Went and seen eddy Griffin and do hugely. Remodel looks great. Had a awesome time.

Servers are always very nice and they have a good beverage selection.

Smoke , smokers , smelly .
But it looked nice. We left in under 15 minutes our eyes were burning. Sorry I'm never returning and the thought of ever going to a concert here is a firm No!
Get with the times people

They keep getting rid of the games I like (that pay out well) but otherwise- very fun place! It's usually hard to leave

Amazing service and very friendly and understaning police. Also a very nice arcade that you're child will love!

Great selection of slot machines and table games. The restaurants have good food but most of it is overpriced. They also have bingo and various concerts. I've never stayed at the hotel or water slide resort since we live nearby.

The casino socks they cheat and every fashion their machines are completely tightened as bound as I could be and they know they have no competition so therefore their comps really suck

Nice Room. Pool area was great. Outdoor and indoor hotub! Additional needed items were promptly delivered. Nice and friendly staff.

The parking was easily accessible, it was easy to navigate the building, it was kept clean and organized, overall i had a wonderful experience.

Had the buffet and it was the worst possible Buffet I've ever had in my life especially for $21! At this point Ponderosa would have been 10 times of an upgrade good

As much as we like this casino, not being able to smoke and really enjoy ourselves it was kind of a waste of a trip. The mask situation wasnt too bad, but having to walk away from our machine to smoke kinda put us off. But that's because we are smokers, we enjoy smoking while gambling. Just our opinions.

I lost some. I gained some. But at the end of the night.... I gained $2. So I guess that counts as a win. Very down-to-earth security guards, quite polite and useful service desk people, and bright vibrant colors. Awesome dealers, too.

Was ok. Still allowed to smoke inside casino. Customer service not so great. Had a food truck festival in parking lot. Trucks closed up before closing time.if I was in area would probably stop again,but wouldn't make a special trip.

Brought several hundred dollars. Played multiple machines at all betting amounts and never triggered a bonus. Went through $600.00 without ever getting a payout bigger. Than $20.00(which obviously I played back in an effort to catch some luck eventually.) NO DICE. No pun intended.

The slots are lousy even when you win you still lose you play $6 a roll and win $2 that's bad I do better at fire keepers

We had a Awesome time, at first we thought we would have to leave cause our Room was to hot, we talked to them and they brought up a HEPA to Cool it down and it did a little bit and slept like a baby. Thank you for a lovely evening

It's a casino. Don't expect to be a winner everytime. They have one of the best slot games there. Also, the minimum bet at blackjack tables are 10 bucks, which is one of the lowest I have seen. Great place to hang out for a couple hours. Mt. Pleasant is not a party city or urban so don't expect nightlife around the area to be like Lansing.

Service was amazing. Dealer at the blackjack table, Jacquan, was amazing! Steve on the other hand... Steve needs to return to the depths of hell in which he was raised.

If you go early, you can have your pick of machines, they pay enough to keep you entertained. The drink people come around often and remember you from previous visits which make you feel comfortable.

Went to an event. It was fun, but too crowded. Aisles were too narrow.

I love it kind of like a little trip from home can't afford to stay there but there are other hotels around I can afford

It's a fun place to go. They have a watermark if you're looking for that. Or if you're looking to gamble and enjoy the area there's plenty of tables and slots, as well as a kid zone for you to leave the kids!

Food is nice, waiter was nice. Only gripe i have is that i dont really like casinos

We came up from Warren on Thurs.and VERY disappointed that ALL Quick Hits weren't working & that's all I play Not sure about taking the long drive back up again!!

The food at Isabellas made me want to cry it was so good

Great place for concert. Left with 80 bucks more then I had when I got there after playing for less than 5 minutes. Unfortunately 5 minutes is about all I could take of the far less then fresh air.

I have always enjoyed my every experience there... Not to far to travel, and just a very beautiful atmosphere when ur there... The hotel, the restaurants, the bars, and the casino-I always am ready and willing to make another trip asap!!

We went to SEC to see a concert.... Very nice venue.

Have to walk thru smoke to get to non smoking. Also to small of a area.

Stayed one night on our way up north . our room was nice and clean. All staff is very friendly.....and the machines played just enough to keep a person happy and interested. That made for a nice evening....it had been 10 years since I have been there...i was looking forward to their what was wonderful buffet....they did away with breakfast.. ..and a later dinner alot was unavailable. What was up there was not that great.. What a disappointment. And the chefs behind were crabby........not good.

Felt safe. Temp checks when your walk in. Mandatory mask true is followed.

Great entertainment, food & gaming/gambling !! Rooms are very nice, staff is always helpful & cutious !! Slots play decent at times

Staff at the casino were constantly making rounds making sure everyone had what they needed which is nice if you need a drink and don't want to leave the machines.

Room was average at best. Walking around the casino and hotel felt gross and unwelcome.

Soaring Eagle resorts have quite a lot to offer! The main casino and hotel are offer several drink and dining options. There are a wide choices of slots and table games, and the floor is pretty easy to navigate. They offer a short shuttle ride to the indoor water park, or Slot Palace with connecting bingo hall if those are more you're speed. All in all, food is good, good selection of fun games, and family options available.

The rooms were okay, the food from some of the restaurants was disgusting. If you go to the pricier places it is better quality

The Soaring Eagle is a decent casino. They have a drink special most nights for $2.25 which is awesome. They allow smoking on the casino floor and offer smoking hotel rooms, if that's your thing. There are a few different places to eat: a buffet with a buy 1 get 1 deal on Tuesday, a standard diner, and a more expensive steak house. Also a couple snack bar things. I would not really recommend their buffet without getting the BOGO deal, but the diner is always worth it. Never had the steakhouse food myself, but I've heard it's good, just top dollar. There is a smaller casino building across the street for the bingo hall and some other slots, and I'd have to say that the bar on that side is nicer lol!

Went for snocross. Had a blast! Visited the casino, lost some but it was a great layout on the floor

The place smelled horrible especially in the no smoking sections. The only saving grace was the salon.

Had fun with the kids but very expensive for only going from 4pm to 630pm ..this is for only those who can afford it

Love winning there. My personal favorite! We spend more than 8 hours or more. I saw older lady on walker getting more money she and husband were there for even longer. We used to if winning would be there 15 hours.

Nice small concert venue, the rooms were ok, thought they should be nicer for the price.

Close to me and I doubled my money while I was there.
