Fun place to spend a day! The casino is huge...but parking is easy with shuttle drivers assisting with driving folks up to the front door. The casino is beautifully maintained but smoking is allowed. There are several great restaurants inside so lots of delicious choices. The casino staff also bring around free drinks as you play which is helpful.

Had a great time. Loved the gas and play package. Room was nice and the staff was friendly.

Service in the casino on the weekends is phenomenal.

Seen Florida Georgia Line in concert there. Nice environment, friendly people, wanted to ask them if they were nervous about having that many cowboys at an Indian casino. lol We will be going there again, maybe to the water park.

Fun as always. Rooms are starting get old and could use some rennovation.

Ok so The Retreat is 300$ a night and the walls are paper thin. I know more about the couple next to us than I know about myself. It legit sounded like they both had covid. No way in hell a room built this cheap is worth that price point ! And...no couch. Just 2 chairs. No thanks. It's cheaper and nicer in Vegas.

Wonderful experience. Clean , spacious room. Excellent staff. Food was ridiculously over priced but thats to be expected.

The buffet food is great, the way it's prepared though is terrible. However, Slice pizza is reasonable and delicious.

Everything was great. The buffet is amazing , and the service was fantastic. It's a really fun time. I have also been to concerts there that were awesome. I highly recommend it.

Since we've quit smoking, the air is not healthy for us to breathe. The dinner was twenty dollars apiece, and we have three adults in our family. If the food had been prepared better, it might have been worth it. The chicken was like Chevy Chases' Christmas Vacation turkey. It was difficult to find any meat inside the overly breaded and deep fried hard coating. The breaded fish also had such a hard deep fried coating, I couldn't cut it!
I had to pick it up and tear it apart, trying to find the fish. The fish was tough like octopus. I'm a person who is very easy to please and usually eats what is set before me with no complaints.

We love going to the soaring eagle casino and resort. The rooms and facility is always clean and the beds are very comfortable. They are always trying to better the experiance.

Explain to me how it makes sense for a non smoker to have to walk THROUGH THE SMOKING AREA!! I would probably come more often if I didn't have to leave smelling like an ashtray. Frankly it's disgusting. Plus the machines literally give you nothing. I went two nights in a row with two different people and none of us won a dime.

Well nice place, had lunch at the Ledge restaurant play a little 21 on the tables,really was nice. My son is a Chef there also

I visited the Soaring Eagle Casino for Fantsticon 2017. The even itself was not that great but the casino was awesome. The staff was helpful and friendly. There was a free soda fountain!

You do win some money back it fun when that happens

Our room smelled terrible like urine and the staff did not resolve the issue. We stayed multiple nights and no one ever came to clean or restock our room. We had to go to the front desk and get everything our selves. The cleanliness/housekeeping was not good. They need serious training on how to clean. Also, no one watches their kids. The staff did not enforce parents watching their children. There is alcohol allowed in the kids water park area. This leads to drunk adults leaving partially drank cups all over for little ones to pick up. I watch my kids but there were a ton of kids under 3-4 years old trying to help themselves. Alcohol should be confined to a designated area or hotel staff need to police this.

Very nice resort! Awesome staff. The casino seems to have more payouts than other casi os that I have been to. They offer a HERO players card to veterans! Free room and dinner durring yohe bday month, free play and food vouchers twice a month, and half off tickets for veterans

Not a bad casino. Just too smokey for me. They have lots of slot machines and some in a "non smoking" section. But even that area is smoky.

It would be nice to win instead of losing all the time.

Gamble and I always have to walk around for a hour to find a seat too sit at blackjack tables the last two times I couldn t even play blackjack because the pit bosses wouldn t open up more tables how do you guys expect people to be happy with just two

Having to be back to Detroit at a certain time pit bosses don t even seem to care you have a crowd of 15 people watching the tables just for a chance to get in and it takes forever if they are able to even sit open up more tables if you see a crowd and DO A BETTER JOB!!!! I won t be coming back

The atmosphere at soaring eagle is always very nice, professional & well put together because of the quality of the folks working there, but at the same time relaxing, social, & well put together because of the quality of the folks gambling there.

Even though we lost we still had a good time together

The new non-smoking area is great. Recently visited for a concert got rained out and the hill was super slippery and muddy.

Stop smoky in this place. They ate doing lots of work there but really need better ventilation.

The worst casino for food is the casino in Standish Michigan I can not believe how much their food service and availability has decreased since they open. Every year is worse than the last. Just unimaginable how they can treat their customers so bad Year after year

Actually won a bit this trip. The place is kind of quiet on a Thursday afternoon.

We are here this week for the wemons nine ball tournament. It's allways a great time. The casino is doing a lot for updating and it looking good.

Had fun with my brother. We just used the Casino's starter $10 to walk away with $61 and $128 on slots. Facilitys are clean and service was friendly/professional.

The drink service was excellent. The employees were very helpful, going out of their way to answer all our questions. I thought the older building was way too smokey, so I couldn't enjoy myself over there.

Was here for Fantasticon. It was a lot of fun. Hopefully they will do it again next year.

Went great. I won 2000 bucks and there isn't a lot of smoke so we will definitely be back.

I believe this is the best casino in Michigan. It has the most comps and the play is pretty balanced. I do not dine much but if I had to take away this is the area in which it would loose a star, for food and service. However they gain it back for how they treat veterans! I am amazed at the customer service and amount of amenities. I am not a big gambler, but I feel when I do loose the money I bring, I get enough back to make me feel like I have won. Highly recommend for responsible gamblers and veterans.

Attended Weezer at the outdoor concert venue. I was very impressed with how well the have built this venue up. I also liked the $10 play on the machines that you could get with your ticket stub.

bonuses was bad lost thousands and don't like the pop-ups for showing that some1 won a jackpot because when were all losing and see that pop-up is very frustrating. also the point system is terrible and don't get anymore food comp or freeplay after this idk if I'll be coming to stay in February I have 4 days 3 nights booked

Didn't use hotel. Went on my wedding anniversary and we had fun. It was quite packed didn't win. We lost and it sucked cause it was my first time. Won't be able to go back for awhile since we lost everything we spent.
