Standard old design hotel rooms with basic breakfast but its egg was not recommended. There is free wifi but does not coverage all room evenly.

Luxury place with welcome environments and comforts

Good quality of service, spa, gym, bar, restaurant. Spacious and equipped rooms, 9 min walk to the citylife shopping center. Corresponds to what you can expect from a five-star hotel.

The hotel is close to the Plaza de las Tres Torres. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the full breakfast and the very friendly staff

I managed to spend 100 for two starters two first two glasses of wine and a coffee.

Good quality in general, in line with the hotel chain, but room with a very old bathroom, boring but very complete breakfast. High price, to be in a location you have to take the metro for everything.

Hotel and convention center of luxury in the center of Milan, close to San Siro Stadium and the old fair.

On the other hand :

A small 4 star maximum, it is not worthy of a 5 star, view on parking lot, tiny room, no toiletries (on call only), average cleaning, air conditioning that does not work, forced to sleep window open end November.

Friendly lunch too! Not amazing but for the price it's worth it

Beautiful hotel, large rooms and very comfortable beds. Large and clean bathrooms, equipped with accessories available to guests for toilets or beards, but also travel sewing sets for any eventuality.
It has a gym that, although small, has a choice of excellent tools, benches and dumbbells, as well as cardio machines. Breakfast is rich and quality, with the presence of personnel for preparations at the time of crepes, omelettes or boiled eggs / boiled ... corner ramen / noodles, croissant of different tastes, arrigianali cakes, brownies, cookies, yogurt quality preserved in the refrigerator from which you can draw at will, fresh fruit and dried fruit ... in short, a wonderful experience given that we have made the most of it! The staff is very kind!

This hotel is perfect: the rooms are cozy and clean, the breakfast offers a lot of choice of excellent quality and the service is impeccable, with a very friendly staff. It's no wonder that even an important team like Juventus stays there: P Regardless of the favorite team, I highly recommend this hotel, also due to its proximity to the metro and the brand new City Life (shopping center with restaurants and cinemas).

Beautiful the lobby, normal rooms, unfortunately rather lacking in maintenance: floor between bedroom and bathroom poorly connected caused a stumble and a fall, in the sink there were problems of drainage, in the afternoon the room had not yet been redone .. And in the restaurant the pasta was hot. There is room for improvement!

This is the best 5 stars hotel in Italy. The service was great. We had a great time here and the breakfast buffet was beyond imagination. Tons of things you can choose from. Definitely worth a try!

Luxury hotel with big rooms. The staff are professional. The only downside is that we got a room without a balcony.

Let's say that even for this structure time begins to pass and make itself felt, I find the "technological" system for room lighting impractical. A note goes to the reception staff ......... While you are sitting waiting for your taxi, the cheerful chat of the two receptionists does not disturb at all, maybe I would avoid it but it can stay there .... too bad that I come to know which causes an intensive gymnastics workout to one of the two it really hurts everywhere .... even in the ASS !!!!

The hotel is less than 500m from the nearest underground station.

Parking is available in the adjacent parking garage for an extra charge.

Or at the street..don't forget your ticket.

The hotel is very chic at first sight..lots of marble etc..

It seems that the soccer teams of Seria A often spend the night when they play against Milan.

But at a second view the hotel is outdated and doesn't correspond to the category.

In the elevator floor it has stains, in the room floor it has joints that were not processed properly..or the cabinet frame is missing a piece.

I don't mind this, but it's just not a five star hotel.

The rooms were clean, even here at second glance.
In the corners it had spider webs (room 328).
That's okay, but not for a five-star hotel.

The level concept is well thought out.
You can retire to a separate room and the drinks and snacks are free.
You can also have a quiet breakfast in this room.

The spa is unfortunately not a spa.
It is not worth it. No daylight, hardly any space to lie down.
Also not five stars worthy.

Without the friendly and helpful employees I would only give two stars.

It would be helpful to point it out to you during the checkin.

That you have to buy a ticket for parking except on sunday.

Unfortunately we were told something else in the lobby by a hotel employee..and we got a fine.

The hotel has a lot of space to the top.
