I Love staying at the casino! Weather it's for an important occasion, meeting, business, relaxation, concert or just a fun night out the casino has it all. Though some of the female guards are a little over the top with their power trips towards other females I noticed. Aside from them this is a great place to come with family friends and business partners. Everything always clean and feels so relaxing that the time there often seems to fly right by. I will continue coming with my family for several occasions, they enjoy it as much as I do!

Played Bingo on this trip. It was fun, although I didn't win The machines are the way to go. You miss out on the traditional dabber action, but the winners are on the machines!!! Good luck everyone!

The casino has received a major upgrade. New bar & restaurant, new machines, new vibes! Machines were very"tight " ,but all in all ,a great experience. Not the same casino that you're used to! Karaoke for those who have the courage. Thoroughly enjoyed myself!

Went to see Bill Engwall and he was great. The casino was fun, but luck wasn't on my side that evening.

The venue for the show was excellent, the steakhouse didn't impress. However, my girlfriend's plate (filet) was a bit better than mine (surf&turf). The room was nice. Nevertheless, a fun place for an anniversary!
(5 stars if the food was better and it was nonsmoking)

Extremely busy on a Saturday night. Very smokey. Small non-smoking room that was very warm and difficult to navigate as everything is close together. We were there to see the Impractical Jokers. Our ticket showed and 8:00 start time, but it didn't start until 9:30. The lines to get into the show wrapped around the entire casino. They did not seem equipped to handle the crowds. I am not sure if the security was part of the hold up, but checking bags and metal detectors slowed things down tremendously. Deli staff was unpleasant. Even though we loved the show, we do not think we will return to this venue.

I went to gamble there. I lost pretty quickly but the place is still fun to go to. Bright lights, not that bad of an atmosphere. Would have been much better if I won money though

Just went into the casino with my daughter. It was her first time because she just turned 18. She liked it a lot but what bothered us was the smoke. We just had to keep moving around because it was everywhere

Casino is really nice. Older and newer slot machines. Drinks were strong and cheap. Lost $40, but played the penny and dollar slots for a few hours. The legends restaurant sucked.

Made a reservation for a pull thru because we wanted to stay hooked up to the truck. This was the most expensive camp site so far this summer. Found out when I got there it was only a 30 amp.

Rooms are very nice...allways liked this place..does anyone ever win here though or is The ? Gambling? Just to fund the renovation? Never see anyone win..Michigan casinos...kinda sad

Love soaring eagle casino! Especially their slots. The one that I really love is the mouse trap slots. I wish they had an app about it.

Great venue for a show. Great table games. Slots are a little loose. Love it!!!

I love this Casino. I prefer to drive the distance to get here, over FireKeepers, which is much much closer to home.

Love the hero program, had a great room with outdoor balcony with a live concert across the parking lot.

This was a cheaper alternative to Zehnder's Splash Village. Our room was overbooked or double booked so they put us in a room that did not have the quantity of bed space we needed. Then when we got into our room both the pull put bed and the Murphy bed did not have bedding. Not to mention the Murphy bed sits on top of the pull out bed. The room was filthy, there was dust on all the flat surfaces, cobwebs on the ceiling, the room phone only worked on speakerphone, and the lampshade was visibly broken. I think next year we will spend the extra money for a better waterpark and a cleaner room.

Packed wall to wall and rooms filled with smoke. Hard to even see let alone breath. Smoke free rooms were so full you couldn't even walk into them for relief.

Good food, great rooms casino staff gave me the feeling I was cutting into their 401 program.

This is the best casino for families. We go out of our way to go to this casino when there are 3 in Detroit which is about 15 minutes from us. Among many other reasons, but BECAUSE they have KIDS QUEST. My son LOVES it and it gives us the chance to walk around and play the slots together. Plus they have the water park and hotel a shuttle away.

Can't get away from the foul stench. Thought it would be fun to take the kiddos to the buffet and they thought they were gonna die....yikes.

The more ratings I do the more often I give less than 5 stars. This is occurring because many times the ratings are given before enough time has passed to truly give a meaningful opinion as to reliability of product or consistency of service.
Not here. I've been enjoying this place for more years than I care to think about. My wife and I aren't big rollers. We just go for fun and to get away for a night or two. We have probably spent the night here more than 50 times. I should note that I enjoy "Hero" privileges given to any person who served in the military. As a consequence I receive significant and special treatment on pricing. They take very good care of veterans. I sometimes wish they would loosen the slot machines a bit for us (hint hint) but what follows is true whether you have Hero privileges or not.
This is a gorgeous facility and well maintained. As a frugal person, I seek value. There have been dates where I choose not to stay as room prices get way too high for my tastes when demand is high because of a concert or other event. But most of the time rooms are very fairly priced for what you receive. Be sure to ask about packages. Gas and Gamble (goes by various names) is great value. There are at least three restaurants on casino floor from casual to fancy. One, the buffet, offers tremendous variety and shouldn't be missed. The food is very good. If you're a connoisseur you might not give it five stars but for us average Joes....great job. Don't miss the deserts (As if you need to be encouraged lol).
Enough said. Why stay at some chain motel when this is available at comparable price. There is no continental breakfast but you won't miss it. Promise.

It was a great time I spent a lot of quality time with my family

It was very busy. The place was beautiful, and the food was excellent, the menu creative. It was my first trip to the casino, though, and I found that I dont enjoy gambling.

Well they cut out smoking even if you don't smoke partners may have a smoker no rooms available at all card games slowed down it seems like when ready to eat there either packed or closed just have to try and time it right

Fun atmosphere. I play mostly tables and never have won much here, but hey, that's gambling

The have the best summer outdoor concerts I've ever been too

The shortage of $5 tables gets really annoying. The focus here seems to be more on slots than table games. I've ever only seen two craps tables open on the busiest nights. Same goes for roulette tables.

Lovely rooms, nice dining choices and fun casino, all without leaving the premises on a cold and rainy Michigan fall day.

The rooms are a quiet. It provides an opportunity to mingle away for an Employee

If you are not a smoker I do not recommend going here. The hotel was very nice on the inside and ground level, but the casino was just covered in smoke. There were also some loud people on the main floor, but there is a nice pool and spa area. Rooms were nice too

A very nice resort! The rooms are clean and the staff always seem to be able to help in the rare event there is an issue. The casino itself is nice, I'm not much of a gambler myself,but they have a great beer selection and good drink specials! Overall a good casino! Very nice location also!

Always friendly, Always clean. We stopped at many casinos throughout the United States but always call Soaring Eagle Casino are home.

Been here many times and always get great service, good food and beautiful rooms.

Easily accessed location. Clean facilities. Serving staff could be nicer, but gaming staff was great.

I always have a good time playing here but the service at legendary Diner was not the greatest this time. I had to ask someone to refill my coffee that was not my waiter and she only to check on us when she brought us our food and the bill.

Stopped in to the steak restaurant and had the special. Steak was tender and cooked just the way I ordered it.

We saved up to get close to the stage and managed to get 6th row center stage. Unfortunately security was nonexistent, it didn't matter what your ticket said, every time the people in front of us or next to us got up and left their seats someone else would grab the seats. We had drinks, food, spilled on us, it was neverending traffic. For the price of tickets it should have been better organized, security should have only allowed those who had seats in that section in. We weren't the only ones dealing with this, I saw several others around us informing security, but it was in vain. Hard to enjoy a concert under those circumstances.

Casino continues to improve amenities and overall experience.

Huge entertainment center. Watched Little Big Town concert. Holds 15,000. Plus full casino. Very nice.

The floor layout is very misleading and the "free" drink station is almost always a sticky mess and crowded.

Went for dinner , what a nice place this is . Very friendly staff and drinks are cheap.

Saw Breaking benjamin and avenged sevenfold and it was a great setup and concert. Book a hotel in midland. A lot cheaper.

Too few table games and smoking permitted inside .

I think they quit letting people smoke indoors cause of the masks. But the gameplay was fun today!
