Soaring Eagle Casino and Resort Reviews

Have been going for many years. I decided to take a friend and went to try the diner next to the buffet, service from our waiter has very bad (was not only people who had an issue with him), the food was gross we both ordered off the breakfast menu, but otherwise everything on the gambling end was great as always.

The hotel was very nice, Isabella's was an absolutely delicious restaurant, and my group had a lot of fun at the casino and show we attended!

The service was good and the beds were very comfy, highly recommended

The place looks like it's down sizing. And the new machines don't pay out. And neither do the old ones. It's sad, the eagle use to be a decent place, just a couple years ago, I could take $200 in with me, and play for like 6 to 8 hours. $200 today last maybe 30 minutes. They have their machines way to tight, just like the Detroit casinos. And while I was there, I seen no winners at all. They need to loosen the machines up if they want to stay in business. Cause it's not worth the drive anymore. I'm from Roseville Mi.

Ate at the stake house which was amazing then attended a concert and the security was good except a little pushy but it's their job I guess. Then we played slots for a while which was fun until my money got stuck in a game after it tried to cash me out. Overall it was fun except a couple annoying instances.

I love it there. We went for our honeymoon and our 1st yr anniversary. It's very clean and a great atmosphere.

Fun atmosphere! Several different restaurants to choose from. Cute little shop. Was here for the Price is Right game show today!

Nice place that smells like cigarettes , fop sweat and greed. Drinks are cheap, didn't eat there. My hair and clothes reeked like smoke and had to shower and wash my clothes immediately. Great place to visit if you have lost the will to live and want to flush your money away in colorful nifty machines. Good luck. You'll need it.

Enjoy going here and even won a little money. Hate the smoke but thankfully the rooms are non smoking. The guy from reservations was extremely rude! Very unprofessional. Not impressed! Managers need to train their staff on better customer service!

It was a great experience. I wish there was more non smoking areas rather than the few card tables and the small slots area in the back.

I was at soaring eagle for the Foreigner 40th anniversary concert. Parking was great, the concert was great, the casino is very well kept.

Nobody there rode with 40 other seniors from highland.estates.we got there around 10:30. Bet there was not more than couple thousand there.no one in our group did anything.i broke even.ever quiet.Dont think I'm going back there any more.

This casino is a very nice casino. I enjoyed every mintue that I was here they had very good food and i was never far from anyone that could help me. The play area was very clean and it looked like to me that most of the machines were updated and new.

Great place for the family! Kids can have a lot of fun and casino is huge! Staff is very helpful and kind! Worth the money and trip!

Decent casino, nice indoor pool area and outdoor hot tub. Has been updated included restaurants in the past couple of years. Worth a try if you're feeling lucky.

I didn't have a good time because the machines are not paying out good. My sister and brother both said that they had bad. you don't have a good time when you can't win at least a little bit

Overall good time. Very busy but that's to be expected at a casino. They're building a new poker room so if you're going to play poker you gotta take a shuttle to the other building.

All guidelines are followed. I feel, for the most part safe to have a nice time.

I went for my birthday. I got free money which was awesome!

We went for a lunch date. We didn't expect Shipshewana to be there, it was much busier than usual. All areas were clogged with people smoking. We were going to try and eat at isabella's restaurant. It is right next to the Water Lily Lounge. There was a line. We waited about 10 minutes before we found out isabella's was not open. There were no hours posted by the entrance or on the website. We decided to try the buffet, since we had heard the streak house didn't open until 5. Somewhere along the way, there was a scrolling electronic sign that said isabella's hours were something like 8a-12p and 5p-11p on Saturdays. We waited in line for the buffet for about 20 minutes and still were not at the front. We left the casino and ate somewhere else. You would think a big place like the casino would plan ahead for large events like this and have more options available for big crowds.

Most of the machines I enjoy playing are turned off due to social distancing the ones i did play were very tight very little play time for my money! I'm done with soaring eagle!

Can't win even enough to play longer. Machines are very tight,if you get free spins you don't win anything. I would just stay home and play slots on your phone.

Went to gamble with my friend for his birthday, and didn't have a great time. He really wanted to play blackjack and roulette, but there was a giant crowd around roulette and after an hour and a half waiting we gave up. We waited for 45 minutes after that just for him to find a spot to sit down and play some blackjack - for a long time the only seats open had a minimum more than our budget. We didn't stay long to gamble after having waiting for over two hours just to begin.

To be fair, the dealers were great. Kind, helpful, and funny, they really helped improve the experience.

Went for the journey concert. Great show! Awesome sound and stage production. Drinks are pricy but not unexpectedly so.

Had a good time gambling with my friends. Atmosphere was classic. On the casino floor it was a bit dirty but that is to be expected. Had a great time.

This hotel smells so bad the whole first floor smells of wet mold. Pre payed 500 for 2 nights and the damn pool is closed said nothing about that online. Very disappointed with this place. Open the fing pool

They just seem to have a few to many over what capacity should be. Life guards should have signals down pat. Supervisor tried telling slide lifeguard to send people down to close the ride and he couldn't figure out what was happening. Which seemed important to me if they were shutting it down. But she also had a walkie talkie do they not have one up top? Or even a cell phone?

Huge parking lots. Many entrances. Drink prices a very affordable. Wheelchair accessable.

They took all my money. But that's alright. I guess I had fun. No but really it's a great place. 10/10 would recommend.

Very clean , the taco bar was good in their new bar , machines were friendly, and got to watch wrestling in one of the Bars

Location was okay, room was huge (it was a suite) and there wasn't a whole lot of service that really was needed. Pool was excellent and so was the outdoor hottub!

If you are a health concious eater or have diet restrictions this buffet is not the place for you. Unless you just like cold salads. Even my husband that LOVES buffets was bored. The chef ended up making me a plate so I could have dinner. I wasn't expecting this to be necessary because at the Fire keepers, the buffet there has such a fantastic and huge selection that I never have to worry about finding something and always leave full and happy. I don't even like casinos but I go to the one in Battle Creek just for the buffet and it is the same price!

Casino is very clean attendance were there on the spot bringing drinks and giving payouts enjoyed myself there a lot
