I attended Shipshawana on the road at Soaring Eagle Casino. It was well marked and easy to find. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The downsides where that it was smoky and stuffy in the room the event was in was so packed and crowded that it was hard to get around. All in all it was still fun and I would go again.

Need to work on the cards that didn't work and we had to get passwords reset. There was many empty cups laying around and sticky areas. Could use better house keeping. Staff seemed friendly. It was our 1st trip. So, hopefully it was a one time where they were off there game. Hoping to go back in September for my daughter's birthday.

Just had to post about how great Tammy the cashier today at Central Deli was. My daughter and I both had dining credits to use and she was so patient and kind as we added and subtracted things to buy. Tammy really went above and beyond with a smile to take care of us today! Thank you!

Great casino but we came for a concert and the line was 2 hours long to get in, and that's with tickets! The line didn't end until 8:40p so we missed the first 40 minutes of the concert. They can't seem to manage seating a sold out show. Also ticket prices soar from $35.00 to $47.50 in fees. We did really enjoy what we saw of Air Supply and Little River band. They were great!

Was kicked out of jeff dunham because i took a picture other people were taking pictures who purchased tickets close to the stage but i guess commoners in the hill section don't get the same privilege.

I was there for the Nickelback concert in July of 2018. The venue was nice, the sound system was great. Didn t like that you had to go through the casino floor to get to the concert area being that it was outside anyways, but I guess that s a little marketing trick to try to get people to spend a bit more while they are there.

I would say it was a decent experience. The problem I had was people smoking. At the beginning of the night I could ignore but as the night went on it gave me a really bad headache. It was pretty cool how they give you free non-alcoholic beverages. One more problem I had was I had a hard time finding the $5 black jack tables. Also, this was my first time gambling and I lost $20 in 5 minutes...

Was a nice visit, need to loosen up the mechanics. I've been trying to get a good Jackpot for a while now, and i have been a visitor for years, the first year of opening. So i would think i could at lease get some of my money sometimes, when i visit. Thanks....

First time going, I am not a casino person. That being said, the staff is nice, have to get your own free drinks, other casinos have a person walking taking drink orders. If you are going to go get t a players cards at the front desk. Lot of smokers so we headed to the non smoking section. That section is cramp and very warm. Luckily there is a drink dispenser close by. Will try the box office or live show next time.

Casino: Drinks are cheap and well made. Food aside from the buffet is priced fairly and tastes better than one might expect. Tables offer a good amount of options. Slot machines vary from penny to a dollar, hand crank to touch screen, and flashy to classic. There's also a non smoking room with probably about 50 machines, although this may not be available much longer. There's also a building across the street with more about machines in an RV park. Although I wasn't lucky during my last visit, I would go back for more fun.

Hotel: Getting a room offers a few promotions, such as $100 in dining credit, $50 in gas, and $200 for the casino. (This was split among 4 people and was perfect for us.) The loss of one star is for the price of the room compared to the quality. It was lacking some much needed updating. Also, electrical outlets were scarce. In a room for 4 people, finding a place to charge your phome wasn't easy. Also, there could have been more pillows provided. Lastly, the room was very muggy. Smoking was allowed in the rooms, however, we didn't smoke in our room. Ventilation could be improved. Other than those few small negatives, the beds were comfy, showers were sizable, bathroom had a nice amount of space to get ready, and it felt clean.

Venue: We saw Amy Schumer here and the venue was great. It was organized, easy to see from the lawn, and coming in and leaving were not a nightmare. Only complaint was the mosquitos. Also, get your drink at the bar in the casino before you go out if you want to save $5+.

Great shows, lots of games and slots. The only reason for knocking a star is the food quality. It's no better than cafeteria food. Definitely edible, but nowhere near gourmet. Service at the steakhouse was subpar, although Legends' service was pretty good. The bread at the little coffee shop is probably our favorite place to grab snack food.

Pretty disappointed with the Entertainment Hall for a couple reasons. First I want to say "Straight No Chaser" was great Friday night!
First reason is the seating is horrible for actually seeing the act, I am 6 foot 2 and could barely see the stage. My Wife is 5 foot 4 and could see 10% of the stage by looking through peoples heads, she had to watch the huge monitors and so did I through most of it.
Second reason is the act, "Straight No Chaser" was going to sign autographs and sell their merchandise afterwards. Since there was a big line we decided to go to the bathroom and walk around the Casino for 10 minutes. We headed back to possibly buy some of their merchandise and meet the group. When walking in we are stopped and told that there is no re-entry, EVEN IF WE SHOW OUR TICKETS. Needless to say, we still had fun, but we were very disappointed that we couldn't even see the act very well and couldn't go back in to see the group. AND WE PAID $60 A TICKET.

We only did the casino, but it was very nice! There were many machines, the staff was friendly, and the game floor was clean. Also thought it was neat that they had a kids' arcade. Wish we'd tried out the spa.

They have a lot of slots machines to play but at this time smoking is allowed in all slots areas. The poker room is smoke free. The tournament I was in as a break every hour so the smokers can have a smoke. Snacks and sodas are available in the poker room for the poker players which I thought was a nice convenience. This was my first time in a poker tournament at a casino and the dealers is were friendly and answered all my question and I will go again
