Excellent structure of good standard. I always find it very good to go to the fair to the mico.

Gone a couple of times for corporate events. Chic hotel, but dinner was not entirely satisfactory. Among other things, months later, the same menu has always been proposed.

Well proportioned rooms. I found the light control of the room not really instinctive and it takes some time to figure out how to turn on the bed light, which is impractical.
Breakfast at the top, with a chef who prepares delicious pancakes.

There was no a/c! Barely slept for three nights, beds also have heat reflectors like electric blankets. If you open the window it s loud and you get eaten by mosquitoes. Nightmare stay.

Only one complimentary water for the entire stay. Water taken from the minibar was not replaced. The spa is also not free, and the gym is quite small (half the space is reserved for paid coaching)

Very nice hotel, a real shame about the room and the bathroom we received. Bad location. Very good service and breakfast included so 3 stars but no more, there is better for half the price.

Very nice hotel. Very helpful they changed our booking at the last minute. A mole, not a little, room too hot !! Although out of desperation we had set the temperature at 16 degrees, it was still too hot .... we should have called ... but at night ....

Good service, chambers are need but you do not always have a nice look outside. Breakfast is great and the hotel is very proper.

I went to Melia for work, we organized a course for our customers. I expected absolutely higher service and quality. The rooms are not beautiful, they are dark, the lights are low and hot ... after a few hours of training people get tired. The organizational service is very slow, if you need anything you have to wait too long and in the meantime your course must go on. Even the catering service is slow: we had agreed a staff menu for 9 people to speed things up because we only had an hour ... in the end we didn't eat the last course because it was too late. The technical staff and the restaurant manager are very courteous.

Wonderful, I think it is one of the most beautiful hotels in Milan, of great class. My company has organized a convention and was in effect !!!

Hotels that want to carve out some kind of guests but that organizes convention open to all. Mah. It is now a historical and recognized place in Milan

Conference structure with large and bright entrance hall and meeting rooms.
Room (mine) very noisy, also because of a nearby guest and a miserable intercommunicating door that made sleep impossible for me. Digital controls for lights and air conditioners, positioned in the most uncomfortable way ONLY behind the cushions of the bed, a choice that is hardly acceptable. Poor kitchen of choices, receptionist and cleaning of rooms without flaws

I knew little about the staff, it was a quick business meeting. I enjoyed the Christmas decorations and the environment as a whole.

Its near the train system. Hotel staff are friendly and efficient. Centrally located for local restaurants and groceries.....The gym, although somewhat tight quarters, it is state of the art.. Definitely a place to stay and of course dine....Bon appetit

I went to visit a high-level Hi-Fi exhibition. It is a structure arranged horizontally with its two floors plus basement which occupies most of the street with its important dimensions. The hotel is very elegant and refined, it is an exclusive environment where the pleasantness of the finely refined style harmoniously blends with the breadth of the generous spaces. Every single detail is really well cared for, the use of dark colors stands out, highlighted by contrasts in light tones, giving the effect of a rigorous architectural order where nothing is left to chance, the client feels at ease with the pleasant sensation of having everything under control for the rational simplicity of the layout of the rooms. The wide staircases are truly amazing for their beauty. Internal bar amazing and truly complete. It also has an outdoor lounge bar with a semi-closed glass window surrounded by pleasant ambient music in the background. There is also a wellness center and Spa. Having entered for an organized event and not as a room user, I was not able to ascertain the level of professionalism of the service operators, I noticed anyway sober and elegant clothing, adequate behavior accompanied by smiling faces , so the view is very good. This structure could boast perhaps one more star. Too bad for the location confined to a secondary road, it would deserve a much more visible position.

I have been check in yesterday to meila hotel in Milan, They ware my favorite hotel in Europe as I recently stayed in to Meila Barcelona.

However the Milano hotel, is below than expected and have a lot of wired policy .. !
They dont have concierge !
They charge 5 Euro for a boiler !
The bed are really dusty and not comfortable!
Bed are soo old !
The towels are too old !
Its takes me 1 hour for check in !

I dont think this should be in 5 star hotel !! It is a way different between milano hotel and Barcelona.

I will never come back again here

Very nice hotel a stone's throw from the fair and with nearby public transport that allow you to get to the center in a few minutes. The rooms are quite spacious and clean, although the lack of maintenance does not make them perfect. The staff is considerate, polite, polite ... at the highest levels, congratulations!
