I feel like I win here more often then other casinos in the region. Beautiful open airy casino, always trying to improve your experience, lots of great slots and table games. Friendly staff. I don't win all the time, but the experience makes up for my losses.

Horrible customer service, stinks terribly of smoke. They do not care about you. You are nothing more than a dollar sign to them. I would love to see a full blown investigation into their blackjack table games. No one ever wins. Do yourself a favor and spend your money on a business that values you.

Isabella's Italian restaurant shouldn't put sooo much garlic in their food. Especially the fish dishes. The slots are about fair for payouts.

Recently stayed in a king bed jacuzzi suite, and did the play and stay package. It was an excellent value; the room was pretty nice, the jacuzzi was very roomy and perfect for a romantic evening. The play and stay package included $100 of premium play ($50/each) and $50 of dining credit. We chose to use our dining credit at Isabella's and it was a fantastic choice, very classy dining experience and the food was every bit as good as the atmosphere and presentation. Highly recommend for a dinner with your special someone! Honestly, the whole trip was a great experience that I would recommend to anyone!

Hotel has very nice accommodations...spent one night there to celebrate my birthday this year with friends. Easy walk to the casino with a few small shops along the way. It is a four star resort...but you get what you pay for. The next morning was treated to one of the best massages I've ever received. The massage therapists are phenomenal...knew exactly how to make a girl feel amazing after a night of celebrating!! Had a fabulous time...can't wait to go back for another event!

We went to see the wheel of Fortune and really enjoyed the show. The security guards trying to stop people from taking pictures was distracting and a lost cause.

Did not stay in resort. Was camping a few miles away over fourth of July and got bored one day. I drove here to see the place. The building was enormous so I expected a lot. After going in I realized the casino floor itself was very small. A lot of the games were the same too all in rows. Not A lot of choice. There is another gambling hall across the street I noticed too. Have not checked that out.

The environment has gotten too crowded during remodeling. Hopefully it will even back out.

It was a nice place. The room is clean although the bathroom seems a little dated. Customer service was hit and miss. Some people were very friendly, some people acted like you were bothering them to do their job. The casino was really nice. I would stay there again.

You have at least a chance at winning here. Payouts are better than most. Probably the best payouts in the whole state. They need to improve their poker room. That is a must! They need to bring in more exciting new and fun slots. They are missing a lot of slots that are staples in every other casino. They are certainly bigger than most. They have the room, so bring in the slots that are more fun to play!

We had a blast here again, can't wait to come back!

Over priced, small rooms. Water park is not even half the size as the pics make it look. Should have went to Great Wolf.

I live in Saginaw Mi so this the closest casino to me. I think they have a nice payout. That's why I go here a lot. Comps are fairly decent. Very nice enjoy yourself when you come. They dont bite.

Love the facility but the casino is very tight. Hard to hit there anymore.

Review for the entertainment venue. Attentive staff. Good organization. Ticket line a tad slow. Seats moderately comfortable. A bit of a squeeze when audience at capacity. But over all a good experience. Audio is great. Two large screens so you don't miss what's on stage

I always come to the casino when I'm in the area and I do pretty good. I love that Freeplay can be used at the tables as well as slot machines. Very fun place and there's an arcade for the kids while you gamble. Free valet and the hotel is nice!

Haven't been there in a year the buffet is better at big boy I would rather eat at a vending machine

This place is huge and it wasn't as smokey as I thought it would be. Enjoyed ourselves there

We are regular customers of the Eagle and are Diamond players. We have frequented the Eagle since the new resort opened. I would rate the Hotel as very nice overall, but expensive. I would rate the food as having many choices as where to eat and being very good, but expensive. Entertainment is a constant here with concerts etc. The employees are very polite and helpful, and the hotel staff exceptional. Plenty of non smoking areas and rooms, floors. Promotions are constant. One big area of concern if the tightening up of the slots and almost all other games to increase the house hold, I know this to be a fact. One of the reasons for the tightening up of gaming is to increase casino hold to pay for the Standish casino hotel and all the remodel, update, of the Resort, in other words, the gaming is getting as tight as tight can be, and players are catching on. So, all in all, the Eagle is a beautiful venue, with lots of games and amenities, entertainment, etc., but be prepared to pay a big price to partake of it all. A word to the Hi Roller Black Jack players,,why would you play a $50 minimum or a $100 minimum BJ game at the same rules as at the $5 and $10 tables??? I know of no other casino that does not offer better rules for the Hi Roller players and VIP's,,get smart folks.

Okay casino, good variety of games but not the best variety we've seen. Went there on a group outing and for what we spent there the next months comp mailer offered us $5.00 in free play...not even 1% of what we spent there Four Winds gives us $40.00 free play and dinner as comps for spending half as much.
It's been several years since we've been to Soaring Eagle and probably will be several more years before we return.

The new Asend Sports bar and restaurant. I give it 5 stars for the atmosphere and decor. However, the food was not good. I had a burger and fries. I expected a good bar burger from such a nice looking place. The burger was a thin pre-made frozen patty of not good quality meat. It is the same patty Legend's restaurant serves, but with an onion bun. The fries were seasoned too heavy and salty. It is very disappointing as the casino could benefit from having better quality food options.

It was fine and all but that was until we were getting ready to go to bed and under the covers a bug was on the bed and it was most definitely a bed bud. Not going again tried to get us not say anything with a free trip back. Don t recommend

The slot machines are getting more expensive to play. Sr citizen day is awesome. Ate at the diner the waitress was rude breakfast everything burnt would not eat breakfast there again.

Nice place, lots of slits however I've noticed (along with other players I've talked with) there isn't near as much payouts. Cutting back my time for awhile.

Stay was very nice had a nice time for the evening of our stay... however the morning of our stay I was wakened at 6 am by someone beating on the door a few doors down! Then I was disappointed when house keeping kept knocking on our door before 11 (8 times) even though our dnd hanger was on door!
They need to have someway of knowing that people have checked out of the room like turn the hanger to all set or hang nothing or something.

It's always a great experience going there. I always enjoy myself there.

I feel that after putting 100 bucks in a quick hits machine I should have gotten more then 1 bonus round. A few years ago when I played it the machine gave a few bonuses for 100 bucks.

A premier casino in the middle of the mitten! The rooms are quality, the gaming is fun and resort is gorgeous. Treat yourself and/or your family to a vacation. You deserve it.

I wasn't impressed..but i did enjoy the huge bar with the music..lost a bunch of money, but my daughter had a good time there for her birthday!

Nice restaurants since the renovation slots were fair broke even after being there for almost 4 hours!!

Had an amazing weekend would be 5 star but the room was in need of some minor maintenance.

It's a really nice casino. Just don't do anything stupid. Then tribal police ain't no joke.

The staff has always friendly, helpful and very courteous. The VIP lounge host a beautiful spread from the hot hor d'oeuvres the fresh pastries, &cracker and cheese plates. I haven't won big here yet. YET

I was not sure what to expect with the covid. The casino had standard protocols in place. However I did not see anyone wiping down machines in between users. I was pleasantly surprised that they gave us $25 free play for being from a non local area. I live near detroit. I was told the promotion was available weekly. My son had to ask for it though. I was given the promotion no questions asked. The biggest surprise was how crowded it was. Every other machine was turned off and the Plexiglas was in place on the tables. We could not get a spot on any tables. Played the machines without any difficulty.

Nice casino & atmosphere. Buffet was good also. The outside grounds were nicely decorated for Christmas.

I was there for an outdoor concert with willie Nelson, zz top and John fogerty, after the concert I was in the casino for a drink and food. I had a great time but i never gamble.

Went to see Straight No Chaser at Soaring Eagle and had a blast. Very nice venue.
