We were pretty lucky, came home with a little more than we came with $$$

The jackpot announcements are very annoying. Not necessary on a busy night.

Easy to get to, plenty of parking, great atmosphere.

Tightest slots around, regardless it's a classy casino

It's fun to get out of the house! So I come and look around and spend little to no money! Just to come Have a drink or two and go home

It was fun. Quality people good games and courteous gaming people at the helm.

Staying at the soaring eagle was a great time for all! There is something for everyone in the family. We enjoyed our stay I only wish they would circulate the air a bit more downstairs when the casino was packed you walk in the door to smoke blasting you.

Love the gambling floor, the resort has great events, all around great!

IWalked in with $300.00 and walked out with $311.00 which means I got to play all night on their money. The only thing is being New Years eve it was very crowded.

I really like this place because I have to be 18 to come instead of 21 so give me the casino experience a little bit earlier plus it s awesome for college students because drive-by a college campus so it a prime location for a prime audience

Always fun. The hotel is pretty nice. The casino is fun. The restaurants are average food at best

Didn't care to much for the non smoking section, felt like I was in a closet,the rest of the casino was great

Nice place and the staff was helpful. Went to see Jeff Dunham outside on the hill behind the casino. It was very well set up, lots of security but they were friendly. Fairly easy to get around everywhere and event parking was well organized. It was very smoky i side the casino unfortunately but I suppose that's to be expected.

Today was my 2Nd time here(My first time was in January of 2016) I'm giving this casino a 5 star review because the staff are helpful,womens bathroom is clean,The food is excellent! I especially like that they have sugar free desserts at the buffet for people that don't want to eat sugar or are diabetic.

The buffet was decent although not as good as I remembered it. The line to enter the concert was clear out in the middle of the gaming floor. It was very smokey inside. The building and decorations are very beautiful.

I have mixed emotions on Soaring Eagle, I love the floor, the games, the shows they have, and they have a smoking floor for us cigarette smokers within their hotel. The pool is of good size, there's a jacuzzi with lights on the outside which is beautiful. Great Restraunt and the deli is great. Unfortunately I was treated appropriately while spending quite a bit, became a regular and was treated so disrespectful by a few of the security as well as filing several complaints that never made it to the eye in the sky guy. Enjoy it until having to deal with the nonsense..

Got kicked out for not having a mask on cause I was taking a drink I baught from them

Stopped by the casino to have a break from the cold and family on vacation, ended up losing track of time and decided to stay the night due to the incredible drinks. The gentleman at the front desk was so thoughtful, when we said it was an impulse night he handed us toothbrushes and toothpaste samples saying that since it was an impulse trip we probably didn't think to bring anything, and told us to call if we needed anything else. It was such a kind gesture, and something I wouldn't have thought of asking for. Our room was clean and comfortable, there was a gorgeous fireplace and it felt like a home away from home. Cannot wait to be back this summer.

Best thing about this casino is its size. However, depending the time of day or week, not many table games open. Fluctuating minimum bets is also frustrating, with not much rhyme or reason as to why. Their comps have been drastically reduced too. Staff is hit and miss. Some dealers are a joy to give your cash to, while others shouldn't be in a job dealing with people.

Great place for concert. They have obstructed views so be careful when purchasing tickets.

Soaring Eagle is an excellent location for a work conference. The dinner we had was very nice and plenty to do for adults afterwards.

So beutifull its like a vegas exsperience in michigan lots to do and sometimes huge wins they have a bunch if loyalty rewards and the restauraunts are very good with great service love this place its my go to mini vacation spot

The machines are different .From the last time I was in a Casino in 1995 back then you had the coins come out .I like how you push a button an a piece a paper comes out that more bettet

Your Sarney goes a force for 5 stars it was fun took $40 me come back with my 40 in was in there for cut flowers is playing I love all the free drink she get the service is excellent the food is little high but it could be little cheaper for me but that's OK you go there you're spected to pay that much

Always a good time. Took advantage of the couples weekend getaway. Body massage, dinner comp and a little gaming. Rooms are adequate and comfortable and service in all areas is exemplary. Definitely recommend investigating their weekend specials. Well worth the discounted pricing to value.

They seem to be paying out better than before, some days. But fun time whenever we go.

I have been to Fire Keeper casino. I do not like the atmosphere. It's only a 30 minute drive. I am very comfortable at Soaring Eagle. It is worth the 130 mile trip.

Small casino, I'm a gambler but Kane Browns concert was more of a site to see than your casino. Not exciting to even look at!

They have great events that I join regularly! Good atmosphere, overall great experiences there!

I absolutely love going to Soaring Eagle Casino...yes its convientent because I live right down the road...but its nice to get out of the house and sit infront of a slot machine smoking my cig and drinking my drink however I do not like how they continuosly rearrange the layout of the slots and tables...

I could be wrong but this place is going downhill imo. They could have a much better buffet by focusing on the way they prepare the food because they do use quality ingredients but apparently they don't seem to care and I know I am not the only one who feels this way. Also, the Philly steak pizza the last time I had it was bizarre in that all the toppings were shredded which was just strange. I've had this pizza several times in the past but I'm getting the sense that things are not going well for this casino. Hopefully I'm wrong.

As it was my first time in a casino, I didn't know exactly what all to expect, but it was quite a good experience.

Attended a concert and it was a good time. Hill seating is fun and very affordable. The only issue I've noticed more than once is that the audio on the opening acts seems quite poor compared to headliners.

Nice place but never win anything. Would at least like to play a while before my money's gone. It's a casino I get it, but let me play a bit. The slots are VERY tight!

Always have a good time. Payouts are fair, rooms are comfortable, gas and gamble package is our favourite. Lots of great shopping in the area. Attend approximately 2 to 4 times a year.

This is the second Jeff Dunham event we have been to. This one was our first out door event, other than park I'll ng and trying to get out afterwards we have no complaints.

I am not much of a casino person but my friends are and this is not a bad place to go. All they need to do is get rid of cigarette smoking to make it perfect.

Absolutely awesome! Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the noise level early in the morning in the hotel. The casino was clean and the staff was very friendly. And the food in the restaurants was inexpensive and delicious.
