Good full service casino. Everything you would expect in a casino. Several dining options from sandwiches to buffet to steakhouse. Shows are concerts and comedy. Good service from many longtime employees. Arguably the nicest casino in Michigan.

It was amazing place first time gambling and won some good luck with almost 100 dollars but i have so much fun i wanna thank the people who help me out with the information about the place
Could have been better, customer service was horrible in the deli. The check in desk receptionist Kelly is amazing, but the experience at the deli was totally uncalled for and unprofessional.
Now that it is smoke free this is now one of my favorite casinos. I don't usually win, but it is a casino after all. I tend to go here a couple of times a month because they have some really great veteran's deals.
Downgrading review. Last visit was not good. We could not control the heating and cooling system so we had to open the window to cool down and it took all night to do so. Since the window was open we were treated to people yelling outside of our window. There was also a not so wonderful pigeon excrement odor emanating through our window. The casino slots, paying out, does not seem to exist; we have won once in 4 years. We're also tired of smelling like smoke, they allow it in the casino and restaurants, yuck!! Previous review; Great pool area with an indoor and outdoor hot tub. Nice getaway place for the whole family. One thing the casino lacks is a good nightclub. More and more big name acts are making their way here, so take in a show sometime. The Council continues to make upgrades and improvements.
First time gambler and the only assistance I could find was walking into the gaming area. People in the little bakery were most informative and pleasant.
Awesome concert venue. Saw Marcy Playground here. Also gambled a bit and turned $3 into $70. Overall nice, clean, their ventillation system could be better though.
Worst casino I have ever been to. From Denver to Detroit absolutely no pay outs. You would be better off driving to lakeside iowa. Will never go again.
Ambiance was nice. The buffet was not good. I guess it depends on what type of food you like. Our first room was cold dark and funky. Then the nice young lady ( not sure of her name) but she's of African decent .anyway she was very nice professional and understanding.she moved me and my husband up to the 7th floor to a king suite it was beautiful. And we were able to leave with a good memory.
I have only been to the casino, and a good 90% of the things there are slots there are craps tables, roulette, black jack/21 tables, a poker lounge, there is a bingo room somewhere, have yet to find it haha. Both smoking/non-smoking sections, but honestly it's all smokey. They have amazing coffee. The coffee and soda there is free, the booze is not free. They have different locations inside to get food. They Have a great event area inside the casino where concerts happen as do comedy shows. I have heard nothing but great reviews about the soaring eagle water park. If you find yourself near Mt pleasant, it's worth a go to visit the casino even if you don't gamble. 18+ friendly. Just make sure you have a state ID/License.
During the Pandemic they are cleaning constantly, every other machine is turned off & the tables have plexiglass with only 3-4 to a table for social distancing, No smoking inside...The hotel was nice & clean through the construction as well
