Excellent food and wide variety of slot and table games .me and my girl friend had a blast.

Terrific room, though the fireplace made weird clicking noises. Wonderful dealers at the tables, never laughed so hard while losing money.

Clean,no smoking,slots pay and very friendly. We have been to other places,and soaring eagle is the best.

Very busy but great service on drinks with the drink carts all over.

Location is great, and they offer many different types of shows to fit almost anything your trying to find entertainment wise

Went for lunch with my mom at Water Lily Lounge. The food was delicious and the service was fabulous. Had a great time.

It was okay if you're a smoker. If not you will be. The only place you are able to be a non smoker is a resteraunt inside. What a shame. Designated smoker areas with good suction vents to pull smoke would be a reasonable fix. Currently you literally can't escape the smoke anywhere except to eat in resteraunt.

I love this place have plenty too play and Legends diner is the best ......

Love this place. Have been going every year since 2013. The staff, food and casino is excellent.

The slots are very tight and it is no fun. You can't stay on a machine and play very long because it takes and gives very little. A penny machines are the worst. To many new machines that don't pay out at all.

Disturbed and Three days Grace was fantastic at the soaring eagle outside venue. Didn't see much of the inside but their outside venue was very nice.

Nice place to stay, it really makes the Sagning hotel look bad.
Me an my wife looked forward to the Sagning hotel but we're really really disappointed an will not go back to the hotel or Casino it was not up to Soaring Eagle hotel or casino!!!!!!!!!!!

It is a casino. Self explanatory. I lost, so it only got 3 stars.

Excellent place around Traverse City to unwind and have fun. Enjoy all the games and slots. Multiple bars to accommodate. A dance floor if you feel like cutting the rug. Also if you get hungry, choose from one of the many restaurants. The food is very good!

The machines I was playing in the non smoking section would shorten the screen whenever someone would hit a jackpot, which took my attention off my machine. Very annoying!

Go there about once a month and it seems to be getting worse every time we go. Spent two nights at Turtle Creek and the Eagle needs to fly there and see how well they keep it up. Where taking about saving our money and and doing the Creek ever other month.

Held a work event here. Very accommodating for what we needed. Clean rooms. Smoke smell still fsintly there but it's better than it used to be.

It smells like smoke or covering up smoke everywhere. Pretty gross.

Great family vacation spot. Took my family and had a blast at the arcade. Didn't do any gambling but that's okay because gambling isn't the only thing to do.

Best hotel I have ever stayed in, plenty of games to keep you entertained.

I stayed the night and attended an event the next day. The room was decent, just a little dated of an appearance. The casino seemed nice, and had a large selection. The meeting room was set up well, and everything seemed to be in working order. The food was good, not great, but good enough. The only thing I wished for was a bigger coffee cup! Overall a good experience.

Every time I go to Soaring Eagle I come out a winner.

Very happy with casino, restaurant, service, etc. We have visited a number of times and always enjoy our time there. We had a lot of fun playing the many different slot machines and especially playing take games - Mississippi Stud was our favorite! Dealers were personable and made the games even more fun!

They are in the middle of an update on the gaming floor but it's starting to look real nice

We saw the monster truck show, at the casino. The venue was nice, the ride from the front of the casino to the event was convenient. I'd go to another event there.

WARNING! Concert venue is a trap! Overpriced drinks etc. are to be expected, but to plant snitches in the crowd to help bust spectators is reprehensible. Then to turn them over to the local police to be prosecuted is even worse. In the end it's just another casino that is designed to take your hard eared money with a very low chance of winning.That is the cherry on top. Shame on you Soaring Eagle, but then DTE Energy Music is still a MUCH better venue, and you can enjoy yourself there without fear of being hassled by Security i.e. "The Man".

Can be very busy depending on the concert hall. The food service folks seem to be getting an attitude. Don't bother with the sandwich shops. Food is bad. Stick to the buffet, diner or up level restaurant.

The house is in their favor ...either you win or lose. What a can you say ?

There nice people caring and care if u have a good time

Went around 10 years ago for a concert and that was it... well this time around Disturbed tickets were bought and was brought along. Parking was nice and easy with shuttle buses to the main door. Bus drivers (we had to go back to parking lot for funds) were very nice and conversed with us on the ride. Getting to the main door we were offered a golf kart ride to the show which we took and tipped. The driver was very friendly and also interacted with her riders... Was a way better atmosphere than last concert way back when (Reba). Show was great, a little on the quiet side, I'm sure due to hotel goers. Had a little run in with some drunk youth but security stepped in quick and took care of them (wanted to "mosh" around a bunch of 40+ year old couples...us included). Show got over, security and clean up crew didn't push people out stick to stick (like at Reba show, which was inside) and was actually telling us they were glad we came and enjoyed the show. Went down the hill closer to the Casino to a welcome tent, had one more beer then headed back to the front where we were offered a golf kart ride to the vehicle. Have to say "for me", it was a totally different place than it use to be. Every worker we came in contact with was nice and welcoming... even though it was a metal concert and people go nuts! Thank you for changing my idea of you.. we will definitely not over look you for another show.

The casino and machines are dated and although numerous, overall unimpressive. The only reason I gave this casino 4 stars instead of 3 is for the bingo hall. If you enjoy bingo this is a fun place to play! It's huge and the bingo games are varied. The people playing were friendly and willing to help out some newbies. I had a good time!

Always love our time at the soaring eagle casino. Can't wait until the rooms are renovated!

For the nonsmokers it's perfect. You dont have to smell the second hand smoke

I use my hero card play my free money gives me a little cheap fun and a chance to get a couple bucks in the end . It's one of the likable perks of being a veteran

Great! Went on a Tuesday so the Buffet was buy one get one free and drinks were cheap.

Great poker room and gaming floor! The Eagle has a wonderful new poker room. The playing tables are made of high quality materials and have lots of room for players. If you are hungry or thirsty, there is a free snack bar and beverage stand in the poker room. Overall, very nice experience!

Impressed with how well they are keeping guests safe. Not a fan of the Honey Bear slots. Lol

A great variety of slot machines, card tables, and restaurants. We only gambled, but enjoyed ourselves.

Nice place and in general friendly staff. I appreciate the hospitality and recommend it to anyone in the area. Many functionalities and applications to the site.

Great Casino and restaurants, clean rooms bit the beds are hard as a rock. If I would have slept well it would be 5 stars.

Long check in, even with multiple people working the desk. Room was dusty and there were a lot of areas outdoors in poor repair. The outdoor hot tub was small, lists the capacity at 8 people. Lots of great deals make it easier to overlook the wear, but will likely try a different casino for our next trip.

first time back since they upgraded didn't win but had fun and spent a lot of time there on a little bit of cash and didn't go home broke fun games table linits were reasonable as well great place

Nice hotel, clean rooms. A lot of choices for places to eat. The slots are much tighter than they used to be years ago, so I wouldn't count on winning any money!

I called last week and was told I get a free room which I was very happy about but I did not set up a reservation at that time. I called a week later to set up a date and was told my free room was gone. I was very unhappy about this not knowing that each day changes on room discounts, I thought since I was told I had a free room it was for the month of June not that it changes daily. I like the rooms when I do stay but this new change in discounts is not good.

I played the slots. My favorite machines were gone.

We have a beautiful suite and a wonderful weekend thanks to the friendly staff.

The slots are all the same game with different names and maybe a small veriation. Not enough playing tables. Had an ok time. But I'm not a gambler.

Everything was really clean, staff was helpful and Casino was clean and very fun

Surprisingly for a "resort" customer service was not friendly at front desk. Ignored at gift shop. Ok service at Legends

I was disappointed because the show started before we got in the door. The line snaked through the casino and was still out into the casino before the show started. They may want to open the doors a little earlier

Lots of fun! We would go more if they offered more promo play like they used to.
