The customer service at this so called 5 star hotel is unacceptable. To be only aesthetically pleasing in an industry where customers depend on grand service is not enough. I visited this hotel all the way from the USA and they were all to willing to allow me to be without a hotel room because of an email that they say they sent, that I did not receive, frightening. Throughout my stay dining service was poor, I had issues with AC in my room that was never addressed and various other issues that I believe one should not have to experience when looking/paying to receive top notch service. All in all, if you are only looking for beauty choose this hotel, if you are looking to be comfortable and ensure that you have a quality place to stay and a brand that cares about your well being, thousands of miles away from home, this is not the place to be! Choose wisely. Oh and it was my birthday trip as well

The hotel is more than wonderful, the location is directly on the Nile, and for breakfast, the most delicious breakfast, eating and the cleanest food, you can eat in Egypt while you are comfortable, a variety of eastern and western, fresh juices squeezed in front of you, and the coffee is delicious, and I strongly recommend that you try the Egyptian cream at the Sofitel Al Jazeera Hotel

In Kababji at dinner, everything is excellent, with quick and distinctive service, and the hookah from Ramadan. The kebab was blended, and the reception was from Professor Jacqueline.

Very nice luxury hotel, clean big rooms , balcony with Nile river view, lots of elevators so you don't wait for one forever, very very friendly staff. Huiam is the public relationship manager she was so sweet to me and my family checked with us a lot to see if we liked everything. Husam is the sweetest waiter he made sure that we have the best breakfast experience in the restaurant which is by the way on the Nile river immediately so you can have your breakfast with the nicest view ever. The location of the hotel is excellent you can see a lot of the river and Cairo city from your window / balcony. Infinity swimming pool is very nice. Enjoyed my staying there and definitely would comeback again. Recommending it for everyone who's looking.

The hotel is a nice location with many restaurants and excellent services .. They lack a place for children, whether external or internal and events inside the hotel .. Check-in and check-out was quick .. The room took almost $ 165 mid week .. Rooms and hotel in general needs change decor, furniture and mattresses .. The rooms are comfortable and the place is clean and the hotel has a view on the Nile. I tried rum service and the food was good (burger and pasta). A lot to it
