Business event at the hotel, very nice place good lunch and excellent courtesy

Every visited for hifi event: classy and sumptuous. I didn't use any services so I can't evaluate it.

I made a meeting in this structure and even though we were 500 people I ate very well, beautiful structure with ample space.

Impersonal hotel, average service (the card on my door did not work the two evenings I spent there). Forget about sleeping if your room overlooks the street, very noisy from 6am!

I do not judge the stay because it was an odyssey trying to get in touch with the hotel. And in the end I gave up. The number indicated for Milan is unreachable and after seven unsuccessful attempts where the line falls on time. I also tried to contact the Madrid call center with the same results. I wonder how this hotel can receive verbal bookings and survive by surviving giving such bad service. The call center in Madrid itself has admitted that the Milan number is practically unreachable and nobody ever answers. I'm speechless ... 2-star hotel service!

Level Hotel, 5 stars deserve. The corporate event was hosted in large-sized rooms complete with all services. Professional and courteous staff

If you are a member of the russian mafia or a soccer player, then it's the perfect hotel for you: black and red marbles, egyptian statues , Murano Crystal lamps and mirrors everywhere... Furthemore on the balcony of the lobby, 2 human sized portrait of Diabolik and Eva Kant (2 italian comics characters) ... The best of the Milan interiors design (!)
To be considered also the Jigger bar: 10 for a prosecco glass, 2.5 for an espresso at the bar and you then have to wait 25' for a sandwich...

The Melia is a great hotel, despite the structure has aged. These services are no longer five-star. Many rooms leave something to be desired. Staff still great, good breakfast with a wide selection of foods of all kinds. Beautiful the hall ... however recommended.

A good 4 star hotel with no free water, no tea, no coffee, and good proximity to the Milan San Siro

Well maintained structure, excellent location for meetings and events

I stopped to sleep a couple of nights we can say that the complex and satisfying structure that there was perhaps a guest team did not feel the discomfort quite helpful. The only thing that maybe the recepcionisti are a little bit more smiling

The horrendous esperinza, other than 5 stars. hotel booked on 09/10/2013 for the night of 05/31/2014 with their booking confirmation. check in was supposed to be at 2.00pm, I arrived at 5.30pm and surprise the reservation is not shown, anyway I had in hand the reservation printed from their site, for the dinner of galla I had to change in the locker room next to the sauna but this for them not it's an inconvenience. finally at 19.30 a room was found for me, the next day at the time of payment I paid the full price even though I suffered all inconveniences and pretended to be right. I booked the hotel that the reservation was not a problem for them. never again Melia

Very nice lobby and design, very expensive. Room in the fifth floor was too warm, A/C not operative and window wouldn't open. But even with closed window you hear every noise from outside. Shower had insufficient water pressure. At least the rooms were clean and the wifi worked.
Breakfast was nothing special, best about it was the coffee. Breadcrumbs were not removed from used tables or seats. Plates not always clean either. Signs on the food had no or incorrect descriptions, which might be a problem if you're allergic to smth.
Wanted to mentioned that during checkout, but the guy didn't bother to ask me if everything was okay.

I went to Melia for a professional event, an excellent structure, spacious and elegant, just a few minutes from the San Siro stadium and the metro.

Nice athmosfere at the maine hall of the hotel. Sunday afternoon was a working hair thing and was funny to see them working.

The staff at reception was so bussy and didn't have the time to atend us properly

For a 5 star hotel, they are not good at service when busy. They wanted to charge us a cheaper room than we booked when it was full. Really not possible! Cleaning is also not great, so don't take dirty cups with you.

Great hotel, great location. 2 minute walking distance from the Lotto metro station (direct train, 8 stops, 10 minutes to Duomo), 3 minutes from a super market, about 15 min from the soccer stadium (also, most visiting teams stay at this hotel - I saw Ronaldo yesterday), and the staff is really great too.

I went for the IELTS exam. It made a good impression on me, spacious, elegant and modern

If you're into tacky decor...this is your spot. Rooms are big but the ridiculous and over-the-top (70's Liberace) decor is sadly disappointing. This hotel chain needs a serious make over!

It was chosen as a hotel by the teams playing at San Siro

I stayed during an Oncology conference that was close by. The hospitality is warm. I needed a handy hot water bag for back ache that I requested be purchased and delivered. It was procured promptly, and the hotel said I could use it during my stay and there was no need to buy it, they will keep it on returning,it will help other guests some time. It was a good example of caring hospitality.

This is a nice 5-star hotel, very clean rooms, but there is a problem with the parking wich is not free, and there is no coffee machine inside the rooms, I would recommend to stay in this hotel.

I would like to add that the Wi-Fi is free and the reception is good but there is no swimming pool only a spa.

Attended for a convention event. The staff was friendly and efficient.

Professional, courteous, customer-focused staff. Very satisfied. Copious breakfast, varied, quality products.

Hotel looks good from outside and lobby but good dramatically down hill from there. Either management are not bothered about customers or staff are not trained properly but there is a big underlying issue with this hotel.
The Level is supposed to give a bit more exclusivity but was the worst bit. No Level reception staff at all over the four days. Cleanliness of lounge poor, stock of drink and canapes really bad. Turned up one evening, canapes all gone, tables piled with dirty plates. Not a single member of staff to tidy away or replenish.
Rooms are okay but housekeeping is an issue. They do not refresh the rooms properly. Found extra dirt after the maid had been in the room!

I attended a training event. excellent welcome, great service, functional and spacious meeting room. The hotel is easily reachable by metro from the central station of Bologna (20 minutes)

Great hotel, beautiful rooms. A little bit remote but there are still a few places to explore nearby. Lower tier internet package blocks streaming video.

Such a fine place with fairly cheap drinks in the bar, considering it's a 5 star hotel. Don't open the windows though, or else you are going to have a party with mosquitoes.

Good hotel, convenient for business but close to the center (a few metro stops from the center). Good standard cuisine.
