The Kababji restaurant is one of the most beautiful restaurants in Cairo, in terms of sitting overlooking the Nile, eating fresh, and the service is excellent in reception and service.

I visited the morraccon restaurant and I really loved the service from the professional guy kareem and I love also quality of the food

Nice hotel with breathtaking views of the Nile for most rooms. Impressive common areas. But disappointment when we arrived in the room with an empty bin, a blocked shower and a broken cupboard: we were moved to another room with apologies.

The location of this hotel is great. I would not recommend residing in the hotel as the rooms are not well maintained and not properly furnished. The restaurants and cafes of the hotel are very good and worth visiting.

Well... one of the best or maybe the best location possible downton Cairo, central and at the Nile river bank with possibilities to sit outside, wonderful. The hotel itself, lobby, bar and reception very nice. Breakfast also good.

But, the restaurants have been under my estimations. It's better to eat outside. Anyway can live with that, but the rooms desperately need some renovations and better maintenance. The shower was disgusting, in the past 15 years for sure the most dirty bathroom I've seen so far and definitely a shame for a 5 stars house. It's a pity to deliver that level being blessed with such a location.

Hands down the best customer service I have ever experienced globally. Hotel has breathtaking views of Cairo. Located right on the Nile. The restaurants were amazing. Tried one each night we were there and our palates were mesmerized. We got Moroccan tea and fresh bread every night. There is a currency exchange ATM in the lobby for your convenience. There was no need to leave the hotel. The clubs were nice and centrally located on the premises. The cafe in the lobby had some of the most delicious desserts I have ever had. The room was comfy and spacious and room service was efficient. The sauna and pool was avaerage but once again the customer service took it over the top. Security is tight. Will definitely recommend this hotel chain.

Wow, what a place! So many on-site restaurants and bars that it took me a full day to leave the hotel. Gorgeous pool, good service including nice food and drink, LOVED Kebabgy and Le Deck. Fantastic breakfast, albeit a bit pricey but ah well... very comfortable room and extremely professional, attentive staff.
Great location, doormen will help you get a taxi or confirm your Uber is correct (if you're like me and are paranoid/can't read Arabic numbers...). The only downside to my stay was that the quality of food amongst the many hotel kitchens was not always the same... For example, the Club Sandwich from the lounge across from Le Deck was not good at all, while the same sandwich from the pool (which is RIGHT beside the lounge) was inexplicably much better. Additionally, there was very often an excess of wait staff, so much so that they sometimes outnumbered clients and were walking around aimlessly in certain bars and restos. Overall, I had to struggle to think of these two "downsides" and will stick by a 5-star review. I will always remember the luxury, kindness, and professionalism I encountered here!
