I love playing the slot machines, not for the winning but the excitement

Nice rooms, accommodations. Seemed very secure. Negative was that you could hear everything happening in the hallway.

Very busy hard to get on a table,very nice for a concert.

I was really disappointed with my visit here. I haven't been here in several years and was surprised to see how it is now. Many of the slot machines are older and worn out. They have a lot of penny machines and I prefer a higher denomination to play. I know how to look for machines based on the color coded bands they have at the top. Pink is penny. Yellow is quarter. Blue is usually dollar or other high limit. I had to call a slot attendant to a machine and she even noticed the call attendant button was sticking. The complementary drink station was a mess. There were empty beer bottles and beverage cups stacked up in various areas of the casino. Ashtrays full - yuck! Napkins and trash on the floor. I signed up for the rewards card and they entered the wrong pin number so I had to go back up to the service desk. The staff wasn't friendly and didn't greet me like in other casinos. Lastly unlike several other casinos the machine to scan the ticket for valet is outside and the waiting shack was full so you have to stand in the cold for your vehicle or cram into the shack. I did win $20, the rest of my party lost money...but we went with the intent to have fun. There's much nicer casinos in Michigan. Next time I'll go there.

Awesome overnight accommodations great for gambling restaurants are decent Buffet has a good selection friendly customer service and plenty of security

Went to concert there.it was great except the new bleachers and sound board and lighting booth obstruct most of hill seating.if it's a major band I won't do hill again to crowded to get around obstructed viewing

I love the hotel rooms, the beds are very comfortable. The rooms are always clean with nice views. The staff are a joy to deal with on a daily basis. The food is pretty good in most of the eating areas.

Good casino for its region, however for some reason the Ascend service has far worst wait times compared to their diner. Their bartenders literally are in their own time zone. If you're time conscious, you probably need to avoid.

It is the best place to win or lose your money. I've enjoyed it.

This place is the best we come here every year for our anniversary and we r never disappointed with the rooms or the staff here.We just love it here!

Fun place to see a concert. Most of the seats have a great view though the seats could have a bit more room, pretty crammed in there!

Decent casino, a bit smokey for my tastes and I walked out broke but that's the way it goes sometimes.

They downgraded veterans benefits for Hero rewards card.
Just shows me that Soaring Eagle really doesn't think much or care at all for veterans.
I will NEVER go there again!

I love going to play slots at a casino. For some reason it seems the odds of winning on slots are better at Little River and Firekeepers, than this casino.

Spent Christmas day with my dad and brother. Had a great time. Excellent buffet at the soaring eagle. Made 20 cents at the casino, best Christmas!!!

I didn't really like the set up for the outside concert venue. And the staff was very eager to kick us out the second the concert ended.

I fell you could set slots to pay better 15/to 85 not good odds

This is a nice casino except for cigarettes smoke is quite strong and it needs to be a bit more cleaner.

Great place to escape for the weekend. The Resort and casino are kept very clean. Friendly staff and killer food in the restaurants.

The staff was very friendly and everything went smooth for a Concert! Buffet was expensive (understandable) but the food was so worth it!

Just ok casinos in Detroit are much better. Selection of slots and other games leaves a lot to be desired.

Nice with no smoking with masks, didn't feel like I was killing myself breathing smoke while playing. Machines seemed a lot tighter than normal

We were at a meeting in a large room and the cigarette smoke from the casino was terrible.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The shuttle to the casino was convenient and the driver was very nice. Overall, good experience.

Had problems getting our voucher for our meal that husband got for his birthday. Room was great and really enjoyed the Pool and hot tub

Great casino with a good selection of table games. Dealers and pit bosses are friendly. Beer is very cheap here and they will let you drink as much as you want. They have a great amphitheater for concerts and get some big names coming through. Poker room doesn't have a ton of action but is good for this far north. They will not give extra comps if you ask but they always give a reasonable amount on my card.

Starting to not care for this casino your not treated fairly by the higher up workers unless your rich and my husband works hard for our night out. But on the plus side they finally installed self serve coffee.

Decent food. You're guaranteed not to leave there hungry...

Just came from the RBRM Concert and it was wonderful! I don't gamble but the casino area looks really nice too.

Recently spent a night at the hotel and had a great time. The food was great at Isabella's and our waitress was very attentive. Our first class room was clean and had all the amenities you would expect from an upscale hotel. The slots paid about the same as any other casino. I highly recommend the Soaring Eagle Casino for a getaway destination.

Half of the slot machines have been removed. I couldn't find anything fun to play. I will not be back, will go to Firekeeper's.

Typical casino with just about everything you could want. However, smoking is allowed inside the casino, and no amount of smoke eaters or air exchangers can keep up, so the entire place reeks of cigarette and cigar smoke.

Great casino for all types of gambling even live Texas Hold'Em if you are interested in that. Great hotel rooms very handicapped room's also, and a spa. Bingo with nice payouts. A really nice establishment all together.

Oh my, the staff is helpful and very professional. The meal we got was from the old casino slot palace. The food was great. The fries were perfectly cooked and the grilled cheese on rye, mmm. Neither was greasy..the pizza, perfect!! Thank you for a fun way to enjoy my birthday..

Stayed at soaring eagle on Thursday. It was slow and not busy. Room was fine, but tub seemed small and matress wasn't the best. Pool and hot tube was nice for adult swim and ate at Isabella. Wasn't too bad, but not worth the price. I lived in Italy and cook at home and I could had given the chefs some recommendations to changes. Try it out for a night to unwind but if you don't gamble and don't want to spend a lot of money, your not missing anything

Good place for a fun night out. They have slots and table games, as well as drink specials. Its really up to you how much you spend here.

Hotel rooms at the water park were extremely clean and comfortable. The casino was a blast and the drinks were cheap but delicious.

i have stayed here 3 times now. this will be my last time. on the casino side, all the dealers, pit boss, et al were great. hospitable, friendly, easy to be with. The hotel side, totally different story.

it was a total snafu to check in, the front desk acts like you are doing them a favor by staying at the hotel. the concierge was surly, snarky, and mostly unhelpful. any question one may ask is returned with a NO, thats not our policy.

i am a world traveller. this hotel is of very little value for the money. to get a coffee in the morning, you have to walk all the way into the casino go to the coffee barista, wich seems like an eternity when looking for the morning joe.

so, we will come back to the casino, but we will never stay here again. very very disspointing service experience. bottom of the barrel, especially for north of $200 a night. ridiculous actually

I played cards for a better part of 3-4 hours!? As soon as I was out of chips/money I was greeted by security and was reminded I had a pocket knife... No signs saying they weren't allowed and was escorted to the door while my girlfriend sat there wondering why I was being asked to leave? And was told she would be ok and she could meet me outside... Granted it was 3 a.m. and they (security) can obviously predict the future so they knew what was best... Place is a joke and will not return

Clean, nice casino and hotel was comfortable. Smoking Jacuzzi room!
