We asked for a non smoking room because I have an allergy to the smell, and when we got there they did not have a smoking room for us. We were offered an ionizer in the room as the best they could do for us, but that did not do anything for the smell. The room caused my asthma and allergies to act up severely, not to mention it was not pleasant for my children either. When I complained to the manager about this, he made excuses avas said that the hotel does the best they can to accommodate the customers preferences and brushed me off basically. I have never had a hotel not take a health/ medical need seriously, so this was very disappointing. I can't believe that such a large will known hotel would treat a guest like that!
