Soaring Eagle is an awesome place to stay. Always friendly staff and lots to do. This visit was no exception.

Love everything about this hotel and casino. 7th floor views from hotel are beautiful and check in was a breeze

Hadn't been to Soaring Eagle Casino in over 20 years. Great expansion over the years. Even in the open gaming areas didn't smell all of the cigarette smoke. Also, being a lifelong no smoker I didn't leave nauseated. Wonderful visit!

Love. The variety of machines. The food. The concerts every thing. The hotel.

Our first time there and I had fun even though I lost. The food in the waterlily was good

We had two lamps for our lighting, it was way too dark. No easily accessible outlets. Sheets had some hairs on them which grossed us out a little but other than that our stay was good.

We had a wonderful stay at Soaring Eagle Casino and Resort. Our room was clean, the staff was super friendly and helpful. We attended a concert and a dinner show. Both events were great.

Beautiful new poker room with free snacks and lots of television screens.

Had a great time! Ate at Legends. Enjoyed a MUCH needed exodus from home!! Precautions were taken from both ourselves and the casino (covid-19 protocol) and I feel they did an amazing job in doing so!!!! More

Soaring eagle is a great place of employment, they strive for great customer service and they treat their employees well!

The jacuzzi sweet didn't look like picture service was bad for housekeeping jacuzzi had dead skin floating in water I had a bad birthday experience I will never return again

Now have a parking lot shuttle which is really convenient. Facilities are nice.

A lot of the machines I play were down. Plus happened to not win any money.. like normal.

Just went for the casino. Everything went smoothly. Staff was nice, facilities were clean. Good experience overall.

Machines are tight and hardly pay out. I hardly ever win here. I used to win a lot a few years ago but now I don't win.

It's a good place to go get away from the city and I enjoyed myself down nice food nice people

A lot of great concerts come here. The casino is nice, and the rooms are fair priced. Just saw Avenged Sevenfold for the third time here and its always a fun experience.

Did not stay overnight at the hotel, just went to the casino. It's very nice and has a lot of updated games. Staff is very friendly and the surroundings are kept clean.

What can I say we left winners of course were going back.

I was not happy that you took the Blasting 7 out i brought my mother who is 75 and she was very disappointed that she could not play them. The Blazing 7s

It was pleasantly nice. The machines were paying out fairly well. Had a good meal.

A very busy place but always fun. Would never suggest there valet parking however. Drivers are both extremely rude and drive your vehicles with disrespect. The casino is nice and clean and the restaurants inside are delicious! Just make sure you're aware of the cost at some if the places!

Sucks, I went again and its my opinion they tried to cheat me at the craps table twice. This was after I questoned another instance where my bet disappeared. Its my opinion you have to watch a manager named Rachel and Scott. This is my opinion. I notice on these reviews theres employees making reviews.

We visited the Casino and had a great time! There were plenty of gaming options and everyone we interacted with was friendly from the dealers to the bartenders. We will definitely be visiting again!

Everything is great to bad the pool isn't open till 2am though that would be nice

Nice, clean and allot of slot machines, table games to choose from. Concert hall, 18 hole golf course as well

Went to see a concert, got good seats afterwards walked around, not much of a gambler but loved the ice cream!

It is fun visiting the Casino & it is very good taking care of .I'm not a big gambler ,so I should not be disappointed if I don't win much .The Restaurant's have delicious food.

Very clean organized environment. Lost everything but thats the risk at any casino. Very lively, and every game worked as it should. Refreshments regularly. Very nice place for all times a year.

It was the first time I attended an outdoor concert there. The view of the stage was amazing! The sound was excellent! I will go again!

Won't be back, ever
Decided to book a room for my 10 year anniversary. Turns out the pool won't be available that night due to a after hours pool party that cost $50 per person. Why should I have to pay to use a standard amenity. Talked with management for a discount or alternative to no avail. There is no such thing a customer service there. Ended up cancelling and will go to new and improved firekeepers casino instead.

Was a blast, (besides a security guard trying to abusing his authority.) Had excellent food, wait staff, and dealers. I would come back again.

New motto: loose here in hours what it takes to lose in days at other Michigan casinos. Machines are filthy. Take your own hand wipes with you.

The rooms are dated and wallpaper is peeling off the walls in the room. The showers need to be deep cleaned because they had some gross spots. The casino was like any other casino. You win some you loose some. Plenary of slots and table games. Drink service on the casino floor is terrible. Was there 5hrs on the floor and was asked once if I wanted a drink. Their mobile ticket cashiers roaming the floor are super friendly and willingly help

The food is OK and the rooms are OK. Entertainment wise you can find better but if you're into gambling or playing cards I guess this place could be for you. It's not bad but could be better for other people who don't gamble and want to enjoy a weekend out to relax.

Went there for an outdoor concert. Well kept venue.

Beautiful place, staff was exceptionally nice and very knowledgeable, it's not just a casino, there is something to do for everyone, I enjoyed the pool and hot tub, had fun in the arcade with grandkids, adult time on the gaming floor, and next time I am going to check out the Spa!

Very nice casino Friendly, patient, and helpful dealers to my first-timer daughter. Clean, well maintained, and updated facilities made for a wonderful mother/daughter night out!

Fun place to spend an evening. Lots of games to gamble on. Friendly staff very helpful. The buffet is amazing and half price dinner on Tuesday non alcohol drinks included. Food was really good and a great selection. Awesome choice for date night. They also have a kids place now

I have been going to Soaring Eagle for years. I stayed 9/12/20 and was not impressed with the staff. Not as friendly as they used to be. We have one floor worker in the gaming area who yelled at my wife for her mask not covering her nose. She was taking a drink of water at the time and the work er shouted saying "you should try wearing a mask for 8 hour shift", she was very RUDE. I will not be coming back for a long time

BUT....don't gamble much...but I think they could afford to give free alcohol drinks as long as your gambling like most casinos do.

Spent a few hours in the casino. Had lots of fun. The Diner had good prices, and drinks were also resonable.

There was no winning just a lot of losing and breaking even

Great casino and tons of fun, wish they wouldn't move things ever 2 seconds though.

Great place to go see a concert. If I had to suggest one improvement I would say just a little louder on the sound system. Space inside seems a little bit cramped currently but they also have multiple expansions going on right now so that wont be forever.
