Are at the chop house. Their salad and appetizers were really good. The brazed beef roast with goat cheese was unique and incredible. Very much enjoyed the food. Gambling was good hit 4of a kind on let it ride. Overall great night

Had a great time, great staff, very courteous and helpful. I love going to casinos and black jack is my favorite game, playing at Fire keepers and Soaring Eagle. My buggest gripe by far is the limited $5 blackjack tables available. If the maximum bet is the same on most tables. Why limit the $5 tables. They always have 4 or 5 people waiting to play yet always open room at the $10 tables. I had such a great time but was very disappointed I could not play any black jack. I would love to see more $5 tables. I get raising limits on crowded weeked tables but mathematical it would seem that if you opened more $5 tables, more people could play, no waiting. More money fir casino maybe more people employed,so more possible jobs. More people would play. I know they would. I have lots of friends who also say the same thing. I would have played at least 2 hours on black jack if I could have found a $5 table that had any hope of ever having a seat available. Other than that we has a very good time and enjoyed "the price is right"

Excellent day to play free money the Indians gave came home with money this time

This place is infested with bedbugs. Due to who the casino is run by I'm not giving information on how I know other that one of their employees noticed and upon mentioned it, they threatened to take their job if it was brought up again.

We always go to the small one, Slot Palace. Have not won anything for a long time. Happy when we at least get some playing time.

I was there visiting the casino. Stayed and played for hours on only $20. The staff were relatively nice and the facilities were clean. My only complaint is that the ventilation could be better (for us non-smokers or those with breathing disorders).

Lady luck was on my side that Fri night. Slots were VERY HOT! walked in with $40 ended up paying for my room, beer, food, gas and $1,200 in car repairs. I still had money when I got home. Not one slot hit for over $100, so that should give you an idea. I love you SOARING EAGLE CASINO!!

I only went to the casino and I absolutely loved my experience. Even though I didn't manage to hit the jackpot

Great staff and Drink prices. Very clean with a nice layout. Slot machine variety was kind of weak for the minimum bet prices. Most slots were $.50-.80 minimum.

I would recommend this hotel for one night but any longer I would go somewhere else because it is a nice place but i feel its only a one night get away

Was there for an expo. Didn't gamble, but they seemed nice and the bathroom was clean

The place is massive and filled with awesome alot machines, drinks are great, mostly alcoholic, but all around fun and cool.

Wait for buffet was Ridiculous and then was cut off by a "diamond member* they should have had to wait behind us at least.. as we were next in line.. desserts were very good. Selection was nice..
GFS containers though ?? Hmmm.. overall decent. Went on a seafood Monday.. feel like they could have more seafood....

Went for a concert on the 3rd of September. Outdoor show was awesome, just too bad the people smoking weed and getting excessively drunk ruin everyone else's fun. I still plan to continue going for concerts and events. Always a fun trip!

Got a premium suite right next to the construction zone. No sleeping in or naps. Very annoying with doors slamming as well. Nice room or would rate my experience lower.

Great concert last night and water park is pretty amazing

Have seen several concerts and other shows here with a generally positive experience. Casino is smoking so be prepared to leave smelling of smoke. Parking is ample and the casino is clean and kept up. At our most recent event, the Dane Cook show, I was a bit distracted by the bar staff and security staff at the back of the house talking all night. Next time I would get seats not in this open seating area to avoid being near the talking. It should be pretty common sense that during any live show that people should refrain from talking (staff and patrons!) as to not disturb those who want to actually enjoy the live person on the stage. It was also a bit annoying to have people stand next to and behind my seat for most of the night, blocking the aisle, and talking. Would like to security make these people move and find a seat.

Nice outdoor concert venue, having to walk through the casino floor and all the smokers to get out back is less than ideal.

Room was excellent and very clean. Everything was decorated in nice tile and gold. We attended the murder mystery dinner and it was excellent. The dinner was delicious and the murder mystery was so much fun. There was a lot to do at the resort besides gambling. We had an excellent time.

Casino side was ok. Not to people there on a Wednesday. Most of the tables were bare, not to many action. So, I decided to give the buffet restaurant another chance. Just as I thought from the last time I was there, the food was dry and tasteless. Try sprinkle a pinch of salt, it may help. For dinner they charged $20 dollars, which was over priced for what they were serving or not serving. The only thing that ok was the ice tea that I had. Funny thing was I went back for second serving to see if there were anything new. There weren't, I went back to my table with empty plate. How bad is that at a buffet?

Alot of new slot machines. New restaurants, and non smoking areas are a great addition.

We attended an outdoor concert at the casino. Event parking is free but farthest away from the casino. They have shuttles that take you from parking right to gate entrance of concert. They also will take you back after the concert is over. That's very nice! Staff are friendly and helpful.

It's a casino. Same as a lot of other casinos. The room we stayed in was nice.

I appreciate how friendly the staff is. However, the layout leaves something to be desired. I still have fun at the tables.

Its OK not the best as far as casinos go in MI. I love to travel and have been to a lot of Casinos, this one though getsca 4 out of 5 because they actually cater to the guest. They have a child arcade area where the kids am can eat and play for just 20- 30 bucks an hour. That is by far a good thing for parents that want to go out but don't have a sitter.

Went to see Darrius Rucker and Lady Antebellum. Even with a rain delay, Soaring Eagle made it an incredible experience! Would recommend attending one of their concerts, hands down

Nice friendly atmosphere plenty of convenient parking I enjoyed myself although I got greedy and lost quite a bit of money but I still had fun I will go back when I'm up in that area again

Had a wonderful birthday time for our Fiftieth Wedding Anniversary. Won some, had a great dinner with my hubby.

Worst casino ever. Management told me a huge lie so they could keep my winnings. Don t go here!! Old people hog machines and claim they won your money when they didn t and management sides with them.

Love it here! They don't get 5 stars because I've attended events that have terrible seating (indoor) and it isn't that big. I've also never won decent money here. But there's always a smaller crowd than the other casinos, so it's a better option for someone like me.

Great employees at the hotel and at the casino, overall a real great experience for my first time being at a casino. Staff was friendly and very helpful, defiently looking forward to booking another trip.

Soaring eagle is a beautiful place to stay. It's lovely fun. Dress light it's always to warm in the casino.

My wife and I attended the Bourbon, Bacon and Cheap Trick event. It was a fantastic event. Great bourbon selection with a couple Single Malt Scotch options, the food offerings were great also. The staff and crew were awesome as well. Will be looking for the next event.

I love this place. I have stayed over night at the hotel several times and have never had a bad experience. I have ate at a few of the restaurants in the Casino and have always enjoyed my meal and service. My favorite place to visit!

Love this casino, I have been going for years. The food is great. Love the buffet and also the restaurants. Good size pool and outdoor spa area. I have only two complaints. First, there used to be a bar and sort of lounge area in the middle of the gaming area, had a dance floor also. They got rid of that and just put more slot machines. This makes the bars on the side fill up quicker, so if your not gambling, there is really no where to just kick back and have a drink. Second, the rooms need updating. Period.

I was pleasantly surprised how clean the casino was. No smoking anywhere and it smelled nice. Toilets in women's restroom had automatic seat covers that rotated to a new one. Not packed with people which was great!

Great atmosphere, drinks are decently priced. They have awesome promotions!! No complaints at all. I really enjoyed myself. And racked up lots of points while I was there. And got a bonus free ice cream maker. I'll be back.
