$20 Dollars of free play (slot or table games) every 2 weeks for US Veterans. I live in Las Vegas, and this amount of comp'ed free play is unheard of unless one wagers thousands weekly. Thanks for the free play!
Hearing lots of unhappy people because the casinos take in A TON of our money but give very little if any back. Heard quite a few today saying they are about ready to give up casinoing altogether because of it. Can't say I blame them.

Nice accommodations, very helpful staff. Only down side for me was the smoke. Probably not goid for asthmatics. The staff of Sweetgrass were especially helpful (thanks to Dicky and Joe).
We went to see an outdoor concert. It was a great venue. We stayed at another Soaring Eagle hotel and rode the shuttle to and from the concert which was so convenient. We have been to indoor and outdoor concerts there and it has always been a great experience.
Vegas style,hotel rooms very nice.Enjoyable visit.Highly recommended.

Team member at the rewards desk was really awesome. However, all of the smokers at the main entrance was disgusting to have to walk through. The cell service in the building and parking lot was non existent, and for families this is detrimental. Will not be back for a long time if ever.
My husband and I like to go there sometimes and we always have a good time.
Not paying out very well, not many promos, went to a competitive casino once and earned a free room...have yet to get that here

Went to the local store to return clothes that we bought the previous day and xam back to our room at 930am and they was already cleaning it out!!! All the say is "oh I seen your stuff in here I didnt know if you was coming back" um.... our stuff is in here !!

Made a quick stop to gamble. Waited forever to get a players card. I was out of money quicker than I was able to get the card.
There was a used wash cloth hanging over the shower curtain. At 7:00 am you could hear house keeping with very loud voises, and some women with house keeping was laughing as loud as she could. Told the person at the desk, and she asked like it was no big deal. All of this is unacceptable. I will never stay here again.
No pool area an they could of told me when i made my reservation, that there pooled was closed an when my key didnt work they couldnt send no one up to help me so i had to wait for my friend to come an they pick an chpose who they tell to puton there masks too a lady in front of me sis not have a mask on but noone said nothing to her,i will not sty here no more an this was first time ever an very disappointed
Enjoyed casino but did not find many people we're winning. Very small bonuses and free games were virtually non-achieveable.
We visited Soaring Eagle to show a visiting friends the venue. We stopped by Craps. Overall environment is nice and clean. The table was a little crowded with patrons and staff changing shift but it was a good experience.
Love the concerts, hate you can't get mixed drinks outside. And the wait to enter venue is ridiculous.

Had dinner at casinos steak house and was not disappointed. A fabulous meal with a good drink selection. Dessert was reasonable but still good. Our food was was brought out quite quickly and the service was good. Strangely enough one the best surprises was the artichoke dip appetizer. The best we have ever had and now a new favorite.
I attended the Ralph Tresvant/Johnny Gill concert. The concert hall was perfect. You could clearly see the stage from every angle.
I didn't let me win haha basically was very disappointed they removed the bar and dance floor from the center of the casino nothing to really do unless you're gambling now kind of dull.
We asked for a non smoking room because I have an allergy to the smell, and when we got there they did not have a smoking room for us. We were offered an ionizer in the room as the best they could do for us, but that did not do anything for the smell. The room caused my asthma and allergies to act up severely, not to mention it was not pleasant for my children either. When I complained to the manager about this, he made excuses avas said that the hotel does the best they can to accommodate the customers preferences and brushed me off basically. I have never had a hotel not take a health/ medical need seriously, so this was very disappointing. I can't believe that such a large will known hotel would treat a guest like that!
The concert was great. My friend lost her phone. I wished one of the security people would have helped more. Just one of them.
I went there this weekend with a huge group of people we stayed at a different hotel but our friends that stayed at soaring eagle in room 4013 was infested with bed bugs!!!!!!
Cop trap! Every time I go to Mt Plesant Casino, I get Pulled over (sober as can be). It really makes going to any events unenjoyable. My family gets free offers to stay in the hotel and we NEVER use them because the police run rampid! Really such a shame! I respect Police keeping our streets safe however, I m never intoxicated and I always Receive bs tickets to justify their actions! Really Disappointed!
Clean, but non smoking floors still smelled strongly of cigarettes.

Rode motorcycles from Midland to Mount Pleasant. Lost $20 there and had to ride home in rain.. Not the best experience, but nobody's fault either. The facility is nice. And the complimentary pop.

Soaring Eagle Casino has a great arcade for kids to hang out in while parents are gambling.
Had a mini vacay with friends. Great food. Beautiful hotel. And plenty of slots to play.

Not as fun as it used to be - payouts have decreased and when you win $.08 on a dollar bet - it's almost a slap on the face. The cost of the best has gone up too - didn't know we had that many high rollers around here...
There is no entertainment at the slot Palace anymore because they are so tight I do not see very many of the same people there anymore because they are fed up with it like I am
Lost about 350 in under an hour on 25 cent slots, will not be going back anytime soon. I fully understand people got to lose so a very few can win while they also build their empire and pay monthly payments to all who share the bloodline but hey just saying

The lunch Buffet food was not hot towards the end of the evening. I think if they're going to keep it open and sell it then things should be hot for the customers who pay almost $20 a meal.

The staff is always very friendly and helpful! We had dinner in the lounge and for it being really busy our food was delivered quickly and was delicious!
Always enjoy myself at Soaring Eagle. Must grab a Italian sausage or a Prime rib sandwich on the way out.
Wish they still had the non smoking section. It's great if you wanna kill yourself with lung cancer and all but don't kill me with your bad habits too.
