I was attending the Journey concert and the rain made everything outdoors a muddy mess but everything thing else was fine.

Looks great after the remodel. Great prices on food and drinks.

Slot machines not paying any off. Experience not a good one. Will we go back, not soon.

We saw the band Disturbed perform at the outdoor venue. Everything was set up excellently, not a bad seat in the house. Merch and drinks were pricey, but I've seen far worse at not as good! They appear to have an excellent summer line up for shows and I'd love to see another concert here!

Great place for any age. Beautiful artwork throughout the building, and I always enjoy my stay

Smokey, and large with big selection of VERY tight slot machines. If you want to throw away money and get lung cancer from second hand smoke, this THE place for you. Only reason 2 stars is they attract top name acts for shows.

Good time. We were part of the guinea pigs...I mean VIP group that got to go in today. Every other machine was open. Entrance was quick. Everybody wore masks. My hubby won but I lost my butt. Something is missing. Maybe because I used to go so much that I just got used to not going during lockdown. Probably will not be frequenting as much.

I never walk out of there a loser or empty handed. I also love the entertainment and the food and fun that this casino has to offer.

Looks good ,and great food. People were winning. I will be back soon

Going to a concert on the hill is an experience on it's own. Having the opportunity to sit down on a blanket, listening to your favorite artists is amazing.

I liked the decor and amenities of this hotel and casino. Friendly staff. I recommend you visit.

Well put together casino, good food at the buffet and steakhouse, there is an arcade and childcare sevice available for young children. The casino floor has a wide variety and is well maintained, although all of the increments of slot machines are mixed in so finding a machine you like can take a couple walks through if you are specific about what kind of slots you want to play

The food was alright. I was expecting something better based on what I've heard. For a buffet I guess it was ok. The plus side was definitely the desert options.

Great place to see a show but terrible cigarette smell permeating the entire main floor casino (I know, its a casino, but holy smokes batman!)

It is a nice place but being an ex smoker it is hard to enjoy yourself on the main floor. Even though they have a non smoking area you have to go through the entire floor of smokers to get to it. The entertainment area was nice and has lots of good views of the stage. Could have more shopping just two are that we found.

It's a casino. It's nice, good environment. As long as you like gambling this is your place.

Payout getting worse all the time.
Rarely see a hand pay and never get one.

The place is beautiful it just didn't pay out one single dime and at Christmas

Went to Soaring Eagle to attend a Mystery Dinner with my other half. The mystery itself was very entertaining and the actors did a phenomenal job remaining in character the entire time. The only thing that could have been improved was the quality of the food.

We went to a show here and although we loved the show, this venue was terrible. We showed up 30 minutes early and did not get in for 45 minutes. They didn't delay the show for those still trying to get in either, they just missed part of the show. The line was very slow getting in and it did not seem very well thought out. There was another show after ours and based on how things looked when we were finally able to leave through the only open door, I know it was worse for the incoming group. I will not go back to a show at this venue.

Great experience! Can't wait to come back. The dealers are the definition of professional and fun!

I had a great time at the Women's Expo today. Got to see many of my Family & Friends. I got to play my promo and won more than I expected. I had a Blast!! I Always do anyways! Thank you! Staff was very friendly.

This was a great getaway everything was really nice, the people were friendly, that was very well located for walking and driving to other places in the area. What's a great getaway if you're looking for something to do in this area they also had a great concert during the time we were there 3 doors down jammed the place out!

I went to see Cheech and Chong. Great show, seemed clean didn't visit any other areas on this visit.

Meet some new friends and had an experience the four of us will never forget!!

Didn t stay but have to comment on the casino...!! We ve been driving up here from clarkston area since they opened. Could have gone to Detroit. They used to always have plenty of 5.00 blackjack tables, now they have 1-2 tables max. They always ask for your players card, why I don t know...!! I got comped a hot dog and since I ve been going there. I have won way more than I ve lost surprisingly. I threw my players card away..!!! Try gun lake or fire keepers. I have been comped buffets at gun lake, and 2 hotel nights at fire keepers. DON T BE SO CHEAP.... !!!! Soaring Eagle...!!! FYI.... both Fire keepers & Gun Lake buffets put soaring eagles buffets to SHAME...!!!!

Room was very nice. Service was great. Furnace fan ran constantly making to room very dry. Even the non-smoking rooms have the faint scent of cigarette smoke in them.

The casino is a good size and it is a beautiful place. I've never had a bad time there! The rooms are clean and the service is great. Especially on the weekdays when it is not so busy.

Great Casino! Have visited several times and always a great experience! I will be returning, soon hopefully!

There is so much to do here! The restaurants have great and are affordable, the people are nice (even the security is helpful)! They do their best to keep the place clean, and the games are fun. I think the only negative is that people who are sensitive to light or are seizure prone may have an issue.

It's gorgeous and humongous, but I can't stand to walk in the place because the cigarette smoke is stifling and sticks with you the rest of the night. Gross!

Went for a recent convention, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was good, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Appreciate the Social Distance setup I felt safe during covid-19 visit. staycation was perfect.

Soaring Eagle is a very clean casino and resort. As soon as you walk into the casino section you are bombarded with slots and they also have table games including black jack , 3 card stud , 5 card stud, roulette , and more depending on the day you go. Soaring Eagle has a bunch of new animated slots as well as some of the old ones so there is a bunch of fun to be had by any type of casino fan.

Went to the casino. Wasn't too impressed by their selection of slots.

My husband and I enjoy spending date nights here. Now that they're wrapping up the remodel, the casino seems a little nicer. I like the enclosed non-smoking area. I just wish it was bigger.

Too hot in non-smoking room. Speakers too loud on some machines. Speakers for announcements extremely loud and very annoying in some areas. Too smoky. Other than those things, pretty good.

Beautiful event venue, every seat is good and sound is great. Easy access to casino if that's what you like.

Need better ventilation bc I get smoked the hell out every time I go. Also there machines seemed pretty tight for such a large casino

The casino was average and the restaurants the food being served appearance seemed un appetizing. I will not return..

Seafood buffet was reasonable, delicious and fresh.

Went there for my birthday and what a big disappointment the Aurora Buffet seafood night was awful the food was overcooked and just plain terrible if you have to spend your own money on the buffet I would suggest you don't it was not even close to being worth the 24. 95 it cost

It was a good show, seating could have been better. But all in all, not a bad experience.
