This place is a Great place to lose or spend money. The Aurora restaurant is a good place to eat I haven't tried any other restaurants within as of yet.

Fun for my elderly guest. To Smokey. We did find the non smoking room.

(Aurora Buffet lunch review) Gets worse each year we visit. The last time we went for lunch (Feb. 2020) they didn't even have 20 things to choose from. Maybe ten meal items, yet we were charged $20 no problem. They had a beautiful set up for tacos or nachos, but with no shells or chips. To be fair though, what they did have was tasty. Good salad bar and dessert selection.

Great concert venue. It was odd there was no security at the font if the casino checking IDs. The casino was nice and open it was also great that it was smoke free

I get a free hero room for being a veteran. Its a blessing knowing there are those that appreciate what we did or still do. My family has a wonderful time at your hotel. The kids love the pool and i love the relaxation. Thank you so much for your warm welcome. We feel right at home.

Having dinner at the Sinii Kaung steak house. Upscale dining at the casino. Menu is updated about once a year. Service was excellent. Max did a fantastic job keeping our table happy. From appetizer through dessert, this personable server made sure we lacked for nothing. Best meal I have had there in years. Well done. Food does come out at a slower pace as dinner here is viewed as an event.

Very nice casino with good video poker and a very good players club.

One of my premier go to spots. Won a number of jackpots and premium plays here. And the food and hotel are great!

I like firekeepers way better, the place seems out dated. And you could go today, then 3 years later and see no change

They have some of the greatest entertainment the city will ever see. Motley Crue to CCR. This place has it all. The summer concert series is always extraordinary.

Actually got to play more than usual... didn't leave with big money but had fun.....

So no hot water in our room. Got "upgraded" at 3am to a room that was not what we agreed to or wanted, especially at 3am. Tried to talk to the rude front desk guy and he threatened to have us thrown out even though we were polite and calm. Absolutely ridiculous and will be the last time we spend money here and will be sharing our experience with everyone we know, every social media we are a part of and every review site we can find.

The buffet had lots of choices, if you leave hungry it's your own fault. Food quality, had better, had worse. A bit pricey per the quality in my opinion.

This place is my second home and we love it so much we don't even go to any of the three casinos that's in my own city. We drive up north to come here.

Nice venue. Drinks in the Casino were cheap so if you're going for a show grab a couple from inside before paying $8 outside.

Great place for some fun as long Sa your not Gambling. Gambling keeps getting worse every year with even worse payouts.

Lots of slots, not a whole lot of card games, or roulette. Nothing else to really do except gamble, or eat. Prices were a little high.

Everytime we go we have such a great time. Concerts here are awesome.

I attended the Look Who's Talking event. The room was just the right size for amount of guests and food was great! A nice man shuttled me to and from my vehicle, it was a wonderful experience.

I might not have won anything but the staff was great. The place was very clean. The food was good. I will be going back again.

Always have a blast there. I don't like how check in time is at 4:00 pm. Then checkout is by 11. This doesn't leave much time for anything... I also think that there should be a free breakfast for staying at the hotel there!

Spent almost $80 a ticket to see Joan Jett and Night Ranger. Sat in sectionL2. Should have saved some cash and gotten GA. The seating was aweful. Watched the screen most of the time- had difficulty seeing the stage even standing up. Whoever was manning the camera for the screen didn t move around the stage very much. Can t believe I spent that much to watch a screen in the first place. The music was amazing but don t recommend seeing one of their inside shows AT ALL. And if you must go- GA!

Omg my favorite place for crab legs. Monday nights are to die for. Little bit of a wait but totally worth it.

The pool, rooms, and arcade are all really nice. Veterans also get free meals, gambling money, and a free room on their birthday. I'm not sure how the casino part is since I'm not a gambler, but I'm sure it's nice. Overall, the place is a nice place to stay at.

I don't believe that what was done on M20 improved traffic flow for events. And Soaring Eagle has you park across the street from the casino and makes you walk in the drive or on uneven ground .Where are the so called shuttle's for event's.

Went on sunday it was very good hand sanitizer and toilet seats that have a plastic cover that spins and just wave hand and it circulates so cool. And table games are divided with plastic dividers. Games are open every other seat so glad they figured a way to keep us safe kudos

45 min wait to check in. Got to room and the toilet was leaking, after maintenance fixed it the pipe under the sink began to leak. The kids waited an hour and a half for a tube to ride down the water slide (there are only 2 slides in the whole building). It was a 30 min wait to ride the flow rider. They continue to sell day admissions far past what they are capable of handling. The staff was very rude. The overall appearance is dirty and run down. Will not be back to this waterpark ever! By far the worst in Michigan!

Really a nice place. Feels clean, split smoking and non-smoking slots, excellent food. I went on a Sunday night and it was much more crowded than expected. Lost all my gambling money, didn't make a cent. But the atmosphere and the fun of it makes me want to rate Soaring Eagle highly.

Nice room but small. No hot water, and no closet. Very smokey on the casino floor. Spa is great, restaurants are as well.

Always have fun. Staff are friendly...when u can find one.

The hotel is great,rooms are cleaned, but the deli, and the legend restaurant only is good in breakfast, after we went to the special buffet for Thanksgiving, we went at night there,the hot turkey sandwich with mash potatoes was the worse,no real turkey and only a thin slice in the Texas bread,very disappointed.
They need to improved.

Rooms, restaurants, and concerts are nice. Have to book out 6 months if you want a free room you are offered and slots are definitely tight. When they remodeled the stuff looks nice but the vip room is behind the high rollers area which barely anyone visits and basically was a waste of money. Also with all of the construction going on at sagining and soaring there is just so much going on i feel like that's where all the money goes instead of spread out in players pockets. I barely see hand pays anymore when back in the day you couldnt walk through without seeing people getting paid. Take take take should be the new motto. Pretty bad when you can put 3 to 4 hundred through a machine in 30 minutes and barely get a bet back and no bonus especially a decent one... sorry soaring i really used to love the action but now all i see is poor people with their heads down. Not fun anymore its stressful. Hope this changes for the better.

I was at the casino. It was nice but not spectacular. I also didn't win anything but the machines didn't just suck my money in fast. I got to play for a while.

Casino's are here to take away family time and money. They should let the public know how much they contribute back to the city.

I am not much of a gambler but they were very compliant with social distancing. The slot machines were turned completely off with every other machine. Only problem was that they were not cleaned as often as they should have been. The slots were hitting more often.

Rooms are very nice and super clean. All employees are friendly and very helpful.

Went here last Thursday, my wife's choice of course.
It is a pleasant place situated with an ok view.
The service was good and meals reasonably price
I had the gyro & fries and found it very good, it was very tasty and filling.
However my wife was a lot more impressed by her food.
We both had a root beer which was very good.
Service was great, polite, professional & responsive.

Excellent casino and resort and I will definitely be coming back soon.

Have stayed at Soaring Eagle many times, enjoy casino, dinning,golf and very good rooms.

The soaring eagle is a great place to gamble and enjoy your day.

The rooms were clean. Pool and Whirlpool were clean and warm. Very pleasurable experience.

No one was winning..we just went on our anniversary.and lost once again..last 5 anniversaries went to soaring eagle to celebrate. We are done with them!!! They just take your money!! Very disappointing day up there!! (DONE WITH SOARING EAGLE!!)

Went here for a company Christmas party. The hotel room was great. The food was awesome. The customer service was the best I've ever had. The casino was Vape friendly. Can't wait to go back.

Arrived late on a Sunday and it was not very busy .. I played several slots . There wasn't too many I liked . Since the remodel I have not won anything. It's clean that's all I can say positive . People were rude as well.

My wife and I go to the soaring eagle casino lots for food and concerts. I'm a veteran and they treat me better than my own government, it's true! The staff is always friendly and very helpful. Thank you Soaring Eagle casino, Jim Mackie.

My cousin and I attended the Florida georgia line concert. All I can say is Damn!! Great show, good parking, typical concert beer prices! All in all well worth it!!

It is very clean and friendly staff. There is a shuttle bus to the water park. The buffet is amazing.

Check in is at four. I usually get checked in sooner but had to wait until three. I believe it was due to the fact that I had booked a comp package with $100 comp gambling money. When I asked the nice desk worker how long would it be they said they had no idea. I've been too many hotels and this is the first time I've gotten that response.

Went to the Aurora Buffet after a bit of gambling. Great seating an food arrangements. everything was top notch!

A great place to go, especially on Thursday's. Senior day and Hero day if you happen to be a Veteran.
