Like any casino it seems a little to smoke filled for my taste but that seems to be amplified when only a few of the workers are smiling and fewer still are the staff that seem happy to there or that want to help/wait on you.

They went downhill they used to be a whole lot bigger and have more games and would payout alot more now they dont id rather go to firekeepers casino at least they have better games and payout more often

My 2 day experience was horrible. Everything they offered me was messed up, nothing organized. I had to run back and forth to transfer their coupons to our cards that they had all messed up. Lost my money and never had a winning moment in 3 days there. They didn't clean rooms for people staying more than one day and didn't supply us with enough towels or cups and glasses for our 3 day and 2 night stay. The room had 2 towels for 3 people. Tub is very tiny which was a huge bust for 3 women. The bathroom floor was filthy under the sink. I personally will never be interested in the casino or the hotel again. I asked for a casino host and never got one.

Went to go watch the NATO cage fights. Great venue, no bad seats. Had large projection screens of the action. Also, what I liked is the concessions and bathrooms were right inside the hall so you didn't have to leave. All in all had a great time.

We stayed on the second floor in 2 double rooms. The rooms were nice and clean. The beds were a very very firm and one dipped a bit on the side from age. Service was good. We ate at isabellas, and it was delicious with great staff. All staff at the casino were helpful and we had a good time

Spent an afternoon at the slots. I think the lights were a little brighter that evening. This is a very nice place. I've visited casinos in FL, AL, MS, NC, & AZ and I'ed rate Soraing Eagle second only to the Harrahs Cherokee in NC.

The hotel itself is beautifull, but i couldn't handle the very paper tin sheets ,you can hear everything through the walls, every movement, no sleep at all, room was really clean, now for the casino well.... You are too focus on the virus and everyone wearing masks that you lack of making everyone feel welcome is not there, i didn't see anybody checking ids at all, cashiers rude as they could be,no matter who you talked too, sad to say this is the last time i stay here sorry better luck next time.

We switched rooms because the breakfast menu hanger placed on the pillows was already filled out from the previous guests. (It made us wonder what else had been reused in the room, yuck). The hotel is showing it's age, wallpaper peeling off the walls, window sills missing pieces, etc. It's confusing because every time we come here something is under construction, which led us to believe it was being kept up to date.

Nice casino, and big with plenty of space. Variety of restaurants, and a hotel. Plenty of parking, and nice pop machines that are free.
Lots of table games but minimum goes up when it's busy. It can get smokey but has no smoking room. Has Concert areas too
I wish they would bring back the electronic games like blackjack and craps where you can play at your pace. Variety is better than more slots

Its Great when you win!!! But the odds are against you, I don't win as much as I would like to, as many times as I visit, I think they should pay out more often.... went back and still did not win

The west side of the casino floor is currently under construction so the normal flow of the place was a bit off. Im a craps player and wasnt overly impressed by the layout of their tables or the number of them that we open (I was there from 2-4pm). The dealers were all great though - that was a plus. We did eat lunch at the diner and the burgers we not very good. They reminded me more of cafeteria food than a $10 meal. If you do go tothe diner, id recommend that you order something else. Overall, a very nice casino. Would recommend it to anyone looking for some gambling entertainment.

The room had very nice furniture, but there was no room to even move around, no table to eat at, and I really wish I could have canceled my room, but because I had booked it the afternoon we were gonna stay, we were unable to cancel, got a double queen suite at holiday inn the following night for only a few dollars more, very disappointed in this stay, I even asked if they had a bigger room and was told no, while the giant suite next to me was never even used...smh.... what happened here, I wont be staying there again!!

The amount of money you pay is absolutely not worth it. The walls were peeling, tiles were missing from the hallway and the $500 dollar a night room I was in looked like it haven't been updated for years. Not even close to worth the money!!!

First of all we don't go to the casino to gamble. If you're only interested in playing the slots you will more than likely be disappointed. The Soaring Eagles has very nice concerts, and comedians. if you go for a show, dinner, and then try your luck at the slots it's worth it. Today we went to celebrate my brothers 18th Birthday, we started at the Buffet. Each time we go to the buffet the quality and choices of the food has been progressively gotten worse. We went 5 years ago the food was amazing and they had the biggest selection I have ever saw at a buffet. 2 years ago it had a pretty good selection and the quality was still very good. This time they hardly had anything for choices and it was just ok, the deserts were very dry, the pulled pork tacos were also dry, some of the other choices were very salty, no pasta dishes, doughy pizza. Sadly this has turned into an overpriced mediocre buffet. After we left the buffet we spent about 30 minutes playing slots, but mostly wandering around watching everyone else "donating" their money too, before leaving. All in All it's close to home, my brother had a good 18th birthday and learned that it doesn't pay to gamble, and only take what you plan on loosing.

It's actually a pretty nice casino for the location. I've been here many times either to gamble or for concerts and the only bad experience I've had was due to having a bit too much to drink and betting way to much on black.

There is a large game floor with a huge selection of slots. The game tables can be a bit busy most times so you could be waiting a while to get in on a game.

There is a decent selection for food while you're gambling too. I mainly eat at the little 50's diner cause it's still open when it's time to stop losing my money. But I have heard great things about the other restaurants.

The event venues are nice. The Summer Concert series is great to experience to see some top tier entertainment for a fair price. The indoor venue is also nice. It is small, therefore the entertainment may not as big, but there isn't a bad seat in the place and the sound is nice.

I've never been in the resort, but I have heard good things about it. Some family goes to the water park there on a regular basis in the summer so it must be a good value.

I only rate this 4/5 stars because there are some minor things that could be improved upon. I only give 5/5 for perfect experiences.

TL:DR Overall from what I've experienced, Soaring Eagle is a great place to go, for more than just to lose your money. Food, entertainment, and a room to stay is great for a weekend away.
