Love the seats and the popcorn. Movie played good... No tech problems

My wife and I stopped here on vacation and enjoyed the theater a lot. Some disclaimers: we did not get any concessions and we stopped in for a noon movie, which probably meant that the theater was not as busy as it typically is.

We picked this movie theater because of a previous review indicating that they had comfortable reclining seats. When we arrived, we found that you purchase tickets and select seats at an electronic kiosk at the front, which was nice because that removed any concern about not getting the seats we would want. The prices were reasonable - $15 for two adults for a mid-day show.

Inside the theater, we found that the seats were in fact very comfortable reclining seats. Some of the theaters seemed to offer either two person or double-wide seats, which might be nice for couples or for patrons looking for extra room.

The quality of the projection was good and overall the theater seemed clean. We were just passing through town, but if we lived here we would definitely come back.

Small, expensive, one bathroom. Recliner seats are nice but have cracking on some. I prefer the popcorn of the bigger theaters and rewards points.

The seats r the best. Food selection and beverages r many. Not to b forgotten is the beer and wine options. A diamond of a local entertainment venue.

What a great home town theater! Not to busy but has the good movies available. Self checkout for your tickets. The chairs are the absolute BEST part! They were even more comfortable than being at home. I just should have brought my blanket, then it would have been perfect. Bonus: they have a bar with wine and beer they just need to start serving dinner and the picture show would be a weekly stop for us.

Gave a 3 star due to concession customer service not that great and leather on lazy boy seats were torn

My favorite movie theater in the area, very cool atmosphere and awesome reclining seats in the theater. Also, I love that you get to choose your seats when purchasing tickets.

Cheap movies and a great place to spend an evening. The new seats can be a little annoying for larger people because the button is on the inside of the seat but we are regulars.

Great prices and friendly workers. Can't get alcohol till after 3pm , it is not posted. Seats are very comfy but need reupholsterd. Conieniant computers in lobby to purchase tickets and pick your seats make it fun . You can go pay up at concessions if you prefer or have cash. Overall great budget friendly place to go for a family movie night.

Much better than Harkins. Recliners with plenty of room. Have sat in second row without hurting my neck. Can use Harkins cup and pay less for the refill than at Harkins. Will turn volume down if too loud.

This is a really cool place to go kick back and watch a movie, from their very comfy reclining seats to a relaxing atmosphere it beats a lot of the other mainstream movie theaters.

Comfortable chairs like you are at home. But don't get the funnel cake fries. Over priced and not that tasty.

The seats are great. We were the only 4 people in the theater. We got drinks before we took our seats and then went back for concessions, but the had closed everything down. This was very disappointing, one of the very few times I saw a movie without popcorn!! AND, they lost out on money from what we would have purchased.

The entire upper management is 12 years old. They cant get seating right. I saw 2 employees us the bathroom, one of them number 2, and they didn't wash their hands afterward. Then went and served hotdogs, sodas, pretzels and popcorn afterward. I mentioned this to management and they blew it off. Horrible experience.

It was great to finally go to the movies again! Bought tickets online, reserved seating. Seats were pre social distanced. There was only 1 other family in the same theater. Reclined seats, movie popcorn, glad to be back

Amazing setup for a smaller theater. Wish tickets could be purchased at the Kiosh without having to pre order as lines can get long. Overall my husband, kids and I loved this place!

Updated review: Seats are (still) pretty gross. Maybe maintaining those seats is pitching above your league a bit? I dunno. Popcorn was fine, prices are in line with other theatres around the state. Assigned seating was a really good idea to adopt. It's on the up and up. I don't quite get having an empty bar though. If you've paid to have it, maybe get more seating and run specials to bring people in for drinks? I dunno.

Good price for a movie, super comfy seats, and some affordable food! But I didn't appreciate the worn out armrests.

Planned a day with friends for lunch and movie. Showed up and was told the movie time had changed to 45 minutes earlier. Missed the show. Really? What theater does this.

Well this place is super coooool!! It's got really comfy chairs like, recliner chairs that are big, soft, have a foot rest, lots of room around, & cup holders, lol of course. The theatres are small but that's great!...cause you don't feel there's no oxygen & feel like sardines. Prices I'd say are fairly similar to like, AMC/Harkens theatres, & so are concessions, but the actual theatre is what kills it. Passing through or living in Prescott? Wanna stop for a movie? Totally come here!!! I would, again, on my travels!

It's definitely comfortable....now if that "alcohol" bar just included specialty coffee it would be amazing...

Love the seats they make watching a movie extremely comfortable and the aisle are wide enough that you don't disturb anyone to much if you have to excuse yoyrself... draw back is picture quality they really need to upgrade the projectors to hd

For a paranoid fellow like me, I will never see another movie unlike one shown here. The seats are roomy and quietly controlled positoinally as like your car controls. One problem though; if the movie don't keep you awake, and you have snoring issu.....

have Not been back to the Harkins Since the Picture Show Opened... although some of the seats are beginning to show some wear and TEAR... it is so nice to sit in a giant Lather recliner and Not have people kicking the back of your chair. They also are pretty attentive to Idiots Texting during the movie

LOVE THIS PLACE

About a month ago, it was my husband and my first time to watch a movie at the Picture Show. This theater was'10" recommended by a friend because of the reclining seats and options of food being delivered right to us. I'm only 4'10" and most movie theater reclining seats "swallow" me up...but these recliners were delightful, good back support, and very comfy. Even though we ordered our popcorn and drinks at the counter and had no food delivered to us, we thoroughly enjoyed our first trip. We're looking forward to many, many more -- only downside is that we live in Cottonwood and must drive "over-the-mountain" so it takes us well over an hour just to see a movie. That being said, I'm thinking we'll continue to drive the one hour plus "over-the-mountain" to get there!!

One of the nicest theatres I've been to, especially for the price. The only problem I have is getting too comfortable in the Lazyboy type recliners and dosing off.

Movies at Picture Show at Frontier Village have been a great experience. The seating is comfortable, the drinks and snacks are good.

I really love the theater. I have requested many times for a diet 7 up or equivalent for those of us that are diabetics and trying to stay clear of caffeine for over a year as well as asking them to put where the isle is on their website for when you are buying tickets from the kiosk or on line. I am still hopeful. Please try to get the diet.

Movies and the seats that recline to a comfortable position are the best in Prescott

DO NOT BUY GIFT CERTIFICATES! I was excited that there was reserved seating and I wouldn't have to wait in line for a good seat. I decided I'd buy some gift cards for Christmas presents. I asked if they could be used online and they said yes. WRONG!!! You have to go in the theater to buy the tickets if you have a gift certificate. How stupid is that?? In my card with the gift cards I wrote the people I gave them to that they could buy their tickets online and choose their seat. Thanks Picture Show....Thanks a lot.

Comfortable chairs. Good movie, good popcorn. The only thing that would make it better would be if the kids behind the counter would smile a little bit and be friendlier.

Great place to watch a movie. Reclining seats and great mike choices. Close to many good restaurants so you can eat and then go see a movie.

Its one of the best movie theaters out there. The seats are amazing, good deals on snacks and beer on tap! Can't ask for more.

It was okay. Not that clean. One bathroom for men; one for women; on opposite sides of the theatre. Seats are quite comfortable. Large selection of snack foods, but not drinks (no orange).

Great environment and considerate staff. During Covid times, they have done great with making adjustments. I left feeling safe and impressed by the experience.

I had a great time I pulled a double feature. Lots of popcorn Pizza hot dogs and soda pop What a fine fine day
