Lots to do. Slot machines, poker, black jack, drawing every hour. Several restaurants inside. Average, moderate and high priced. Free soda and water. Concerts and entertainment. Helpful staff.

I'm a minor and it's a casino but I had plenty of fun with a pool, a arcade, a hot tub and the rooms were great too. Only problem was my card didn't work and the security guard who I asked to get me back into the pool was grumpy and careless. I walked out of the pool to grab my towel because I forgot it he was just inconsiderate. Not to mention that there was nobody at the desk to assist me. Other than that. Family friendly staff, great fold and all around great place to be.

Great drinks and adult time. Just wish there was more winning on the slots, but I guess that's why it's called gambling. Our son loves going to Kid Quest, so mom and dad can have a rare evening out.

Rated it high because of my personal experience. As usual, I accidentally left my purse where I dined inside the casino. I didn't realize it until fifteen minutes later. I went back and was told one of the patrons turned my purse into security. I received my belongings intact, including my debit and credit cards. I guess maybe people that frequent Soaring Eagle are honest, upstanding and have more money than I do. Thank you to the unknown Dearheart.

If you are a slot player and plan on winning, your best bet is to at least take $100. This casino was the best in Michigan at one point as far as room rates, winning stakes on machines, dinning, the arcade to keep kids busy while parents play, and special events such as concerts and expos ECT. I have been to all of the casinos in this state and I believe my opinion as stated above is agreeable. However, in the past two years the casino has gone to hell. The points system has changed on cards players cards and is extremely confusing, which means most people don't know how or when they have enough points to get a snack at one of the snack stands or to get the buy one get one buffet on Tuesday. Though the buffet is good it isn't worth over $20 in my opinion and since it's difficult to use points from your player card you are paying out of pocket what used to be a free meal for two by paying with points. The free play is hard to understand and get and they can and do give and take it on a monthly bases. The winning stakes have been lowered so much that, unless very lucky, your not winning anything substantial until you send $100 to $500 and maybe not even then. The chance of winning is so low in fact that none of my friends or family will go back any more because if you are an average 20 to 50 dollar player or even 50 to 100 dollar player you are not likely to walk away with close to what you came with or what you came with especially more than what you brought. This used to be one of my favorite if not my favorite places to visit or even stay but unless you have money to burn and are okay without the "thrills of winning 100", just stay home. However awful the slot play has become, there are a lot of tables to join if you are a table game's kind of person. There are giant black jack machines to play with a large group of other virtual black jack fan and right now a brand new high stakes poker and high roller section is under construction. All in all, unless you're luckier than most as a slot player I would say just stay home or try to bring your paycheck and pray because this casino has ruined slot play, slot points, and is just not worthy of trip. Wish management would bring back the soaring hot wins they used to have and change the points system back.

I thought it was great! Lots of machines to choose from and won enough to keep playing at least! Enjoyed our visit. Kind of weird to have to make a u-turn to get to the road to the casino but was doable.

Fun time, stay away from buffet. Average wins, but you would think for $25, you'd get a decent buffet. Crab legs were very small, shrimp was not fully cleaned, heading to restroom now.

Nice casino and hotel.

Nice casino and hotel.

I like the food at the Italian restaurant, the diner, and even the bar has a decent menu, and really good food. I will not be returning to the buffet, long wait for mediocre food, not even worth the money at half price.

Fun place to waste/blow money, pending you can afford to. However, the employees are horrible to deal with. Everyone from bar staff, slot attendant's, table games and floor walkers are rude and inconsiderate. I typically stay for hours of entertainment...but last 2 out of 3 times, I have left earlier than expected due to such horrible employee attitude's.

Weekday neglect. Room service neglects customers after 11 pm. There is a restaurant called legends that does 24 hour service. Problem is you can t order on phone. So you have to go down and wait for 20 min + while they cook it.

Our room was spectacular. We got the jacuzzi suite plus $ 100 in gambling and 4 drink coupons. Bottom line was we got a really nice room and all the perks for the equivalent nights stay anywhere else .

Have been going to Soaring Eagle with friends every 6 mo for the last 4 yrs. Will not be going back. Room rates have gone from Pricey to Over Priced..... The staff has changed from adequate to poor...... The casino staff is now Slovenly and only reluctantly make eye contact...... Bartenders are only trained to serve beer and wine and any form of mixed cocktail is a challenge..... The front desk staff has no concept of friendly customer service...... Changes to the rewards program was the last straw......it has gone from Poor to TOTALLY USELESS........................

I visit the casino roughly once a year and I enjoy playing on the slot machines. The biggest problem I have with the casino is they seem to always be changing the location of the slot machines. This is a problem to others and myself because I like playing the same machines usually when I visit Soaring Eagle. I wish they had an interactive map of there casino floor. Enabling me to find my desired slot machine. Other than that my experiences at the casino have been fun.

Sitting at the bar having a drink. Security guard comes up within inches of me to tell me to wear my mask as I'm sipping on my margarita? Excuse me but I can't drink and suffocate myself with a mask at the same time. And way to follow social distancing rules.

Had a great time. Really enjoyed the band at Ascend and only because of them we ended up staying and drinking longer than we expected. Food and service weren't the greatest but the ambiance was good.
