Enter this Hotel and experience a climate of luxury, staff always very courteous and helpful. We stayed overnight and had dinner for New Year and at the end of the experience I can consider myself fully satisfied. Economic possibilities apart since they are not for everyone (in fact I think I will do it only once in my life) I recommend the place.

This hotel is not a 5 star hotel quality. It only qualify 3 stars. Room's features and furnitures very cheap and ugly. Air conditioner is not working and they never show up to fix it. It's not worthy to paid 5 star price and live style like 3 stars. My suggestion to people that if you willing to paid over 300 euro per night then please searching real 5 stars hotel to enjoy 5 stars style. I never seen a 5 stars hotel so cheap and ugly inside before.

More is expected from a 5-star hotel of that name. The hall was invaded by a mixed crowd participating in a very noisy convention. The restaurant offers good food but the value for money is definitely unbalanced, too expensive. Facilities are rather anonymous as is restaurant service
Hotel wonderful, very professional, outstanding service and large meeting rooms. A 1-minute walk to the subway or lott that in less than 10 minutes door to the cathedral.
The district for the location of this amazing hotel suggests little of the luxury which awaits within. An easy fifteen minute journey on the underground from the bustling centre of Milan takes you to an experience which will stay with you for a lifetime. The best of everything ( choose 'The Level' package, well worth the little extra it costs for all the benefits ) friendly, efficient staff in luxurious surroundings ( even the guys cleaning the exterior as we arrived wore ties and white shirts as the clambered up the stainless steel scaffolding tower - I kid you not ! ) Only one way to find out just how good this place is and what remarkable value for money it provides, try it you won't be disappointed.

This is a great hotel. I loved the sense of space, the setting and a massive room that was excellently appointed. I only stayed for one night and for a four star hotel in the city centre it is reasonably priced. Super-helpful staff and a really luxurious feel to the entire setting. So, you will ask, why the four stars? Well, the wi-fi sucked, big time. The connection speed was barely better than dial-up and at times it just dropped. Not a deal-breaker for me on a one-night stay with a roaming data plan but if I planned to stay longer and needed to work on my laptop I would have changed hotes, it was that bad.

Very nice, fully equipped bathroom, with more than enough soap, shampoo etc. What I really like is the fact that there are large bottles, not those smaller ones that are so environment unfriendly.

Excellent reception at the reception, the breakfast was impeccable and varied, with lots of choices and fresh products. The room is really beautiful and spacious.
A couple of suggestions for improvement would leave them for the bathroom: the hair dryer, a little dated after a couple of minutes, overheated and went off continuously and showering with my feet in the tub I don't find it very comfortable. Overall I would stay there again

Six or seven mosquitoes present in the room upon my arrival (on the window a plate with the words: we do not recommend opening the window for possible entry of mosquitoes ... but come on).

In short, I have seen many 5 stars in my life, but this hotel should have 4 stars at most ... at the most though!

Very nice hotel. Walking distance to underground station and supermarket. No swimming Poole and cost of the Puplic parking next to the hotel is high (2.4 Euro/hr) . Spacious rooms and nice staff.
