The Melia is always a nice experience. Superb breakfast also for vegans. Rooms clean and of adequate size. Restaurant valid even if I wouldn't say cheap. Elegant lobby and small but open gym 24 hours a day!

Overall, the welcome and stay were positive. Friendly and professional staff, spacious, comfortable and very clean room, as well as the bathroom. The only negative note is represented by the armchairs found in the bar and restaurant: so low that eating there becomes really uncomfortable.

A very luxurious hotel, combining classic taste and modern decor. The room was very large, as was the bathroom. Great breakfast, with an impressive choice of sweet, fruit, salty. Some savory Japanese dishes were also available. The service was also excellent, with very friendly and helpful staff

I was at the hotel bar where they served me a delicious cocktail, very nice bartender is available. It would be nice if the restaurant would return as before where the food was very good and the decor was very elegant.

Great hotel in Milan with numerous conference rooms and the possibility of hosting special events. Spacious rooms quite comfortable, even if a little dated especially on the services side. The switching on of the lights controlled by the small display next to the bed is rather complicated for those who are not accustomed to modern electronic devices.
Very varied breakfast with the possibility of preparing omelette crepes and pancakes on request. Too bad that hot drinks are only available from a machine and are not prepared by the bar.

The massage was aboslutely brilliant and relaxing.
The only downside was the absence of a pool. During these very hot summer days, a 5 star hotel should have a pool for its guests, hence the 4 star review.
Totally recommend it!

Beautiful hotel! I've stayed there many times went on business over the past few years and my one complaint is that the maids are very noisy in the hallway outside the rooms.

This was our fourth time or so, staying at the Melia hotel in Milan. The beds are pretty good, but the area of the hotel isn't very exciting, but if you're visiting for business or something like a convention (like us) it definitely meets all our needs. And the metro station is very close by, so you can travel the city very easily from the hotel.

Beautiful and elegant hotel for important receptions and not only suitable for all types of parties. On this occasion, the Romanian Consulate in Milan celebrates the National Day of Romania.

There is very little to say about such a hotel, only that they do not really make you miss anything! I stayed at the hotel for two days for work at the MiCo and after a hard day coming back it was like entering paradise ... the perfect rooms, full of all possible comforts, impeccable service and really large spaces! Not to mention the breakfast ... you can eat and request anything cooked at the moment, I had breakfast for an hour filling the dish even 3 times as much as everything was delicious! Having said that, what to add? Nothing if not highly recommended!

I attend this hotel only for conferences. The organization is always impeccable, the context is elegant and pleasant. The only flaw is the wifi connection and isolation (wanted?) From the telephone signal in the main hall. Clean services and always up to the context.

Nice hotel near the San Siro stadium with all the services and quality you expect from a 5-star hotel. The hotel is chosen by many football teams for matches in san Siro. Lacking parking and one next to hourly rate at 58 euros 24 hours is a bit expensive.

A 5-star hotel with all the comforts, great staff availability, exceptional breakfast

I was there for attending a very large conference. The hotel, the services, the comfort and quietness of the rooms as well as the business spaces make it an excellent structure. The lack of the fifth star is due to lunches and dinners good but not like the level of the structure and a little attention and speed in welcoming guests at the bar.

Big lobby. Not in the city center but nice hotel. Mineral water just provided for the first night. At the next nights...there is no mineral water provided (we have to pay)

Hotel well located next to the metro with access to the center of Milan in 15min. Convenient to be able to sleep in peace. The bedroom is decorated in a refined and well thought out manner with its control panel. The bedding is very comfortable. The breakfast is very good, sweet and savory, there is something for everyone.
On the other hand, we were disappointed on several points which make us find this hotel rather 4 * than 5 *:
The shower where there is no pressure compared to the sink or the bidet, we discussed with other hotel guests who have experienced the same problem.
The supposedly included parking which is chargeable as well as the Spa. From the name Elite Spa and wellness there is only the name, the reception staff do not understand English, Spanish or French well. Hammam with a musty smell and badly regulated, sauna separated between men and women, slippery floor and 3 rest seats. At 15 euros the entry per person we have known 3 * hotels which have small spas in much better condition. The gym is good despite some recent equipment.
The service is however far from meeting the standards of a 5 *, the room service did not want to bring us 2 glasses of champagne to enjoy pretty Italian bubbles bought in town, unless you pay 5 , my companion had to go ask them downstairs at the bar for the waiter to answer that he was bothered to pass us 2 drinks because there are other customers in the hotel and not many drinks available at his bar. There is no attention to detail and to customers in a personalized way. A 5 * that could improve its criteria so that we are not just a room number.

The hotel is in a very convenient area a few steps from the metro and bus, it is very luxurious and elegant
