Great service from the start. The shuttle brings you to the hotel doors, lines move fast, rooms are beautiful, and all of the restaurants were amazing.

The service and rooms were all very nice, fqntastic staff quick to respond and attentive. Casino area and pool both well kept and fun. Kids area was fun even for me and overall it was just a pleasent experience

We won 100$ on slots so I have to give them good props. They have made a few updates since we were here last. Fresh coffee was nice, a few new games

Rooms were nice and clean. I got a really good rate on my room so it was well worth it. I visited the casino, buffet, and water park. All seemed to be kept up quite nicely. It was a plus that they had 24 hour transportation between venues.

Right now it's really hectic because no one wants to wear there mask in the casino especially if there drinking a alcoholic beverage it's like they don't care about anyone else. Other than that the casino games are tighter and barely payout more than usual it seems. Also the food there has been HORRIBLE!! I've been going to this casino for a while ever since I turned 18, and it seems it's taking a downward spiral especially with Covid19 anywhere and everywhere, I don't think I'll be going again until this virus is gone hopefully!!

Our first time here was short and sweet. This place is perfect for a quick little piece of fun or an extended all encompassing experience. The architecture is beautiful and the gaming floor has a great layout. We will be back.

Everything was fine. I didn't win, but who does? I'll be going back!

Machines were very tight. Nice to have less people, everyone wearing masks and no smoking.

My family and I went to attend a comedy show on Oct. 14 (Ron White). The tickets were expensive. During the show the security and other staff were being so loud we couldn't hear the show. When we asked them to please quiet down they got even louder. When we talked with a security supervisor (Sie Hagen-Davis) he gave me the phone number for customer service. When I called and talked with a Ms. Raven I was completely blown off. I can't believe the unprofessionalism of the staff at this casino. I will never go back here again and don't think other people should either. We can all get treated better somewhere else.

Beautiful resort. Went to Keith Urban concert outside and then gambled and stay the night. Everything was great, concert, room, casino all do a great job.

Stayed in a jacuzzi suite at the resort. Room and resort were both clean and beautiful.

The casino is very clean and the floor plan is very open so it's not overwhelming. It was a super fun day hanging out with my friends here.

Very clean. The restaurants leave something to be desired as there arent many menu options and the food is mediocre. The casino floor is clean and lots of slot games to play. There arent many tables to begin with and even less actually open.

We reserved deluxe jacuzzi room 3 months in advance upon arrival we got put in a standard 2 queen bed room... Never received a call or email was so disappointed for my husband and I.

Always love it here. They now have a great sports bar with free stand up comedy on Wednesday.

Casino is huge lots of slot games n card tables, afternoon bingo across the road, hotel rooms are perfect, king rooms and double beds, swimming pool

It was just being able to get out. To see the new machines. I hade a ball,and I won. Not big but, I got some of my money bad.

Beautiful facility. Even walking through the non smoking sections made me smell like a campfire, I sunk 120 dollars into the slots before I realized that I had no luck there and hadn't won one time. Overall bad time.

This was the cleanest casino i have ever been too. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Always full of activities. One can game, share a meal with lots of options and different restaurants. A nice place to stay overnight wonderful breakfast at Isabella's. Always nice to win.... never a guarantee

We play bingo in the Little Casino across the street from the hotel. My family and I live a a couple hours away and take my dad there for a couple days, every other month, to play bingo. We have noticed that the same people, playing bingo,are there no matter what day of the week we go. And it seems like the same people win all the time. I have seen 1 person win 4 times in 1 night. But, the last time we were there, things just seemed weird. A regular, came in late to the first game. She was rushing around, like she was late for work or something; then she sat at a table right next to my seat. I seen her rushing to punch her numbers in the computer. Then the second she was ready to play, she yells "Bingo"! My sister and I were looking around at other people. Usually, people have a frustrated look or are bummed out when somebody bingos; but, everybody looked robotic with no emotions throughout the whole night of bingo. It was as if they were hired to sit there and play. Then, when another "Regular" bingo'd, you could hear the other regulars congratulating each other, by name, across the room. Not sure if we will be playing bingo there again. After bingo, we usually hit the slot machines for an hour or so. I personally have not won anything the last 8 times I have gone there. Just wondering if anybody else notices these kind of things.

Outdoor concert. Seats are tighter than Economy class, but it has good sightlines and has good access to food and drink.

The tightest slots ever!! Far worse not than before the pandemic. Mask's are required at every area inside. No smoking.

Great place. Everything is kept clean and the hotel is very nice.

Soaring Eagle? More like Falling Eagle. The water park was a huge disappointment. The surf board was closed down, and then the lazy river and the only two slides shut down, so the only available things were an over crowded hot tub and the kid area. not a great place for teens.

I enjoyed the casino itself, but we also stayed in their hotel as well. The casino has a great selection of games and most of them all are newer. The whole building and it's decor is very nice(as you can see in the photo). The issues I had were with the room and buffet. We got one of the nicer rooms which cost around 300$ a night. I feel it was a fairly steep price for what it was. The room itself was very outdated and old. The jacuzzi tub was very old and yellow (non smoking room though) the carpet and bedding are styles from the late 90's and the bed was like sleeping on a lumpy slab of rock. The buffet was a let down. We had planned to eat lunch their and possibly get the buffet later on. The prices for the other restaurants (which everything looked great) were unreal. 22$ for a 10oz. Sirloin steak... No thanks. We went out for lunch and did the buffet later. I should have known what we had gotten into with the fact that it was 8:00pm and there were only 5 other people in there. 20$ a person was a fair price, it's just you can tell most of everything is pre made and bought by the casino to be heated up. I greatly enjoyed the casino itself and so did my wife. I would go back to play but I will be staying elsewhere until they update their hotels.

Lots of fun. Very pretty grounds and landscape. Too much tobacco smoke. Better exhaust would help. Appreciate the shuttle bus.

Lots of fun things to do, and you don't need much money. They give you credit to play on your birthday and wedding anniversary. Free drinks, pretzels, and pickles! The alcoholic drinks aren't free, but if you go in on the right day of the week, they are cheap.

Here for conference. Staff took great care of us. Lunch at Aurora Buffet was great as usual.

Love coming to the casino. Great gaming, shows and events, very friendly and knowledgeable staff as well. Never a bad experience.

Been going to this casino since it was built. Had over 300 in comp food or room. to use. Lost all. They said I hadn't been there in a year. They said they sent me notices. My question is if I earned those gifts or comps, why do you think I would just throw them away.??
But because you did Thank You. I do not need to come there again to save them twice a year, or for that fact ever as I am centrally located to ALL the northern casino's. Same distance within 20 miles. Good bye

I went to the casino to see Jeff Dunham. After seeing the great show he performed me and my guests played the slots. Every worker I can into contact with was curtious and helpful.

Nice place to spend a weekend but would like some free entertainment!

Had a great time played for 3 hours had free pop and coffee walked out with the same amount of money as I walked in with like I said had a great time.

We went to the reasuant,the food was so horrible, I was so made u pay a lot for nothing,if we come back will never eat there again would rather eat at McDonald's and I don't like there food but it's so much better than yours!!

Crooks.. Put cash in machine, machine does nothing..They reboot machine at least twice and whatever else they did to it, before showing me that the money was supposedly bet off.. The machine never showed a positive balance and screen never moved.

We typically go here when we get a coupon, haha. But it's always a fun time. Just wish the time for adult time in the pool and jacuzzi were longer. Our room was really nice and they're doing construction to make it even better. The casino was pretty nice too.
