I expected much more from a 5 star hotel. 5 * was maybe once. At first glance, impressive building, but old rooms and facilities, in need of renovation and breakfast rather cheap, especially not so friendly service staff. Location rather away from the city center.

I'm not a 5 star expert in the world so my review is worth what it's worth. Personally I did not see any difference with a 4 star that I had previously visited. However, the breakfast, especially for its salty part, lacked variety. The sweet part was ok.
A downside, we were placed in a themed room with a fairly oppressive decoration without being asked our opinion. Fortunately the staff were very understanding about this and we were immediately moved to another room.
Last point, the location of the hotel is not ideal for visiting the city but it is located in a very nice area where there are small traditional family restaurants so that compensates.

Pretty new structure, with kind reception, but not without issues. Room was tidy and clean, but all lights and a/c where controlled by a single touchscreen close to the beds. Not really intuitive nor comfortable. A/c started to be pretty noisy during the night, waking me up, took me a while to understand how to switch it off. At 6.45 the only option to get a coffee was to pay for room service which is a bit wierd for a business hotel.

Beautiful and elegant. Reference cleaning and services in line with the 5 stars. There is also a fitness room which unfortunately I was unable to try, will be for the next time.

Very good and comfort. A bit far from touristic attractions, but there is very close subway station.

We come from nice so far enough.
When we arrived if we do not speak the language is not even worth it, go home !!
We were disappointed on several things.
The so-called inclusive parking is finally paying, plus the access to the SPA which was free on the reservation is finally paid!
This hotel is a disgrace not worth the 5 stars in view of the state of the room too!
And the language barrier really does not help, they make no effort to help us understand.
We came to especially enjoy a SPA that was included and who finds paying in addition to the reservation is not normal and also pay the parking every day 16 but we walk on the head or what !?
In short I think that if an Italian or other will come to a hotel in France, we will talk to him in this language, a minimum, and everything is included especially for the price we pay.
I am not the type to leave opinions of this kind but I am really disappointed with the stay I paid.

Everything was perfect! The cleanness and facilities were outstanding! Great experience and will recommend this hotel to everyone.

One night stay in suite the level, friendly and knowledgeable staff, excellent cleanliness, food and breakfast ok.the advice for families and business meetings. Close to san siro and casa milan.

Nice hotel with comfortable rooms. Location is not as central as I would have liked but there is a grocery near by. I highly recommend skipping the breakfast bar- very bland and underwhelming. There must be a bakery nearby where you could find decent croissants...or just pick up some cheese and yogurt at the store. The 'gym' was underwhelming too.

I've been there at various conferences. Many rooms available, modern design, convenient to Lotto metro stations (red and lilac)

Always a great meeting place, the bar on the ground floor opens at 10.30am

Visited not as a customer, but for an event organized in the hotel the "Hi Fidelity" 2018. Hotel very nice and treated with lot belle.personale gentile.all'esterno rooms there are car parks, but be careful because the assessors have passed the stop and made slaughter of contravvenzioni.comunque the hotel should be equipped with a large guarded parking lot (to be verified). I arrived by train and then by metro which was 50 meters from the hotel.

Great hotel! The rooms are clean and neat, the staff is super friendly and the breakfast is excellent (especially comparing to European standards)

I attended a meeting and I can say that the rooms are comfortable. The hotel is located in a quiet area and well connected to the center of Milan. However if you are looking for a cheap place is not ideal

Magnificent hotel located 50 meters from the Lotto stop. It is accessed in 25 minutes from the Central Station and in 12 minutes you are in the Duomo without having to change lines. Spacious and well-kept rooms, gym, bar, etc. Check in without waiting. In the immediate vicinity you have a supermarket, Esselunga, which will be 365 days a day and a Tratoria da Pepino with local food at reasonable prices, also a pharmacy.

Been there to attend a professional meeting. Nice place, easy to reach by public transportation. Also the quality and the amount of food served during lunch was satisfying.

Large common areas, large rooms, very nice spa. Very close to the metro and therefore perfect for getting around the city. The area is residential / hotel so there is little to see and the evening is quite deserted
