Condom wraper in bathroom cold water whole time due to busted main ,but very nice people except a very rude bartender .but we all have bad days i guess

For the waterpark it was aweful , rude manager and when they closed early on a Saturday, because they did not have enough workers. The manager did nothing to compensate the guests. Yea drive 2 to 3 hours for a day of fun to have it close because of poor manegment skills. Be told to deal with or else. Yea not a place that will ever get my money again.

Large fun varied Casino that any seasoned Gambler will enjoy

Good price for a nice hotel, bed was comfortable. Ambience was dated, but looked as if they were updating. I am not a gambler, so the casino held no interest for me. I was there for a work conference and was happy with food and especially with the service. Had a good trip, all in all.

Nice place and atmosphere, pay outs aren't what they should be

I went to an outdoor concert Judas Priest and Deep Purple and it was amazing.

Its been at least 10 yrs ago , our time spent there was awesome , people where polite gaming was great
walked in with $20.00 and walked out with over a grand all the way to the bank.

The casino was beautiful! Very clean and well maintained. Lil smoky inside buy that's to be expected. Every employee we came in contact with were so friendly. Had a good night...went home with a lil $ from the slots. We ate at the Aurora and had great service. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the price for the meals and the quality. It was very clean and well maintained as well but the food was bland and nothing super special for a Saturday night. Maybe next time we will try the other restaurant offerings.

We had a little girls day out fun on fourth of july.won a little,lost a little.but had fun.

Due to covid19 i it is very hard to enjoy ourselves playing. Spaces are great but hard time getting use to using masks yet thankful for sure. Good to see folks trying to get back to normal as close as possible. Miss the dinning situation. Good luck you all.

They have got to get a better air filtration system. Terrible for any non smokers and forget the non smoking section......it is full of smokers and no one says anything. I asked a man to take his cigarette out of the area and he got very nasty.

Stayed overnight. Room was pleasant and clean. Pool and outdoor hot tub were clean. Staff was helpful. Aurora buffet was very good. Casino is one of the best in Michigan.

The food was great, I would recommend the pizza with fluffy dough and cheesy goodness. The rooms are so nice and comfortable. Just wish it didn't smell like smoke as much but you know that's what to expect from a casino, restaurant and hotel.

Don't get your free rooms pizza old and not cook all the way .... Room service sucks house keeping sucks. . not worth but 50 bucks. A nite with bed bugs need to be shut down

We stayed for our anniversary. We had a fantastic time. Our room was very clean, and we had tons of fun on the gaming floor.

The resort was great, room was nice, hot tub and pool area were wonderful. The reason I gave a 4 star instead of a 5 star is due to the service we received at breakfast at the Italian restaurant. The food was good too, it was that the waitress took at least 10 minutes to come to the table after we were seated. She finally managed to bring us some drinks and took our order. While we waited for the food I finished my cup of coffee and had to ask her twice to refill it. She then brought the food but my wife's omlette had onions in it and it wasn't ordered that way. I truly believe that this was another mistake of the waitress, not the kitchen. So now I sat and ate my breakfast while my wife waited for hers to come back out. No offer to prepare mine again so we could eat together, or discount the bill, nothing! I will say that at least she came back to see if the omlette had been prepared properly this time, even if it was after it was half eaten. I was never asked how my meal was. Had the restaurant been extremely busy I would be a little less likely to have written this review, and a little more understanding of the situation, but it wasn't, there were at least 2 if not 3 other waitresses in the restaurant and there was a total of 5 tables, at most, seated in the entire restaurant. My wife also noticed our waitress over clearing off and wiping down tables when she had been asked to fill our drinks. Not as though that table was immediately needed and we got to sit and wait until it was convenient for her to fill our drinks.

Managers an maintenance are real good ppl if you see Larry or anyone on staff give them a big hello

This place has a ton of machines. My son and i had fun. It was his first time being in a casino.

They have the machines so tight it's a wonder they even spin.

I had a wonderful time at your casino. I like the variety of your machines. My husband and I enjoyed playing the old games that you also had when you first opened plus the new games. We went on Monday and enjoyed that it wasn't busy. It wasn't smokey and I appreciate that as I am on oxygen. It seems like a small thing but I also liked the handcap, restrooms that had room for my walker. I usually have to leave it in the wash area. I had a problem with my casino card and I pushed the help button on my machine. I waited just a few moments and I had someone help me. She walked way to the front of the casino for me and solved my problem. I don't think if I had to walk that far myself I would have done it. We were at the very back of the casino. You might see if you could set up a booth near the back of the casino also.

Beautiful place. Planning a weekend stay here in October.

Concert lawn area was dead and dry half the stage blocked by seats sound was real good

Hit nearly a handpay, went to the bar to get my brother and myself a drink and in the process dropped my wallet next to the bar with most of my recently won cash. Realizing what had happened after, only a moment, I retraced my steps and found nothing. My heart sank jumping to the obvious conclusion that my cash was gone. Now at this point, in my mind, there was only a small chance that I could still possibly even get my ID and credit cards back. After reporting its security, they contacted surveillance and my stress built as quite some time went by. Just when all hope was lost a member of their security approached holding my wallet. I tilted my head and I could see as he came into view there was still cash in it. Someone actually turned it in and that's the last thing I would have expected. Turned out to be a great start to a short vacation in Michigan. Even though the casino kicked my brother's teeth in... I was able to afford him some dentures. Thanks Soaring Eagle!

Events at soaring eagle are always great! Everyone thats works there is very professional and friendly!

Resort area was nice and clean, food pricing was fair. Casino is a dump.

It wasn't too busy but the smoking is still bother some. It would of been nice to win once.

Clean casino! I love this place. I never won but my boyfriend does. Clean coffee stations and bathrooms. Polite staff. Always things going on. Great time! Cracks me up,as someone from the Detroit area, that there is a day care here. Mixed feelings about that but since my kids are grown...all good and no judgments on those who use it. I can t say I wouldn t have if they had that when mine were growing up lol

Was at the casino just for gaming, had lunch at Legends. Good time

The hotel staff was very respectful and kind. Also, the dinner was great. Beautiful view out of our hotel room as well.

Exciting-Wonderful Slot Machines, but the Most wonderful thing was The Donny and Marie Holiday Show. My mother has been sick and I wonder if I should go. This is been the first time since she got sick I have been away. It was needed. When Marie started to sing How Great Though Art it was a Godsend!

Visited the Casino for a few hours of entertainment. Had a reasonable size nonsmoking area which is nice. The place could use more refreshment areas to prevent having to leave a machine for so long.

I thought soaring resort need to be up dated. The room sucked No place to plug into Internet little t v. There room are just plane.

Bed bugs really? We were in a room less then an hour when my daughter got bite by a bed bug three time in about a minutes time. Not happy at all. They did give us a massive upgrade but all of our stuff had to be kept outside when we got home.

The problem like any casinos, the house does not no matter what they say DO NOT WANT YOU TO WIN. Here's why. My 3rd visit was on Wednesday July 7th 2020. The first visit playin in the high limit I won $1125. The following week which was on July 4th I won $925. But what was quite disappointing to say the least was the comments coming from the pit boss when I won the first Royal Suited pair. He said; it doesn't matter You wont keep winning. I looked at the players and they like myself was in awe of his comment. For he was not joking. Let alone being professional by any means. After shrugging that comment off, approximately 15 or so hands I received a second Royal Suited Pair which in turn after his final comment I was like I dont need this. He said; It doesnt matter you will lose and give it back. I said; thanks for making me feel welcome here. I stayed one hand after and left. Although I returned on July 7th I felt in my heart this is not the place that will make you feel comfortable when u in fact win. Sadly, I initially thought it was a very beautiful and nice place to visit and gamble. Unfortunately, I was sadly mistaken.

The location was easy to get to off the main road and there was plenty of parking.

Needs updating kind of wore down a bit but friendly staff and clean , housekeeping can pay a bit more detailing to the rooms they clean but over all take your family there awesome place

Room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and great to talk with. Dined on site, and was very happy with the food. Definitely recommend it.

Stayed there for the Breaking Benjamin concert and then again for the Five Fingered Death Punch concert. Rooms were great and the entertainment package was a great deal.

Slots are awful, everything else is pretty high quality with service and food.

The Hotel is ok smells like cigarettes everywhere. DON'T GO TO A CONCERT THERE, they have no idea how to direct a crowd out or in.

We had a great time there. If we were celebrating my birthday, with the free $10 credit on my card. We were about to leave, so my wife went to cash out our winning tickets. I sat down at a different kind of machine I had never played before and proceeded to win fifty bucks. Nice way to end the evening.

The entire place is very smoky. I do have to say that my actual room seemed pretty clean and smoke free. But everything else (hallways, conference center, etc...) all seem to suck in smoke from the casino.

Fantastic and accommodating staff, good crowd, clean and happy environment. Definitely check out the world class roulette and craps tables!

It was extremely smokey last night but we still had fun .
