I went here for dinner and to play some slots and the arcade and I had alot of fun and will for sure be back soon to do it again.

Don't visit if you has respiratory issues or allergic to cigarette smoke, we visited the hotel, & walked in casino main entrance down hall to front desk of hotel, & it reeked of cigarettes the whole way, so we didn't stay, we had to leave right away. Won't ever come back!

I really enjoy the atmosphere, and the slots always have me coming back for more

As always, great tables and games. Not Vegas, but good atmosphere.

Watched the fireworks on the 4th of July. Was very impressive would go again.

I called the casino on Monday June 1st and asked if the arcade was open. I was told that the arcade would reopen on June 2nd. What I wasn't told was that the arcade wouldn't reopen until 5 PM on June 2nd which is really strange. I drove 2 hours to the arcade only to find out that the arcade was closed. Wasted time, wasted gas and ruined day. We will never be going here again!

The facility is beautiful, the casino and the representation of the casino leadership was AWFUL. My family and I were the victims of two minor theft incidents in the same day (even if it was minor theft is theft). We only reported one of the incidents because the first incident was handled and successfully resolved on my part. Bill Stark, 3rd Shift Security Supervisor should NOT be a supervisor. He had such a DISGUSTING attitude (which reflects upon the entire casino as he is management). He said it was my fault that I didn t report the first incident, which they probably would have done nothing about. In regard to the second incident, I asked if there was anyone else I could speak with as far as a resort manager. He said no, good luck, and walked away. I think had we been males complaining he would have taken us more seriously. I have been to almost all of the casinos in Las Vegas, all of the casinos in Atlantic City, casinos in the Bahamas, West Virginia, New York, Canada, and around the Pittsburgh area, and this is the ONLY casino I do NOT feel safe or welcome at.

However, the gift shop staff (Food and Beverage Supervisor) were incredibly nice and I am very pleased with their handling of our stay. Maybe they should teach Mr. Stark how to be a supervisor in public service.

There is a slots only & bingo area across the street. I had no ideal it was there. I heard this is the "old building".
It would be wonderful if this building was non smoking.
I hope the owners consider it.
There were old & new slots available.
It was small enough for seniors to walk. The security were super friendly. The staff does an awesome job keeping it clean. My new favorite hangout spot to WIN then give it ALL back, smh.

My first time being here was to see Lee Brice in concert, and OH MAN! ENJOYED EVERY FRICKEN MINUTE OF IT! Didnt have exactly front seats to watch him, but it was nice going to the concert. Random comment, bathrooms are a little funny how they are set up lol, but definitely would love to go to the casino part of it one day.

The new addition of the bleachers provide great seating options but it's a bummer for those who bought lawn tickets. Still a great local venue though

It was a lot of fun. This is after covid and I felt distanced and safe. Lots of hand sanitizer around. Everyone had to wear a mask.

I went to see Florida Georgia line everything was great. Love the seating and the flow of how it was set up. My friends and I were playing frizbe while having a beer..... perfect way to tailgate. But apparently it's a dry parking lot. Kinda stinks. Should be stated before you get there or make ithe okay during concerts.

I've been to this casino multiple times. It's an enjoyable place to spend a day here. I wish the machines were a little quieter, as I always leave with a headache. The gift shop here could use some upgrading as the selection inside is poor. Workers are friendly and there's plenty of parking.

We didn't stay at the hotel we just went to the Casino . They are practicing social distancing and you are required to wear a mask of course . Friendly staff and clean bathrooms .

Definitely get their early for an event. The lines were very long due to limited entry access points.

Worst casino to go to. Barely any table games nothing but slots. I wish I wouldn t of wasted half of my day driving to and from this dump

Been here many times, just play the slots, nice variety of machines. I am looking forward to the improved non-smoking area, the old one was more of a concept than an actual smoke-free place.

Decent place to go for an event or concert but a little trashy. It is a casino, after all.

We went to Soaring Eagle Casino to see the Impractical Jokers. It was excellent., couldn't get enough of them.GREAT SHOW !!!!!!!!

The room with the fireplace and hot tub was supurb.

I was disappointed about having bunches table games and 15 or 20 % open, I waited over 4 hours to have a turn to play black Jack and finally I gave up and I left

Plenty of slots and very clean facility. The main casino floor allows smoking. I don't smoke didn't really notice the smoke. Plus they have a separate non-smoking room. Their veteran program is excellent providing free money to gamble twice a month along with credit towards food.

I attended for a Straight No Chaser concert and there was not a bad seat in the whole place, everything was very nicely decorated and we'll lit, loved the architecture and the hospitality.

Too smoke filled. Needs to be smoke free or major ventilation system!

The bar near the hotel has an excellent olive burger. Used to high end steak houses in casinos. Their steakhouse is terrible. They couldn t cook my steak correctly twice and ruined our dinner. Their Quick Hits are fun and I ve won a decent jackpot there. More so lately the payouts decreased and the game floor left more to be desired. The hotel beds are too soft and worn out to get a good nights rest. The sound proofing is non existent so you will hear people in the hallways, closing doors, concerts outside etc. Still a mid Michigan treasure worth visiting on the way through town.

Came in with $20 left with $140 nothing else to say

Was fun, clean, nice. Unfortunately took away games like hangover, amazing race, etc. We had a good time. Slot machines seemed VERY stingy this time.

Machines are not hitting like they use to, I have been going there for the past 7+ years and my name has never ever been drawn and I hear people talk and tell us they have been called week after week

Went to Soaring Eagle for my birthday last week and they give you $10 free play. Used $5 in the first machine I played and won $30 right away. Put the other $5 in another machine and won $100. I know this doesn't always happen, but still had fun.

I love this casino. Great place to learn to gamble. The dealers are friendly and will help explain the game to you and why you make certain moves when you do.

Every aspect of my stay was good, no there wasn't anything special to rave about other than the pool which was very kid friendly. But nothing was bad either. I had a very nice stay.

Need to do a better way for out door events..going thur the casino was like a heard of elephants. And when it's over to leave your parking lots is a joke .waited in the car over an hr to get out of parking lot.finally the police came and directed traffic to get all the cars moving. You need a better system

Way too busy if you don't like crowda this is not the casino you'd like to go to.

It is very beautiful lots to see and explore, service was great. Not much of a gambler myself but had a good time. I did not stay in the hotel

Despite losing money, there was plenty of fun and excitement during my visit to the casino.

Great concert at Soaring Eagle yesterday with Lady Antebellum & Darius Rucker. The venue is well done with parking, seating, beer vendors, & restrooms.

This was only the 2nd Casino I have ever been to and I loved it!

Soaring eagle is a very fun trip to take with friends and have a good time!! This is such a fun casino I highly recommend taking a trip here soon!! They also have a fun water park to take the kiddos to!!:)

I love soaring eagle casino. The dealers are friendly. And there food is delicious. They have water park the kids will love it.

Everything is always great when we stay here and since my husband is a gold member at the casino we usually get a free room every month

Besides being asked for id every 30 minutes an overall clean and fun experience.

Come here for shows and a good time. Cheap drinks and good concerts!!

It is a fantastic place but the smell inside from people smoking is absolutely unbearable

We didn't stay at the resort part of the casino. But it sure seems to me that such a HUGE CASINO has a lot of costs!!! and it just seems that every slot we played just took are money! I don't expect to get rich or anything but it would be nice to play the machines a little while!! Out of all the Casinos I've been to in the last 5 years Soaring Eagle never pays out.. ever!! Maybe its just my luck but out of the last 10 times we went maybe we broke even once! Just seems they never pay out like they use to! Very nice Casino but I wouldn't recommend this place unless your taking your kids to the water park aspect of the Casino I have been told that its really a lot of fun...but this is just my opinion

Small town casino feel, crowded, good entertainment options

If it wasn't for 1000 cigarettes burning all the time it would be an excellent place.

We had a great time and great food service.everyone was real nice.

Good food but way to much smoke. I came down with bronchitis the next day. Everytime I get in too much smoke I get sick. I wish they would ban smoke and worry about their health. It has been proven second hand smoke is really bad for you.

Had a great night for New year's really enjoyed the entertainment..

Very nice resort with a lot of amenities. Not your average casino.

The room was very clean, there is a mini fridge to use which is surprising for a casino hotel. There are a lot of restaurants and stores nearby ,which is convenient.The pool was great, and there's a hot tub that has really powerful jets. All in all I had a really good time and I will most definitely stay there again.

Its a family tradition to go to water park for our daughters birthday each year. Soaring eagle has never disappointed us. Always a great time.

They hosted a NAPA convention for work with an over night stay . They did a great job. I had not been a fan of Soaring Eagle before this event. Been there many times but not for several years. This visit caused me to re-evaluate. Service was very good, rooms were nice.
