the hotel's service in general is outstanding; however, the best thing the hotel offers is the breakfast in Casa Mia. The breakfast gives a myriad of varieties from falafels to french toast. Hayam, Rajab, and Ahmed Yousef are the ones who make the hotel complete.

Sofitel is a series of hotel which shoild be excellent. However, there are major negative points. The pool is small; the spa and jacuzzi are not free; and the corridors are noisy and employees usually shout. Overall, the hotel is good.

Really enjoyed our stay, high security, helpful staff. We had an upgrade to the business level where you can enjoy hor d'oeuvres and complimentary drink in the evening watching the sun set over Cairo, and executive breakfast in the mornings. Uber works well in Cairo but sometimes the drivers also work a cash account through Uber, so beware. The driveway Commissionaire will sort it out and was very good. I would certainly stay here again.

The place is wonderful and the view of the imagination .. But not suitable for families who are together teenagers .. Cleaning corridors of the rooms of food trays is not good .. The bathroom honored there is no Shattaf for those interested in the point .. There are several good restaurants in the ground floor overlooking the high .. There is a cafe overlooking the world but The Waiters service is busy.

The restaurant Kababji, the dinner is very delicious, the service is excellent, and the employees are good, especially the names in the reception, Nasser and Amr, all of them taste and their service is amazing.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, comfortable and had a view of the Nile. The room service, breakfast and kebab were all tasty. I particularly liked having breakfast along the Nile. The hotel staff were always accommodating and called up to see if there was anything extra I needed. Would definitely stay here again.
