allows to follow the production of electricity. The only reason we did not rate the company with 5 stars is, we had to repair the roof. The roofing contractor found 17 drill type holes in the roof around the solar system. The roof was resurfaced about 2 weeks before we put on the solar system. We have had leaks in the roof after the system was installed and called the roofing contractor out to check the roof and that was when the 17 holes were discovered. The holes have required resealing. We have pictures of the holes found on the roof.

Very knowledgeable and professional. Quality work and equipment. I'm so glad I went solar!

I have mixed feelings, in the beginning at the sales it was very informative and I liked what I heard. From there it started falling apart slowly. On survey day we were wondering why they weren't here, we were told they didn't have fuel for their vehicle....just wow....so from there to installation we were on vacation. Returned, no update to status of install, had to wait for the power company, 2 weeks, to install their part of the meter. Well that couldn't get completed because the rain showers we had did something to the solar meter so had to wait for that to be replaced and then again for the power company to come out. Now here's the hard to swallow part, it was a week, I think, and I didn't have an app, or the information for it, so that I can monitor just like the company my solar generation. I had to call then and ask why, come to find out my paperwork wasn't receive bed by the right department, everything else turned on, put me on hold, found it and then had to wait 4 hours for that to get inputted so I can have app view of my investment. So now I have that. After a week (this is early Aug) monitoring, definitely one of my panels wasn't generating no where near the others so I though I had a dud panel, turns out it was shade by the roof of the entrance. Where was SSAZ monitoring of a new install to catch this panel? What happened to not see that on the survey or see it in the 3 or so days of install that they did? So that was reported in and now I wait. Since then on the return from vacation I took on water damage, all indications came to the install, but finally after repair action it came to be something else not tied to solar install. Now I need my panels reinstalled. Install date was , well this install was supposed to be yesterday but thanks to mother nature it was storming. I asked about the survey to move my panel, guess I'm still waiting on that! I returned a call today to see when this would happen. Well, GM will look into it. WHAT?!? I had to pay the "proposal" now to get an appointment a week out. Why did I have to move to the back of the line? Need money now, but customer has to wait a week due to no fault of my own. Not sure how that works.

The installation was on time and done perfectly.
Responses fro the company were prompt. Joe is great.
Have told many friends how good they are. A friend referred me to them.
Free electricity is great.

My wife and I were really wanting to put a 5 star for this company, but they did such a poor job at doing their job. The one star is only for Jose. He is the only reason for it not being a zero star. (if that was even possible).

Things that went wrong:
1. No one ever communicated when we would expect people on our roof, we would wake up in the morning and there would be people on our roof.
2. They initially attempted to install our solar panels on our neighbors roof.
3. When they finally got the house right, they installed our panels on the wrong side of roof.
4. They never realized it was wrong, I had to ask why my other neighbor down the street, who has the same roof as us and all the panels were placed on the opposite side
5. The inspection through Trico Electric wasn t passed and they continued to put the solar panels on our roof ahead of time.
6. When I was told the panel would be switched to the correct side, there was no communication to when this would happen and when I would receive my new plans for the solar panels.
7. Once the solar panels were installed on the correct side, one panel was underproducing and I was never kept in the loop with what the issue was and what would be done to fix it.
8. I had to go out of my way to contact people in solar solutions to figure out when things would get done and when we can expect people on our roof.
9. Finally the solar panels are on the correct side and producing what they should produce... after 3 months of poor communication and various mistakes.
10. I just received my third set of new plans after about 2-3 weeks of waiting for them.. and yet again they are wrong.

So whomever is reading this review please take into consideration all of these examples of how poorly the experience was with solar solutions. We are BIG on reviews and unfortunately the reviews on here did not reflect our experience. Later we realized that if you refer 2 people to the company AND write a good review you get a $ amount incentive. This makes a lot of sense on how they have such great reviews. We just couldn t lie on here or frankly refer anyone to this company and pretend it was an amazing experience.

I am very impressed with the entire team from Solar Solution AZ. The sales rep was very professional and knowledgeable on the system size and requirements I needed for my home. I was kept informed through each phase of the project and knew exactly what would be happening next. They were always available to answer any questions I had, and still do a month later after my solar panels have been installed. I looked around a few different companies before making my decision to go with Solar Solution AZ, and I'm glad I did. I have recommended them to a few of my friends, and will continue to do so. I was skeptical at first on getting solar panels installed on our home after purchasing but after going thru one summer of electricity bills, it just made sense to look into it. I had 3 companies provide quotes and present their products. Solar Solutions AZ stood out as the more professional company and came prepared with my homes history from TEP. They had the best warranty and followed thru on all promises. They worked around my HOA as they were nonresponsive and finished the project within the 90 days timeline provided. Highly recommend

Solar Solutions did an outstanding job. Very professional, organized, and kept me in the loop on each step with no surprises. The installation looks great, and I'm excited to be making my own electricity!

Much of what was stated to us during the sales presentation and document signing was false or misleading! We were made multiple promises that have not been met. The system is not producing sufficient energy to alleviate our dependence on tep and we will now be paying more for our over all electric then we were we were before getting solar. We purchased solar as a cost saving method based on what we were presented. It was a financial decision, not a "save the trees" decision. We were mislead(nice word for lied to)! We also were told we would get 30% of the full price back when we did our taxes and that we could use that money to "pay down" the loan before it re-amortized. It would have been nice to have been told that you only get credit and not actual refund and if you don't owe taxes when filing you won't ever get the 30% that was promised! Every phone call to our salesperson has been worthless as he claims we are getting what we signed for. This has not been a pleasent experience! My neighbors who I recommended after we signed our paperwork and now have their own system are also not seeing the savings promised and are very unhappy also! I would not recommend this company!

As an update to my husband's review below (Ben). The solar panels and roof have been completed. The solar panel installation failed the first inspection by the county and passed the second one. Just waiting on a few other steps before we can make the switch to solar. They did delete the review we posted on their Facebook page.

Solar Solutions is a company we highly recommend. We chose to go with their services after extensive research of solar companies here in Tucson. We were impressed with their excellent reputation in the community. The staff is very helpful and their presentation was tailored to our needs and home, and it was easy to understand and follow. They are always available to answer questions and address any concerns in professional and friendly manner. They have made a very daunting and monumental process easy and affordable. They are a company that values their customers and strive to bring alternative energy to the community.

I highly recommend Solar Solutions. The staff was knowledgeable and professional. I had many questions, apprehensions, and changes (from their finance company to getting a HECL with my credit union). They explained the entire process (more than once!), never pressured, and were always patient with me. The installation went smoothly and ahead of schedule, and we went live before Tucson's summer heat hit - I am so excited about not having a $400 summer electric bill! Thank you Salvador (sales rep), Alex and Jose (finance) - you were easy and great to work with!

(Update: shortly after leaving this feedback, I received a call from the owner of solar solutions. He was so worried about my negative feedback that he wanted to meet up and even said he would give me a personal loan to make the high interest loan go away. So we set an appointment to meet and he said he would call me to set an actual day. So, long story short, he never called me, and if he did, he never left me a message. He's full of him self.)

I was lied to and basically tricked into getting two loans to get the system I needed. Now I'm stuck with a very high interest loan plus the regular loan. Thanks for ruining my credit, solar solutions Az! VERY unhappy customer!

Overall, we had a very good experience with SSAZ. We're initially set out to install solar before the TEP rate change. Our application didn't make it in to TEP on time and we missed the deal. The SSAZ team worked very hard to make up for this and was able to redesign my system to accommodate for the change in TEP rates. I had lots of questions and they were helpful in explaining it all so I understood. The installers did a nice job and were very professional. They were able to install the panels in a way that makes them almost invisible from the street. Now just waiting for TEP inspection to turn the system on.
