We love Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort. I will start by saying this would have definitely been a 5-star review if we would have not had so many issues with our room. They have a variety of restaurants for every budget. The food is very good at all of them. Their outdoor hot tub is my favorite of anywhere I've ever been and we travel a lot. We were there with a large group this time and had 7 rooms for 3 days. I must admit I was DISAPPOINTED with our room. We had the Superior Room. Our first room had the air conditioning leaking all over the floor. We called the front desk who sent maintenance, he said it looks like a cooler leaked all over the floor. He asked if we would like to have housekeeping, and suck it up and put a big giant blower fan in our room, we said no thanks we'll see if it dries up, even though we told him we thought it was the air conditioning since it look like the wall had previous damage. That night I got into the soaker bathtub, which was amazing. But yes we had problems with that as well. It kept turning off every 15 or 20 seconds even though we had set the timer. After about 15 times it finally stayed on. Our leak was even worse in the morning it was literally sopping wet in the whole corner of our room. I went downstairs and they moved us first thing in the morning and sent maintenance up. He confirmed that it was the air conditioner drain hose leaking everywhere. We packed all of our stuff up and moved. It was kind of a pain because we were unpacked since we were staying for 3 days. We got to the new room everything was great. When we got back into our room in the evening I went to turn on the fireplace and it wasn't even hooked up??? I did not complain because I did not want to have to move again. But why did I pay money for a nicer room if I couldn't enjoy the upgrades I paid for? Besides that we had a wonderful day and we will return. However, I was upset over our room. I understand you're beginning to renovate rooms, but don't make it look like I'm getting some great room and nothing in it works. I would have just got the standard room in that case.
