Ive never tried the Hotel or other attractions...just the Casino! Always a good time! One of the BEST casinos here in Michigan!

It's a fun casino but like all casinos they are out to get your money if you stay too long. Sure beats being at work

Constantly adding new machines, free drinks, coffee and a couple of full bars. Nice gift shop you can use your points on from your member card that gets built up from gambling.

The room was ok the one problem was a smoke smell. It smelled like they had tried to cover it up but there was a distinct smoke smell. The room was quiet, and the pool and hot tubs were wonderful.

They are very thorough and thoughtful about our safety. I enjoyed it very much.

I love going to Soaring Eagle. I always have lots of fun with friends and family. I love that we can stay in a room, gamble, drink, and eat while we are there. I usually get a free room once a month, but they make up for it by taking all my money i bring. Ive been there probably 10 times at least and ive never walked out ahead. Im not a high better, so i dont expect to win thousands, but it would be nice to at least win a hundred bucks once! I continue to go because I always have a ton of fun on the slots and in the hotel, even if i lose my money!

Went to the casino for the first time. Was bit confused as to the flow of the room, but enjoyed myself a great deal.

We went to the game room. My son absolutely loved it. Enjoyed playing every game

I have been going here for decades and they have really built it up great. They have a fantastic venue for outdoor concerts.

Soaring Eagle has many slot machines, bingo, and table games. I visit here 2 to 3 times a week and I always have a good time. The hotel has really nice rooms with room service if wanted. This is a good place to visit to have a good time

Just spent 3 night at the hotel. Had a great time. Will be back in the future.

Aurora Buffet review: Lunchtime - Pretty marginal for a casino buffet. Small selection with nothing special to choose from.

A great place if you like to gamble alot, but not.much else for those who only gamble a little. Their buffet is pretty good with lots of choices. Getting some pretty good acts on their calendar of events.

Love this place nice rooms good food selection and I hit a great jackpot on the slots definitely be back

I have found it to be a place to rewind and relax in a pleasant atmosphere

Was a great night however it was chaotic trying to get into the showing.. there was lines all over the place and no structure .. so be prepared

Very Cool "Summer Concert" facility ...we were there for the Matchbox 20 show!

Slots seemed extremely tight, but the food at the buffet was great.

We're always going to 2 for Tuesday at the firefly buffet, and have always loved it. They have a great selection of food, and the waitresses are usually very friendly and fast. I don't recommend taking your kids though, it can be a hassle. My thirteen-year-old daughter, who looks like she's about 19, went with us to go eat. We were walking through the casino to go to the gift shop and my thirteen-year-old took a picture of some of the artwork. One of the female security guards saw her do this, came over and proceeded to ask her, nay tell her, that she needed to erase the picture of the gaming floor. I told the female security guard that I was her mother and that she needed to speak with me, not my daughter. The female security officer was very rude to myself and my daughter, so I went in found the head security officer. He took care of the situation and was very friendly and very apologetic while he was doing it. It's not going to stop me from going to the casino, but it will stop me from ever taking my kids again. Which is kind of a shame because they have a kids area that is very very fun called Kids Quest.

The conference rooms were spotless! Staff was more than accommodating, and everything went very well.

The remodel is looking great and the no smoking section is a big improvement. Can't wait to see the new bar.

It's a nice atmosphere. The hotel is really nice and the casino is fun. The only thing is it's a little expensive but that's normal for a place like that.

Always have a fun time. The staff is friendly, and helpful. Also the casino is clean.

These are pictures of my daughters 18th birthday. The ONLY casino in Michigan that will allow a teen to gamble. Simply said it was the best time she's had up till now in her life. That's a direct quote from my daughter. Me and the wife also had a wonderful time..Thank you Soaring eagle and tribe members.The drive from Kalamazoo was more than worth it...

Went to outdoor concert. Great venue. Not too fond of curfew created by noise ordinances.

Unbelievable experience, when I went to sign up for the Loyalty Club Member and mention I was a veteran they gave me the Hero card for my service in the military. Alone with the card came so many benefits and free play I was in awe.

Go here and WIN some money, I seemed to have left some behind...Totally kidding, great times had by all-highly recommend it to any gambler, experienced or not.

Room was great..no complaints. Casino? Not so much. I've been going there for three years, but never again. They removed my 2 favorite games: video roulette and the big wheel. They were replaced with a lot of penny slots. They also tightened up the slots. I suspect to pay for the new construction. It used to be easy to sit there at a machine and have your money last an hour. This time there were only a few $1 wins and mostly the money just went down, not ups and downs as in years past. It used to be easy to at least break even or come out a little ahead. Our group of 3 buses went there. Our bus had just 3 people who won...in years past there was at least 1/3 of the bus riders who won. Of our group of 15, there are only 2 that will go back. The reason? Removing those 2 games...not everyone likes to play the slots exclusively.

I was impressed & appreciate the efforts Soaring Eagle have made to keep visitors safe during these trying times! temperature checks & social distancing just a few examples of the actions being practiced at this casino. I do feel like the slot machines are not paying out enough & the drinks are way over priced, I paid 7.25$ just for one shot of Hennessy on the rocks.

The casino was very smokey, and it was very crowded. Hotel is very nice loved the room.

I like the general atmosphere and the service if you want a beverage want to pack cigarettes or just questions they are answered buy a friendly staff that's it

Most enjoyable, I sat in the car with the dog for an hour and twenty minutes while my wife had fun winning $210. I was lucky enough that she brought me a ham sandwich. It was good!

They rooms were spacious and clean. Overall good experience.

Went to their summer outdoor concert series. The venue was great - the staff was friendly and efficient in getting us through security. That I loved the band was part of the thrill.

Amazing Casino and Hotel. The staff are friendly and security is top notch. They have on site day care for the kids. There are plenty of food options, a high-end steak house, a buffet, a deli with soup and subs and even a place to get ice cream. The hotel has a spa, indoor pool, indoor and outdoor Jacuzzi. The gaming floor is a massive 210,000 square feet with close to 5,000 slot machines. They recently added a new poker room, sports bar and completely enclosed non smoking area. You can't go wrong with Soaring Eagle Casino and Resort.

Of all the casinos in Michigan... ..this is the best!!!! Love it!

Well had to leave an outdoor concert before the main act there was so much drug use out of fear of failing a drug test since im a productive member of society. This was in the handicap section of all places i wish they could have a section for non drug users and drinkers wont be coming back here

Omg, always have a blast with my girls there a couple times a year. A much needed retreat and great rooms with coupons! Service is always amazing and plenty of options for food and even fun for kids. Water park has issues with housekeeping however. Had to stay there one night and not clean.

Besides emptying my pockets it was a fun place to go. Drove 2 hours just to check it out. Worth the trip

Had a great time at Soaring Eagle Resort. The room was very clean and it was quiet. The service staff was friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely be back for a visit.

Was there for an outside comedy show. The venue was great, but be aware of mosquitoes. The plan to leave the venue needs work, as we were all bottle necked to get back inside the casino, and they wouldn't let us walk the short way around the complex back to parking.

Pretty clean, nice atmosphere. Love to gamble there. Wish they had more tables

The casino is very nice and clean. The only issues I had was that it was very smoky and some of the restrooms had run out of toilet paper and paper towels. Other than that, my experience at the casino was great. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Very hard to win at soaring eagle but it's a nice place

Never had any luck there, firekeepers and Turtle creek are much better

Like some of the other casinos better because they don't have the ridiculous rules this place has or the nickel and dime practices.

We have always been given are room before check in time. Plus plus. Rooms always clean and beds wonderful. Casino was not giving but you can never count on that. This last visit there was alot of construction going on, will look forward to what improvements we will be able to see.

Great family fun, friendly and many selections of games.

Tony was a great blackjack dealer, was my first time and he explained everything clearly and was a great guy. Played some slots but don't like to because of how fast I lose money on them, much perfer table games where I can socialize though they were fun. Smoking is allowed, though they have a small non smoking area with slots in it. Overall great first experience at a casino.

Went to Soaring Eagles Casino drove up being that I was tired showed my players card and got a room for $139 they're very nice very reasonable didn't have to use a credit card and they was not sold out I play Bingo there and I gambled I want both times I will be going back and doing my trip stair also Charter to Soaring Eagles Casino for overnight stays

Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and an overall great experience

Beautiful, clean. We went for breakfast in the diner which was delicious and staff were friendly. The casino it's self was clean and because we went early Thursday morning, we pretty much had the choice of any machine we wanted.
Not too smokey, not sure what it's be like with a room full of people.

Beautiful venue. Security was great. Lots of games and fun things to do.

Rooms were alright, a bit dated. Didn't have good WiFi. Staff was friendly enough. We ate at a few of the places on site, they were fine.

Great time, great variety of machines to play, NOT SMOKEY ar all, and nice variety of places to eat
