Although the room is spacious and the location to the metro is great the temperature in the does not make the room a comfortable one to enjoy. Today 25/11, it is 19C in Milan and the air conditioner nor the air circulation system are functioning. I am disappointed that for a hotel with this rating they cannot seem to get this part of the stay correct despite two calls. Zane

From 5 stars there is at the reception and the breakfast room and service. Stayed at the end of October, I went into the room and it was very hot, a non-working conditioner due to a municipal rule, I pointed out my discomfort and after checking that I had 25th in my room, the only solution proposed was to leave the Open windows. pity that in Milan there were still mosquitoes .. I think we should improve from this point of view. Excellent cuddle to let us find a dessert in the room every night

My wife and I had the privilege of staying here a few years ago on a European tour for our engagement. Looking back at old memories, I felt compelled to make a review. It was her first time at a 5 star hotel and to see her amazement of the quality of service and inclusive amenities, it was an unforgettable experience for the both of us. She was positive that we were going to be stuck with a big bill at the end of our stay but was thrilled when she saw for herself that all we had due was a city bed tax. Everything was absolutely superb and was the crowning experience during our stay in Milano. We couldnt have been more pleased.

Luxurious hotel in Milan. Located in a quiet area and well connected with 2 metro lines to any point of the city.

5 star hotel with a particular preference for families.

Stayed here twice and have throughout enjoyed both visits. Large hotel, in a relatively quiet area of Milan, away from the bustle of the main city centre. It's a few minutes walk from Lotto station, from where you can easily access everywhere in Milan. We find the location to be particularly ideal, as although not much nearby, it's quiet and accessible.

We stayed in a Level room on both visits, which gives access to the Level lounge. We find this to be very good value with a range of snacks and drinks available through the day, including spirits for a few hours in the evening. They also serve breakfast in here for Level room guests, which we find particularly relaxing, compared to the main breakfast areas in most hotels.

The rooms are very spacious and modern, being bright and airy. The bathrooms don't quite seem to have had the same renovations as the main bedrooms but they are still perfectly fine.

Service in the hotel is always friendly and efficient. They helpfully arranged some restaurant booking prior to our arrival. Level lounge check in was a little less efficient than previously, but not problematic.

Would highly recommend!

Breakfast had lots of options--from Chinese dumplings to omelettes. The older rooms did not live up to its newly renovated counterparts. But the renovated rooms were very clean! Although the hotel's pretty far from the main streets, there's a metro nearby that reaches the important sites in Milano.

The big bluff! Some marble and an elegant staircase in the foyer do not make 5 stars. The hotel is a bit off the center. However, a metro station with two lines offers a good connection to the center or to the airport. The rooms are modern and clean. The hotel advertises with location and and good soundproofing. Unfortunately, this is not the case for the rooms on the street side. The conversation noise from two bars opposite also penetrates through closed Fenster.Die rooms to the courtyard are quiet. Sleeping with the window open is not possible. The ventilation - And cooling systems are then disturbing. The solid-looking room doors prevent not all the noise from the hallway in the room. A slightly louder TV - in the neighboring room is good vocehmbar. The positive reviews for breakfast, I can not connect. Unfortunately was several days in the hotel and could no change in the rather low price Discover offer. Despite a large and never overcrowded breakfast room succeeds the numerous staff not missing something to complete the buffet in a timely manner. Really good is the coffee in all variations. The staff is nice and helpful. Missing towels to complete can take 90 minutes. For a 2 or 3 days crossing visit I would not recommend the hotel.

Beautiful building but poor condition of the infrastructure which is definitely not on the level of a five star hotel. Airco in the rooms does not work properly. Requests to service it are ignored by staff and no feedback provided. Plumbing is from te seventies and never updated.

Stayed here for the ISLH 2016 and only 5 minutes walk from the MiCo congressi. Stunning place with some great food and lovely staff. Would recommend for anyone wanted an "extra" experience. Definitely recommend the coffee and whole meal brioche for breakie. Thanks for a fab stay.

A structure of excellence, which impresses with its style, elegance and the aesthetic and physical cleanliness of the environments. The rooms are generous, well furnished and equipped with all you need and you would expect to find in a hotel of this standard. Absolutely nothing to object.

Weak water pressure, awkward touch screen light and temperature control panel mounted on wall. Noisy cleaners in hall throughout day. Fairly comfortable bed.

Another best hotel in Milan and best for event/meetings

The hotel is nice and the staff is very good. The breakfast buffet area is very good. The bar area is nice. The gym is just ok. It s adequate for a workout but it s small. For an additional fee of $15 you can use the spa which has a steam room,sauna and jacuzzi. The sauna was fine. The steam room was fairly hot but there was a lot of water on the floor which obviously hadn t been cleaned up for awhile. I had toured the facility two hours before and there was no one there using it and the same water was in the floor. When I toured it hours earlier,I noticed that there was water on the floor outside of the steam room. When I came back later,that same water was on the floor. I have a knee problem and have to be careful. When you pay for the spa,they only give you a towel, no robe or slippers,so I brought my own slippers and had to be careful to avoid the excess of water on the floor in and outside of the steam room. When you get in the jacuzzi,which was warm and not hot,there were no placemats or towels around so I had to get an extra towel and place it on the floor as a preventative fall precaution. The spa included water and hot tea. There were 4 kinds of tea but only 1 was labeled.

I have stayed with my family and they have treated us superbly. They have left a nice detail for my girls. Today we have walked to the Duomo, a good walk, but if the weather is nice you can try it. When we return to Milan we will surely return to the same hotel

Great hotel. The service is wonderful, the rooms are spacious and very comfortable. I liked the furniture, I do not understand it very much, but they are antique. There is everything you need in the rooms. Breakfasts are very varied and delicious. But there are downsides. For example, the gym is quite tight, it lacks equipment and is rather dirty. Location is not close to the center. The price is quite high. I didn't like the need to leave a deposit (50 Euros or credit card), feeling like the hotel doesn't trust you)
