Don't go there with a group. They lose your form that you send it to secure your reservation - WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER ON IT.

you can't get ahold of anyone to confirm reservations. Only the group people can confirm; and they are barely available. You have to call numerous times to get through

I go to the same convention every year; and it is ALWAYS a cluster.

I can't believe an organization like this can be so bad at large group reservations.

Maybe they don't want it.

Fun place to get away from it all but bring some extra cash!

We went to an outdoor concert. The concert was good, it was extremely crowded. We had general admission seats on the hill. The view was good but seating was literally on the side of a hill. The general admission seats were first come first serve and we're extremely crowded. People were nice until the concert started and then they were rude and pushy. Seating areas are supposed to be smoke free but there was not enforcement. Definitely go again but will choose to pay more for assigned seating.

Very good but one get one free buffet dinners on Tuesday

Great concert venue. Gaming is typical Michigan be prepared to spend allot to win a little.

Not so great experience during the pandemic. They did great.

They took my money! Large casino with restraunts and gift shop. No one came by in e hours to offer a drink. No bingo on Mondays.

Everyone here is very friendly and helpful. The pool is awesome. The food is great no matter which place you choose eat. We had it all and on the Tuesday we were there the buffet (Aurora I believe it's called) was bogo. The gaming area is very airy and open. Free valet but we tip them a fiver. Can't wait to go back!

Never ever attend the New Years Eve party held at the Casino. The music was horrible. There was nowhere to sit. There were actually people sitting on the floor while they ate the food that was served. We saw people eating out of the serving dishes and none of the staff stopped them. If you were lucky enough to get service at the bars the drink prices were the same as the casino prices, even after paying a $60 fee to attend. Very disappointing.

I am a frequent visitor at the Soaring Eagle Casino and Resort and am always highly pleased with the service at the restaurant at the location and the experience of the casino gambling floor.

Best resort in Michigan! Clean and covid or NOT ...Open the pool we are ready to stay overnight!

Casino is the best in Michigan, and the hotel is very nice & clean.

Went to the casino to play and hang out for a while. Had fun, bathrooms were really clean. Just a lot of glasses and cups everywhere.

Soaring Eagle Casino Resort is Fun, and exciting, the hotel is clean and the staff is great very friendly. Did not win at the casino but overall experience was great there is something for the whole family.

I'm a regular and loyal visitor to Soaring Eagle and they finally got rid of that awful CEO who was more interested in catering to the high stakes players and wealthy patrons whom only made up a small percentage of the overall traffic. The last CEO was only interested in making herself look good at the expense of the businesses reputation with the regulars.

If you had a bad experience in the past 2 years or so i would recommend returning once they return to their old standards of operation. Hopefully they'll fix the reward system because as it stands now ... its awful.

Clean, beautiful facility. Casino has lots of options including a smoke free room. Staff very courteous and helpful.

It was a fun trip to the casino. The only downside was how bad it smelled like smoke otherwise it was nice.

Always such a good time here! Rooms are beautiful and spacious! Very clean. Staff friendly & helpful!! Free drinks on the floor for gambling. I just wish the machines would shoot out money instead of paper.. I feel as if i could tip the staff more having my winnings in my hand vs a piece of paper.

Great staff and fun environment. Easy to park and nice shuttle service. I always leave with more cash than I went in with.

Soaring Eagle Casino is in an ideal location not too far off from the highway, with easy to follow signs. The valet parking is very affordable and convenient especially when traveling with the handicap or elderly. Additionally this was my first trip to the casino so I was able to obtain a players club card that after acquiring 300 points I was awarded $10 to use for dining or gambling. My party spent several hours gambling, dining and partaking in a fee drinks from the bar. The casino overall was clean, well maintained, and a very fun atmosphere looking forward to my next trip back even if I lost all of my money this trip.

Fun for 30... totally worth the hour and a half drive

Non smoking area too small and you must travel throughout the smoked filled casino before you reach the non smoking area

If you like to gamble great place for you and the pizza at slice is some of the best I ever had

So far so Good...Great Hotel, Great service and Very nice rooms!

Everyone was very nice. The only problem we had was dust bunnies every where and the bathtub drain was very slow. I don't like standing in backed up water from God knows how many people.

Went to the hotel area for a massage and omg was it amazing. They worked evey tense muscle in my back! Got my blood flowing again ( made me a little dizzy at first lol) will be going back again very soon!!!

Way too smoky though. My throat swelled up. And our Convention, in a nonsmoking area, was getting smokey because there are no doors to contain the smoke in the casino area. It's hard to breathe if you have an allergy. So choose wisely.

I enjoyed my stay...pay outs to me were a bit tight on slots....waiting two hours for the buffet is awful...that needs big improvement.

Played in the new poker room. Its nice. Tables suck though, cup holders are on the racetrack around the felt and cards will fall into them and get exposed when being dealt out.

Money hunger rip off ,, the state needs to enforce out of spec slots and fine them for each and everyone ( when you spend 60.00 plus dollars to get first 15 quarter pay back on a three quarter bet. That's bad )!!! Also 30.00 dollars for a buffet is ridiculous !!

The Casino is nice and the Auora Buffet has excellent food. We went for the Nickelback/Pop Evil concert, we went to play black jack never playing before this and to waste time before the concert and sat down at a $25 a hand table didn't get told until the dealer was ready to deal so we got up and left played slots for a little bit. After the concert we were told that we had to go through the casino or wait for the people to come get us on the golf cart things they had to take us back to the parking lot instead of being able to just walk to our car and they workers were rude about it. They only had two golf carts taking people back to the parking lot had to wait 45 mins or more before being able to go through the casino just to get to our car.

Nice venue to see shows. Good food. Looking dated as it gets older. Fun and affordable.

Every time I go get I have a good time. The restaurants are always good and clean. Bar staff is always friendly.

You have to watch out for their scam telling you one thing over the phone to book rooms then not giving it to you once you arrived. I was promised 2 free buffets at the casino for staying at the waterpark. I get to the casino and they said no. The manager said it would break gaming commission rules to honor it. I guess I will go somewhere else next time.

Spend a lot of money to earn the free gifts but by the time I get out of work they have been claimed by all the retirees and others that don't work...need to figure out a system for working class on first shift

Machines seem to NEVER pay out. Just dump your money in and keep moving along. No thanks.

Very nice staff and room service. Room service order was incorrect and required resolution. Spacious, clean, and comfortable 2-room suite with 180-degree outside view. Lobby and especially the casino reeks of cigarette smoke. Lobby setting beautiful with leather furniture (including recliners), see-through gas fireplace and a piano player in the evenings. Spa services excellent! Pool spacious and warm water. Variety of restaurants and gift shops.

Something for everyone! Young and old and everything in between will enjoy this place.

I went to see Ratt
When i got there they canceled it .
They gave me a voucher for a free concert if Ratt did not reschedule.
Ratt never rescheduled.
I called and asked and they told me i had to drive all the way there just to book the free concert.
Then they said that i had to be there in the next 2 weeks.
I could not make it there i had to work.
None of that info was on the free ticket voucher.
So we lost out

Very clean, lots of slots, bingo fairly priced so anyone can have a goid time.

I love the atmosphere of Soaring Eagle. The pool water was a little chilly, otherwise the hotel and casino atmosphere was excellent!!

I am disabled and they do not honor dogs with papers and training for emotional support. Also I seen 2 elderly ladies in their late 70's both holding on to ONE wheel chair not one worker assised these ladies. Many security standing around not sure need some offered to help. I asked them if I could assist them and they graciously turned me down but added they asked for help and was told they don't assist the handicap.
