I thought long and hard of whether to write this review but feel compelled for the GM to be aware .. upon making our Christmas brunch reservation there was an issue with the system (I would love to elaborate further directly)After much ado our reservation was confirmed with indoor seating. Christmas Day brunch was sadly very ordinary. There were no welcome drinks, no bubbles on the package, untrained staff serving food (staff serving sushi with gloves hands not tongs!) we had to request drinks and removal of plates. I requested gravy and was given lamb (not requested) and gravy thrown over my prawns and sala verde! Not an appetizing Christmas lunch (happy to provide a picture on request). It seemed the staff were overwhelmed yet there were a number of management wondering around but not lending a hand. Sadly not the festive day we would have expected from an Accor property
