Upon our arrival the room had a shower and we had booked a room with a bathtub, in a very short time they changed our room giving us an even bigger one than the first one and kindly resolving the problem. Very comfortable bed. Fabulous breakfast in the room. Dinner was also not bad. Surely there are 5 better stars but I found myself very well. Recommended.

Beautiful hotel with a great location. Not downtown, but it's next to the Lotto train stop. There is a grocery store, shopping, and a large indoor mall within walking distance. The room is very comfortable with touchscreen controls for temperature and lights.

Clean hotel, qualified staff and very helpful. Very complete buffet breakfast. Very close to the San Siro stadium. 1 km and a half reachable on foot.

Great and good service. But got a bit old. You can see that especially at the bathrooms. No shower, only tub. And here and there the first white horse.

I don't know the others but for me the MELIA hotel and like the TITANIC, there are first class rooms and second class rooms!
It is unacceptable that in a 5-star hotel the bathing cap and a comb are not in the bathroom !!!

Booked a double room and there are only a couple of slippers!
The heating is non-existent! Positioned at 30 degrees but the jet of air is always the same temperature!
Extra blankets to be placed on the bed, for any cold situations, there are not !!!

Then in the check-in we had to wait until 2pm to get the room, but other people came later and got the room right away!

My assumption is that the rooms paid at a good price through coupons do not treat them with the same principle that they deserve in a 5stars ..

A beautiful 5-star hotel in a Milan. I stayed in an Executive room which had its own reception on the 1st floor (The Level) where they served breakfast, snacks and aperitifs daily. The bedroom was huge, light and airy and the bathroom contained Rituals products. The hotel was stylishly decorated in white, black & gold which looked and felt opulent. They also have an Elite Wellness Boutique and a fitness center.

Excellent hotel both for space, services and general quality ... in Milan I think it is the top for the category ... absolutely recommended even if it is certainly not among the most competitive as price ... excellent

Friendly, clean, and comfortable. A solid 4 star hotel in Milan. While close to the metro, this hotel is kind of far from the city center. The breakfast buffet is excellent.

What a beautiful hotel. 5 stars for a 5 a hotel! Staff go above and beyond for their guests. The whole hotel has such a grand and elegant feel. The foyer is huge, with a bar and lounge with tvs.

When we were checking in, they offered us a larger room, unlimited access to "The Level" which is like a business class lounge, breakfast and spa voucher for only 50 more.

WHEN I come back to Milan, I will definitely stay here again. It's about 10 minutes from the main center but the train is only a 5 minute walk away and you can get straight to the Duormo (city Centre) for 1.50.

I decided to give it three stars for the following reasons:
The location is simply excellent and the hotel fulfills expectations in every respect.
during check-in I was offered an upgrade to the level service, which was much appreciated given the benefits available, including the SPA service.
The peculiarity that I appreciated about the level was the access to the VIP lounge, in which you feel immersed in an almost homely and reserved atmosphere but with the addition of a personalized service, as it is possible, depending on the time, to take advantage of various services such as: breakfast, lunch if you wish and an aperitif, which includes a buffet always stocked with soft drinks and tapas. Unfortunately, however, I would like to point out a fact that happened during the aperitif, which led me to lower the rating:
Premetttendo that the waiter, Carlos, who was very friendly and professional in trying to fulfill my every request in the best way, despite being alone in a context that required the presence of at least one other person, since at least 10 customers were waiting at the counter for the replacement of the tapas, I noticed the presence of a girl named Isabella, a name I learned from the tag on her jacket, which I assumed was responsible given the different clothing, who instead of helping the barman in obvious difficulty has prepared only to scold him in front of everyone with very bright tones to the point that the barman could not listen to me or other customers.
Despite this black parenthesis, the room was impeccable, pleasant, clean and well furnished as always, respecting the standards that I had been listed during the registration phase.
The reception and breakfast service was also excellent and I was fully satisfied.

Compared to domestic hotels, breakfast is a bit simpler, but it is a far cry from hotels in Europe. In particular, there are also instant noodles that Chinese people like, which is really intimate!

Nice hotel and very helpful staff who like to share their own favorite places that are really worth going for

we are now at the hotel, somebody broke in our car in front the hotel 5 meters from the door. its raining and marco from the receptio cant call us a rentacar. he send me on foot 500m to walk. nobody want to talk about oure problem. very very low.

There have been at hi fidelity, elegant and refined materials but a little 'shoddy and outdated (vibrated countertops with proof of audio systems!)

Was there for an event so cannot comment on rooms but the bar was nice enough and the meeting facilities were ok. Catering not great, food supplied for event looked like it had been bought in bulk from Iceland (the supermarket, not the country) and was pretty poor. Staff helpful enough but most seemed a bit surly.
