Had a good time, not much to say the casino was a casino, the people watching was great.

Great meal, waitress was very attentive at the buffet.

Only complaint was on how smokey the area was. I don't smoke or mind the smoke normally, but during a meal it was quite much.

Everything else was great and we will visit again.

If I could rate it zero I would. A few friends and I went here and played a few slot machines and won like $40. Later that evening a security guard comes up and says that we took some lady s money and started threatening us to pay it. The girl security guard the whole time was calling us thieves and kept blocking us until we payed. After we paid the money for no reason the guard said she needed our IDs and we refused because we didn t even take the money. I would never recommend this place to anyone unless they want to be accused of stealing. So disappointed, it was my first time attending a casino and now I have a bad impression.

Haven't been here in a long time. But as everyone knows that if you want to entertain yourself for a while cool, have fun and easy does it don't spend to much money and if you win a little cash it out and scoot on out while you can. Nice place and usually nice under paid staff. Not a place you want to lose control of yourself at. But usually a nice place to spend an hour or two and move on.

Completely disappointed and dissatisfied from the horrid hotel supervisor.Jenna! Customer service skills on comprehension alone is extremely low let alone the English language! I will be escalating this situation. After this experience guaranteed!

Service at the water lily was great and food was awesome

I wouldn't suggest going on a Saturday night. There was no control over the drunks. One girl right outside the store drunk with a baby fighting with her husband over the baby. They were pulling on that poor baby. Then she started throwing up everywhere. Need better crowd control. Everywhere drunks out of control.

Easy venue to get in and out of but needs updating as rooms are clean but a bit "old school" and need to update their air purfication sysyem because even the hotel-side of the venue smells like stale smoke.

We didn t stay at the resort but we did attend a show there. The theater is kind of odd - not typical seating. The gradual incline could ve been more steep, but over all we enjoyed it! Valet parking was free, but we obviously tipped! We also went to dinner at Isabella s. It s an Italian restraint and was great! Service was slow, but we were in no hurry so we didn t mind. And of course, we went to the casino floor. All of the dealers were friendly and easy going. The smoke of other gamblers was more than I d like it to be. There are lots of slots and a few good sections of table games with pretty low table mins. I saw $5-10 mins.

Beautiful rooms!! Clean and friendly.... Great choice of restaurants too!!

Went and played blackjack with friends. Dealer drinks were inexpensive and we had a great time.

Haven't been here in a couple years, but I have always done well here. Staff is friendly and they have a good selection of machines. It's always busy, but that's to be expected. I like the Mt Pleasant one way better than the Standish one.

I only went in the casino for a half hour. It was my husband's and is honeymoon and we wanted to see what we could do with the $80 left. Again. We we're only there for a half hour. We played penny slots with 50 credits on each try. As we we're leaving disappointed it was such a short time, he let me know that he and his best man went to firekeepers for his bachelor party and spent 3 hours there on $20. It made me not want to come back. It was very clean in there and we had no issues.

I love this casino, it's always pretty clean for the volume of people coming through it. A lot of the slots are great and they're working on putting some new ones in. I love it!

Great place to get away, wether you are gambling or go for a concert..

I love going into the casino and having fun. Great time going with my friends. However, if you don't want to reek of cigarettes for a week, you'd better stay away

Went to see the 4th of July 3 day event and the whole family had a great time! Just wish that the website gave you more information about allall the events that were taking place.

the service was wonderful always someone asking me if I wanted anything. the only bad thing was it was very cold so we left sooner than planned.

Rooms were expensive, and not even worth the price. I've seen better rooms at cheap hotels.
There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom so taking a shower and trying to get ready for an event right after was a no-go because the mirror was completely fogged up.

This was a great place. The drinks were an amazing price! It was clean. Staff was friendly and I had a really fun time with my friend.

It's a Casino. I perfer the State/Fed ran Casino's when it comes to winning.

Rooms and nice but the beds are a little hard, but all my stays the room is clean

When to a concert there. Had a great time, wonderful seats, and helpful staff.

The food at the buffet is good, but not the best. However, the service is impeccable.

Went on a Friday night. Lost my $40 within 10 minutes. Very, very noisy and smokey. Had to leave. Couldn't stand the commotion.

The waterpark was very crowded. It was fun but Great wolf lodge is much much nicer.

Very nice we ate breakfast and stayed long enough to have pizza for lunch even won a littile money

This is my favorite casino to gamble at. Tons of machines tons of open tables and minimums are really cheap. Machines are way looser than Detroit

Has a really nice set of rooms I've stayed with them 3 times now and have 3 more reservation's coming up there pool and jacuzzi area are also lovely to enjoy when wanting to relax and they have there own Gaming room. They may be a smoke free facility except for the gaming room and outside of the hotel but there rooms start at $99 per night

The entertainment hall was a good concert venue, however it would have been nice to have more room around concessions and t-shirt sales. Clean and the staff was nice.

Took my mom to the casino for motheres day. Eat at the buffet. It was ok not a lot to pick from. All and all it was ok. But the casino was great!

I went there that day for the shipshewana on the road. It was so nice that it was inside the hall. Plus if you wanted to take a break, they stamped your hand. So you could go have a meal or go gambling for a while .

I had not been there in years and decided to visit one day while in the area just to see if anything had changed. Mostly clean casino with modern updates. However, the state of Michigan allows smoking inside so I was gasping for fresh air almost the entire time.

The poker room is nice and offers free snacks, pizza, "pop", water, etc. It had a nice sized crowd with about 8 tables going all filled with average skilled players (some good, some tiltingly bad). The 1-2 NL game had some chip stacks at the table--at least 5 players (including myself) bought in with table max where I sat. The promotions (bad beat, lucky hand) seemed okay. I won some money there and left.

The slots seemed newer, and plentiful, but did not have many (or enough of) the games that I like such as Buffalo, Buffalo Grand, Buffalo Gold, Great Wall, & Jade Elephant.

A very fun place to lose your money if your not the lucky one lol.

Lots of slots, sitting at a table can be a long wait depending on the time of day.

It very disappointing when go to have fun and win a little extra cash. But that not the case at Soaring Eagle. It lose lose situation.

Safe, fun environment. Most of the staff is friendly!

We went for an adult night out. We walked the casino and doubled our money. We had a great time there.

Soaring eagle casino and resort was one of the best experiences ever, the game floor was perfect always had something to do and the restaurants were great.

I will say i LOVE the casino. The hotel is beautiful and clean. I just stayed last night and i slept like a rock. The bathrooms are elegant, the beds are comfortable and every thing else about my room was great. The pool and hit tub are amazing! I broke even on gambling so thats all good!

My problem was the food. My sister and i ate at that lounge by the hotel. We shared 2 tacos, crab cakes and mozzarella sticks. All basically gordons frozen stuff... And the tacos were too spicy. I have had an upset stomach since. I ate 1/2 taco, my sister ate 1 crab cake and we each had 1 mozzarella stick. The rest we left. And we had a blondish waitress who did not even bring us silverware. Needless to say she didn't get a tip.

I have eaten at Legends before and it was good, so i suggest to you to eat there and don't eat at the lounge.

I have not been here in about 10 years. It was so exciting, so much have changed. Was Lady Luck on my side, I won't tell.

Clean room this time. Out door hot tub was still closed. Inside hot tub was too packed to sit in

We couldn't find any REAL penny machines. The penny machines has a .50 cent bet. We list $5.00 on a machine and don't even know how.

Great hotel with great food and options! After losing money at the casino I was able to relax and enjoy myself at the pool and spa.

We had a really nice time. We spent one night. Our room was super nice. They offer free valet parking, for both the hotel and casino.We had breakfast at the diner their prices are reasonable. Im looking forward 2 doing it again sometime.
