I love soaring eagle, this was my second time going, and I am so surprised as how it has change It has more restaurants choices and they are doing a whole another and. I was nice.

I won some $$ which always makes a casino seem better.

Felt very comfortable with precautions witch casino implemented cant wait till pool and steakhouse open

It did not pay very well. The machines were tight because of giveaway cash.

Wow dont play any machines over $5 a spin you wont hit anything unless you're playing video poker...id just stay far away from this casino complete waste.. also im a platinum member but im never playing at this casino again.

Had a great time. Spent most if the time at the bingo hall.

Walked away even for once lol! I had a lot of fun with very good friends. I would recommend getting people together and going.

I came to the area to go hunting and our group decided to have the buffet dinner. Service was very good but 26 bucks was on the steep side for me.

Was crazy with covid going on but could tell they where trying

Tried the new bar Ascend. Everything was wonderful. Food was yummy. Drinks were amazing. The only issue was the service was a little slow. I think that was down to the bar though not the wait staff.

We like the soaring eagle they are constantly upgrading their machines and games. It is an hour ride but has been worth the trip. The rooms are tastefully decorated and are clean and modern. The restaurants serve good tasting foods with good sized portions and the buffet always has a good selection of foods. The help is always courteous and quick to help.

First time I won in 2 days on a bus trip from the Eagles

The buffet is way too expensive for the cold food it offered. Sad

It was a pretty nice casino. It was my second time going. . Covid-19 has definitely slowed the world down but this casino was very well kept up and clean.

Its was fun. I do wish the life guards were more interactive and more helping I saw this blind person there today and none of them helped besides the one life guard named Holly good job you deserve a raise.

Visited the conference center for a 3 day event. The conference services provided by soaring eagle were exceptional! The food served for all 3 meals was very good and well prepared. The dessert was super good! Unfortunately, I was not able to stay at the hotel as their average priced rooms were booked and the rates skyrocket to nearly $400 a night! However, they were nice enough to book me at the water park resort for the conference rate, even though I was past the group discount deadline. Overall, great experience and will stay again when I'm in town.

Had a great time. Every employee was very friendly and professional besides being helpful as I had not been there since 2004 so a lot of things have changed. Even though everyone was wearing a mask it was a very pleasant date night with my husband.

Need to have a bigger non smoking area!! With more slots.

This time I just went in to sign up for their Hero program that they offer for active duty, retired or veterans. I plan to utilize some of their benefits soon.

Gaming floor is huge. Hotel is very clean. Pool area is clean. Love coming and staying. Although it is expensive.

Rooms are nice but, four people losing almost a grand Each, in one day is not.

Fun place with thousands of slot machines and table games. Go only if you have money to spare.

Don't get me wrong it's a great place to gamble. Sometimes it's fun and sometimes it sucks. But it's a great place

It's a Damn Shame that consistently you can drop $100 or more on a slot machine and not even hit three bars on the line so sick of going there Soaring Eagle the slot casino saganing eagle and there's no enjoyment it's only entertainment if you win or break even once in awhile doesn't happen anymore there shame on you!!!!!!! And I guess I have to hit at least one star to send it but don't let that go to your head it's only so I can send this

Price gougers!
ME- Is the cost I seen on line for a room correct at $349 a night?
CASINO- Yes due to the concert and holiday week end they are in high demand.
ME- That's crazy, I will stay someplace else.

My $349 is better with me!

Never been the Soaring Eagles came up for a wedding decide to spend the night it's a beautiful place the ballet people help me out and I really like it

We played at the casino. Much more room to move around than in the past. Very clean, friendly staff. A very good time.

I win more in Vegas but still a nice place close to home. Plus the concerts get me out of the house

I have to give only 2 stars because of the cigarette smoke, otherwise they would get 5 stars. I love this place the one time I was there, but the smoke was horrendous. The smoke cut my gaming time way down, and I just had to leave. I really can't go back in there. So, instead I make the monthly drive to Windsor Canada for a smoke free gambling experience. If you don't mind the smoke, they have a really great facility.

Great location for our Michigan High School Baseball Coach's Association Conference!

They(staff and management) were great to my group. I couldn't do jack didley. But saw others win big

It fun to go they give the veterans a room under birthdays and they let them have $20 and food vouchers thank you veterans have a good time and on holidays they have specials so someone could enjoy their selves we love going there it gets us out of the house too something to do thank you Soaring Eagles

Slowly going downhill... Not many upgrades from when it was first opened. Not maintained the best for such a high dollar place.

Great hotel, rooms were clean, and plenty to do inside the building. Pools, got tubes, game room, family zone. All around great experience

We went to play a couple games of craps. It was okay. The tables were crowded but they did not open the 3rd table. Playing craps is always fun, but soaring eagle is kind of a sad place. Unfortunately, it looks like a lot of people have a lot riding on their gambling and are not there just for fun.

The hotel and surroundings were immaculate as always. They were crowded yet there was very little wait for service.

There were several open machines and the staff were friendly and helpful. They however did not have a smoke free area but are remodeling to add one soon.

I went to eat at Legend's American Diner and I must say the service was fantastic, great host and great employees in general to help out with any questions. The food service was awesomely timed quick and efficiently prepared and I respect them there majorly for doing their best.

It was alright. Gambling was a wash with no big wins and the food was the same.

It was good while it lasted. Machines were decent for awhile when we arrived, hit a certain time and almost no hits.

Always have a good time. But was a bit disappointed this last time when my favorite machines were gone.

Great shows but could give better promotions. They used to but I think they want us to pay for all the improvements and additions they are putting in. They have taken away so much from their steady customers and we are getting better promotions from other casinos just little farther away. Do need more restrooms though.

Love this hotel! Very clean. Unfortunately they can't seem to get all of the smoke smell from the nonsmoking rooms.

First time here for a concert. We had a blast but it was a little different then most other spots. We did love the ride to and from the field. That was Awesome!

Went to concert and dinner there . Outdoor concert was great, saw Santana. Indoor concert venue is poor, not enough angle to the floor. Dinner was very good in their Italian restaurant.

We are not big gamblers, but we enjoyed Martin Lawrence performing his live comedy show. The Casino hotel rooms are clean. We have stayed here before and will stay here again.

For buffet restaurant only. Dirty silverware, food not too great, cheap menu items, not a casino style buffet. More like an old run down Ponderosa restaurant. Table servers were great though. Very efficient and helpful.

Not a gambler.. But mom is so we went.. Very nice .. Lovely people and service..
