Comfortable hotel. Had everything I wanted bc it's a resort hotel. It costs about 14 to take a taxi to the center of Milan. Also, the metro was close and only 6 quick stops to the tourist area and 2.5 per trip per person. Must try their massage, gym, and must sit outside in the restaurant.

Not recommended!!

I did pay for the "LEVEL" room wich gave me access to the Level lounge and to the spa for free, which is a great idea. But the spa was fully booked and I did not get the chanse to use the spa. The Level lounge was good but still, not enough snacks for everyone, everyone was rushing to the lounge at 6pm just to get some snack before everyone else.

I did put the towel that I have used on the floor expecting them to replace it with a new one when cleaning the room, instead they did fold the exakt same towel and hang it again as a "new" one, what they did not notice that i did add som red colour from a lipstick to mark the towel(look closely to the picture).

They did advertise that they have parking space. But then I've been told to find parking on my own. It was not easy to find a parking spot on the street in that area.

From my opinion this was my worst five stars hotel experience I've ever had. And the Level upgrade is not worth the money.

Hotel ultra-luxury, really perfect in every detail. Only a flaw.

First of all they charge for the spa but it s not communicated before hand, so I have to pay 15euro to spend an hour in a spa? I find that very annoying for a hotel that s said to be five star. Secondly they couldn t just change my bed covers for 7days. Which hotel does that?I kept calling the receptionist to ask for a change but nothing.i arrived and got sick on my vacation I was sweating a lot and I didn t know you have to leave a note on bed for your bed to be changed, it was so annoying to sleep uncomfortably for one week, next time tell people before hand because if I m coming here for vacation or business I don t have time to read on every card In the room because you guys had a lot.plus the congestion at the reception area when the school kids comes in and the whole place is noisy and messy and you have to ask what s going on as you have to seat there and wait for the room to be cleaned.you people don t really feel professionals and not fit to be a five star to my opinion. Otherwise you have nice decor at the Reception for a picture.

Adequate congress hall as well as exhibition space, I have never seen the rooms. Very convenient area to reach because it is served by two subways, the food offer of the area is a bit scarce for a quick lunch.

Hotel in the center of Milan, where you can make the most affordable accommodation. Quite old period maintenance made. Service quality is good, clean. It hosts many organizations, crowded. The location of the hotel is 10 min by metro to the center (metro stop is very close). With Taxi you go to the center like 30 Euro. The breakfast is rich enough to find something for everyone. The internet is pretty fast and free.

I went to a conference, it's a very nice luxury hotel

Great experience for a business convention.
All very nice and excellent restaurant. Friendly and professional staff, very elegant location with international standards. Certainly one of the best hotels in Milan.

The hotel is nice and the staff is very good. The breakfast buffet area is very good. The bar area is nice. The gym is just ok. It s adequate for a workout but it s small. For an additional fee of $15 you can use the spa which has a steam room,sauna and jacuzzi. The sauna was fine. The steam room was fairly hot but there was a lot of water on the floor which obviously hadn t been cleaned up for awhile. I had toured the facility two hours before and there was no one there using it and the same water was in the floor. When I toured it hours earlier,I noticed that there was water on the floor outside of the steam room. When I came back later,that same water was on the floor. I have a knee problem and have to be careful. When you pay for the spa,they only give you a towel, no robe or slippers,so I brought my own slippers and had to be careful to avoid the excess of water on the floor in and outside of the steam room. When you get in the jacuzzi,which was warm and not hot,there were no placemats or towels around so I had to get an extra towel and place it on the floor as a preventative fall precaution. The spa included water and hot tea. There were 4 kinds of tea but only 1 was labeled.

Alert: Really nice rooms but air-conditioning is not in use until high summer and then only during the day. Rooms are extremely hot and stuffy. You can't open the windows due to traffic noise and in the summer due to mosquitos. If you don't mind waking up in a sweat then stay here.

Not normal we call by phone (twice) the reception, to be redirected to a home and nobody answers!
For a Saturday morning at 08:00 and more..At especially that it was urgent because the customers were leaving the hotel ..

Beautiful Hotel, very kind staff I also recommend the bar and restaurant service with fantastic appetizers. I forgot the Saturday 1.06.2019 the hotel was also chosen by Vasco Rossi and all his staff and then in the evening to do the concert in San Siro. Where or even could take pictures with the band.

Great hotel. Suitable for conventions and business meetings. The rooms are large and well managed. Also suitable for a tourist looking for excellent hotels right outside the most chaotic and noisy central area. Definitely not cheap but adequate with the prices for the services it offers.

very nice clean hotel but osolations like a lot of hotel in italy very average not to be expected to sleep and a disastrtion of consequence we asked the day before to make us the room at 10 am ok for the reception but we had to wait 11h45 ...pity

Easy to reach by metro ferro station. Nice place to stay.

Hotel makes you understand the difference between a 4-star and 5-star. Cleaning and comfort while respecting the environment with simple and "courageous decisions". Also suitable for families (in the afternoon they brought us a drink and some biscuits for the little girl, without asking for it). Breakfast for all tastes, with savory and sweet dishes also expressed. Average coffee and cappuccino. Large and well furnished rooms. At about 400 meters the Lotto metro.

In the bathrooms, near the meeting room on the mezzanine floor, everything works but the doors have defective locks and the fixtures need to be fixed.
If you go to a course and you don't know where to go for lunch, the prices are not high with 15 euros you can have lunch and with 2.5 you have a coffee
On Sundays there is not much open around and it is recommended to have lunch here

Everything okay. Location a bit out of the city center, but well connected by metro. Wellness area unfortunately bad. Too small, too dark and despite logging in the sauna was off. Too bad. Otherwise breakfast was good and clean.

Located in a quiet and fairly central area of Milan. Magnificent and modern structure that gives a nod to the classic interior. Many top quality services such as spa, bar and conference center. Serious and helpful capable staff. On foot you can reach all the main means of transport in an instant.

Due to a major cause (flight cancellation) and proving it, I requested cancellation of the reservation and they did not grant it, only change for another upcoming date, and without respecting the initial price, raising the total reservation by 80. The change was not from low season to high season or similar, and of course the hotel does not have the obligation to maintain the initial rate, but with what uncomfortable that a trip is canceled against your will, it would have been a good touch to do it, which I understand A hotel of this category can be allowed and thus benefit the image of the chain, look good with a client and provoke a desire to repeat, not the opposite.
Regarding the hotel itself, I would rate it 4 stars, highlighting as positive the friendliness of the staff and comfort of the beds, and negative the substitute for orange juice that was served two of the three mornings that I had breakfast there.
