Slots are way tight! Should have stayed south and stayed at fire keepers...overall not impressed with the whole design & set up.one visit and never again.

The buffet is amazing, games to choose from are endless, friendly customer service and the atmosphere is a very positive vibe for a winner to win!! Clean comfortable rooms.

Asked to leave a concert while sitting in my seat watching the show. Apparently the confrontation between the two people sitting to my right which I didn't even know or come with made me guilty by association. Absolutely unacceptable to be removed from a show with no explination or reason. I've been to a ton of concerts and never had as much as a warning. I will not step foot in that casino again and will be sure to let all my friends know not to attend concerts there as Well. Also they asked that you not stand up during the show. Pretty sure it's a concert not a movie theatre.

Visited the main casino area, do not visit if allergic to smoke!

Was very smokey and smelled like smoke while walking up to building but was clean inside for the most part.

Clean restrooms and yummy pizza. Free valet, coffee and soda.

Buffet was a joke, floor was boring and uneventful. Staff appears to overcomplicate every process.

be preparex to be followed and remi nded to put your mask back on in between sips of your drink. Not crowded, not a welcomi g casino atmosphere for sure.

Great place all around, food, drinks, ton of slots, and table games, had a blast with my friends, and for sure going back. Gonna try the hotel next time ;)

Always have a great time here the staff is very friendly they have a great selection of different slots great selection of live card tables they have four different places to eat in the casino food is very good and very easy to get a parking spot

All I can say is wow wow the concert was great with CCR and Three Dog Night and the fireworks was like out of the world very very good job I will go again if you have these guys play there again.

Cheech and tommy chong were great as usual.

Dealers were great, but even with the new air filters the gambling floor was still incredibly smoky.

I just went in to waste a little time while on vacation. Within half an hour I walked out with an extra $50 in my pocket.

It's a casino, so what I am winning and losing is most important. Winning $500+, breaking even and losing are about equal ratios for me. Though I have never had a handpay, I don't really expect too. I come for fun and don't consider myself a die hard gambler. I genuinely like this casino, and amenities. Restaurants are all good with various price ranges. Nice concert venue, and nice hotel rooms. I knocked a star off, because alcohol is quite pricey, even in comparison to other casinos, and because comp program changed and seemed to have gotten shittier.

Slots are very tight to say the least. Won't return.

I saw an outdoor KANE BROWN concert here. Afterwards, visited the casino, shops, and restaurant. Wonderful experience!

Attended the Amy Shumer comedy show at the outdoor venue. She was great! We had a great time.

Lots of machines and very pleasent employees. Wait staff few and far between.

The Soaring Eagle Casino has a great outdoor concert venue where even the "cheap seats" provide for a good show. The casino floor is nice and we'll organized. It can get busy, but that just adds to the casino atmosphere.

Occasionally fun. Have had the most jackpots here out of all the casinos in Michigan.

There is some construction projects happening on the property right now but they do a nice job of not letting it interfere with the casino experience. Some of the gaming tables are,oddly placed near the rear of the casi,o near the non smoking section. Also, the non smoking section is at the rear of the casino and non smokers have to walk through the smoke to get there. The room was fabulous and the hotel staff was superb.

The casino is large and splits into two buildings. The games are fun and if you stay to eat at the Aurora restaurant you have truly completed your experience. You'll be back again and again , I guarantee.

We saw fireworks there and the security was good, the grounds also pretty nice.

I was there for a concert (Gin Blossoms & Collective Soul). The concert was excellent - Collective Soul NEVER disappoints! My only wish was that there was more information given about the event as I missed the meet and greet due to lack of information. There could also have been more than one person selling merchandise for each band.

There was no table games to play because of some kind of issue. I ask the Staff what they plan to do for people like me who came to play table game and I was told there was nothing they could do. This would have never happen in Vegas. I wasn t even offer a meal so I just wasted 230 on a room. I think I will just stay with Vegas.

Waiting for the reveal of the non-smoking area. Little disappointed they did not have a temporary non-smoking area.

The service was very good. We had issues with our room and we were moved right away. It was a fun time and the people were very nice

Beautiful casino. The Aurora has wonderful food. Great selection and delicious.

Went to gamble the place is very nice and spacious. The valet wanted a tip when I dropped off the car which has never happened to me before in all my years of using valet services.

Terrible place to gamble.. every thing there is subpar compared to other casinos.. food is awful, gambling odds are awful, and the staff is awful at most everything.. if you want better odds and better food for less go to kewadin casino run by the sault Chippewa tribe up north.. way better odds at winning, better food for the price and friendly environment.. lastly I would conclude there is better places to lose your money if thats what your looking to do.

We went here for a birthday. Drinks were cheap and the atmosphere was fun. My only complaint is that, because smoking is allowed in the casino, all of my clothes smell like smoke. Nature of the beast I suppose though.

We visited Soaring Eagle just for a little while stopped just to play the slots

Was disappointed in walking so far from elevator being 80years old and a cane just to far started at 249 off elevator to 203 a long walk to room then back to go to cacino then change room was told they would bring our stuff to new room so we went to play slots came to knew room to find our stuff was still in room 203 had to get back key and go back to 203 and back to 4077 what a disaster for pain in our legs and back so disappointed in the lady who gave us the room knowing what she saw in front of her sorry old people still like to have fun but need some consideration for canes wheel chairs and age AMEN AMEN AMEN

It's time they flip the smoking policy so you can go into a smoking area rather than a smoke free area!
