It was very clean,loads of guy,i had 2 friends win big,the water park is amazing,been there twice.I would recommend for sure.

Friendly staff, very well kept. Event was on time & ran smoothly. Overall had a great experience

Great room, fabulous seafood buffet, and a little winning to top it off.

Went to the Steak and Chop House. I ordered the signature filet rare with jumbo lump crab. The steak came out nearly raw with no crab. When I asked the waitress to send it back she said "I don't remember you ordering crab with it" and asked me to take my steak off my plate, place it on my appetizer plate and send it back. They would "finish cooking it and I could eat my potatoes while I wait". By the time my meal came back my wife was done eating. I ordered an "old fashion" cocktail and when it came it tasted like well whiskey not the Makers Mark it called for on the drink list. When I asked about this the waitress said they were out of makers Mark and instead used Jack Daniels. My wife ordered prime rib rare. It was cooked perfectly but had little flavor to justify the price. Overall I was very dissapointed, my wife got sick within 10 minutes of leaving presumably from her shellfish allergy triggered by cross contamination and I spent $150 on a horrible meal for 2. I will not go back and recommend you skip this so called "fine dining" experience and go to the buffet. On a positive note we had a wonderful couples massage at the spa. That was money well spent.

Went here for the disturbed concert and got a hotel room it was really nice and the concert was awesome. They have really good restaurants inside a big bar and TONS of slot machines.

Great show (Disturbed). Staff was good and nice. However, in this facility you can smoke cigarettes and cigars but inside the venue, which is outside, you are NOT allowed to smoke. Seriously, can anyone tell me the logic behind this??!!! Other than that, it was fine.

Very good service and help when needed. Very fun for a gathering area.

Went for Dane cook, nice little casino in the middle of nowhere. Good food choices and our room was really clean.

Nice facility but the rooms could use a face lift. Felt like I was in the 1900s there are almost no plugs at all but other then that the venue is great. Food is reasonably priced inside and the pool/hottub were incredibly well kept

Had an absolutely incredible time here. Service was spot on, and the pool was really nice, and clean.

Always found good parking even when it's busy. Very large amount of good slot machines and other machines to play. Will for sure come back.

We usually stay at Hamptons and Holiday Inns but decided to splurge on a room at the casino to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Unfortunately we found this hotel to be a disappointing experience. We checked in around 6 p.m. after a long day of tubing on the river. We were looking forward to a hot shower, but our shower was broken. They couldn't give us another room because they were sold out, so they sent a maintenance person to take a look. They were able to fix the shower, but it significantly delayed the start of our evening. They offered no apology or compensation for this, so we decided to ask for compensation. They gave us $20 off the room, which I don't find to be satisfactory at all.

The room itself was decent but outdated. There was peeling wallpaper and broken electrical outlets. The hotel is definitely in need of a refresh.

We ate dinner at Isabella's. The restaurant could also use some updates. The service was slow but the food was decent and fairly priced. We enjoyed the spinach dip appetizer.

The casino was extremely smokey and crowded. We definitely prefer the casinos in downtown Detroit.

Overall, we feel like we can get a better experience and value elsewhere. We won't be back.

Slots are very tight..resturants mediocre at best..steakhouse claims aged beef...but I really doubt that. Eaten there many times on their dime..would have been pretty upset had I been paying cash...

Don't ever use your savings/checking account atm card here! My bank contacted me saying this is a fraud when getting cash! Plus they charge way to much to you to withdraw money! Anywhere from $7 to $14 dollars charge just to get your own money! Don't trust this place with your atm cards! Be safe and take out your money from your own personal bank and not at Soaring Eagle!

Beautiful space done in Native decor. Plenty of space at tables and the slots are new, and they hit!

Games to tight. Comps almost non existent. Dealers and Wait staff very Good.

We saw a concert in the entertainment hall and it was great!! We were expecting the drinks to be overpriced and under poured but they were actually really good and moderately priced. We had an issue with one of the cashiers at the bar, she just had a horrible attitude and seemed annoyed to even be there. Other than her though the bartenders and other staff were great. Very nice venue, clean bathrooms.

The rooms were spacious and included a fridge. The staff was friendly. Casino was clean and nicely done. I liked that there was a non smoking area as well. There were many bars and free soda and coffee available in the casino which was a nice touch. The buffet was good with many options especially dessert. Good prices. The diner I was not impressed with. Over all the experience was pleasant. Went with friends and we enjoyed ourselves.

Water park was fun kids liked it. Hotel prices are high!!!!

The Good: I like the changes and re-modeled flow of the casino floor. The bartenders and servers are great they make you feel welcomed. The dealer and table game folks get to upset over mistakes and are quick to jump on folks, I personally didn't have a problem however, they were not helpful to new players and seem to discourage them. Perks are not nearly as good as they use to be and compared to other casino's they would rate lower on perks and service.

Shared a room nice and clean not far from the casino went there to golf and Gamble had a great time wish I could get tickets for the show Foreigner was playing they're 40th anniversary show can't believe they've been around that long played with their money all the time I was there won and lost

The rooms are super, have several great restaurants, food is good. It's easy to check in, the staff is very friendly. Everything is great except the gambling was horrible this time even though the casino was full. Didn't get any hitchhikers to string you along .

The new Ascend Sportsbar is really a nice addition to this casino. The casino also invested in a new poker room that is probably the best in the state. Over $26 million in renovations have happened at this casino and entertainment resort in 2018. Played about 4 hours of Blackjack a few weeks ago and all the dealers were friendly and ran the tables professionally.

Just got back from Soaring Eagle casino. The place was great. Buffet was excellent although the lines are long. Food was great. I played table games the entire time and was extremely impressed by how friendly the dealers are, even the ringers they brought in cracked a smile now and then. The poker room was rather uninviting though. We went in to ask some questions and were quickly dismissed. They don't have sit n go like the website says. The hotel room was great plenty of room and nice and clean with some neat little details that were kinda cool, they folded the end of the toilet paper roll in a neat little triangle to let you know it was a new roll plus a lot of other tiny tidbits. Had a great time there with my wife. We used to go when we were going to a nearby college and it was a very small casino. It's much bigger now and the people are very friendly. Even the pit bosses!! Definitely would recommend it to anyone wanting a fun time. I can't speak to winning a ton of money because everyone knows it's gambling but we held our own and came out on the positive this time!!

Hotel room great. Casino needs a bigger assortment of machines, so many of the same ones. A little disappointed in the Aurora buffet.

The events are left leaning, and the payouts are rare, but the workers are nice.

We came for the casino and just like always they took what we had but it was fun

Its located in mt.pleasant michigan. Amazing staff and casino. Its clean and I always have an amazing time when I go there.

It's small compared to the other casinos. Had a lot of penny machines. Went with a group, it was nice. We had the lunch buffet it was okay small as well.

Visited for the first time in a long time and was pleasantly surprised by all of the updates. The players cards seem easier to use, and ended up with $30 of free gambling money. Brought a friend and we both had a blast playing the wide variety of slots available. We played all day, enjoyed the expansive buffet, and even left with a few extra bucks in our pockets! Definitely planning a trip back soon.

The casino has really been cleaned, but would like to see newer slot machines and more gaming tables that don't require a $10 minimum bet. It would be nice to be able to play table games with a $1.00 bet, especially for newbie table players.

I booked a room for june 15th on Wednesday i used my card it was $294, they put a hold for $294 and also took $294 so these idiots overdrafted my account and now i had to pay a overdrafted fee. Called them and they wont do anything about it or help me. Will never stay at this pos hotel again. Horrible customer service.

Saw Steely Dan ( outdoor venue) had a great time. Many porta potties along with food and drink. Easy to get into and out of the venue.

Lots and lots of slot machines, with a few other machines scattered about. Tables per usual. Good restaurants as well.
