I have had a few problems along the way. The first month it was up, only some of the panels were registering power. There is supposed to be an app I can use to monitor the panels. 3 weeks after installation I called them to ask about it, they sent someone out, all the hardware wasn't installed to make the app work....a week or so later they bring it out and tell me that only some of the panels are registering. I still don't have the app, which they are supposed to walk me through how to set up and use. They said they would pay for my utilities in any month that the system was not functioning properly, now they say they will reimburse some money. I had to contact the salesman numerous times to get paperwork sent to me. They also said they would keep me posted along the process, mostly I had to call them. Now, I have my first solar loan payment and a utility bill due in the same month because, after 6 months, my system is still not working properly. I would be careful about using them. Seems like many promises made, few kept.
