Great facilities with plenty to do for all ages on and off the snow.
I recently went skiing and when getting the boots there were none that fit around my calf, I am not overweight at all and I could barley fit in the boots. I managed to get into them but it was uncomfortable, a day later I had huge blisters all around both calf s and painful rub marks.
The skiis came of a couple of times thrououhht the day but no accidents came of this. The skiing conditions weren t great as the snow wasn t really there it was just chunks of ice, but this was due to the air conditioning being replaced.
Whilst I was there I had a pizza at the resteraunt and the prices were extautionate for the amount you get. It would be alright if the standard was better but the base and crust was micro thin and was over cooked, the was barely any sauce on the base and a moderate ammount of cheese, and as it was a bbq pizza I expected a bit of bbq sauce but there was nearly none.
Apart from all the mistakes I had a fun time as the staff there were very nice and helped as much as they could to solve any issues you may have but they are limited to what they can do with what they have to work with.
All together I give it a 1 star out of 5 as the food, ski boots and snow where all terrible for the price, but the brilliant customer service brings it up to a 1 star from 0.
Tobogganing was great! Felt very safe with the reduced numbers & meant a couple more goes than normal!
Mid range prices, all ages catered to, good variety of activities and good restaurant and cafe all onsite
The snow on the slope is rubbish at the moment ice everywhere to the point of it being dangerous!! I asked at reception if there was a problem but all they were interested in is giving me a refund when I just wanted my question answered. The place is tired, paint peeling off everywhere, the slope lift broke for 10 mins!! wish the owners would use the buckets of cash they make especially from winter wonderland to make the place a pleasure to visit, not a dive!!!!
Great fun. Excellent tuition. Can get very crowded on the piste at peak times.
Tabogganing very good fun. But over too soon. Plenty of parking spaces. A good day out.
A great day out for all the family with lots to do for everyone.
Loads to do for the kids. A bit expensive but worth it!
We attended for a children's birthday party. The place was extremely busy with limited input from staff on the day. Overall it has good facilities but requires active input from parents.
I wasn't aware of SnowDome until a couple of friends recommended it to me and we all went together, we live quite a few miles away but it was definitely worth it. It was the first time that I'd been ice-skating and we had an absolutely fantastic time, our session was reasonably priced and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful- I will definitely visit again soon.
A great place for winter activities in the Midlands.
Not so sure on this years winter wonderland, delayed start hanging around with young kids, sketchy panto and rude staff at what should be a magical kids experience, only staff these sorts of things with bubbly employees, surely you know that???????
. Not what it usually is, and this year it just didn't seem worth the money.
Not 100% sure I would bring my family of 5 back next year, and from talking to others after the exhibit, I doubt I will be the only one.
Brilliant day doing a Learn To Snowboard In A Day with our instructor James T. Everyone was very friendly and we really learnt a lot from him, would highly recommend!
The food in the Aspen bar is terrible. Undercooked and over greasy.
The best place around to go skiing and snowboarding. Friendly and helpful staff. 3 hours were cheaper than 2 hours at the evening slot that I went to.
Nice place..
The sled arena was great...
Epic experience! Lovely staff on hand to give advice too!
Great place to meet up for quiet chat. Aspen's bar and Starbucks
Excellent staff for learning thanks to Cou for the 1 to 1 tuition
Good slope, good services and food, but the lifts for the indoor slope are terrible - a magic carpet (escalator) and a rope drag lift.
They're in dire need of an upgrade to a button lift system.
Well organised good tutor for 1st time snowboarding lesson. We had a great time
Great for adrenaline junkies, too crowded don't use Costa use Aspen bar, cheaper
Gone downhill (no pun intended) since they now remove the snow from the bottom of the slope, resulting in you having to walk around to the escalator, takes just as long to walk around as it does to ski down the slope now making it alot less convenient, would be absolutely great if the snow was kept there so you can easily glide around
Nice place to visit and ski. Consider the age of children as young children 4-6 find it quite cold.
My grandson really enjoyed himself loved the snow play and the rest of winter wonderland
I went here last weekend. Check out my vlog! 7 year olds review

Amazing day so much to do fun for the entire family!!! Staff are very helpful and friendly
Good fun and something you can't experience in many other places in the UK - real snow!
Excellent facilities, avoid in the rainy season as car park floods
We went to the snow play and our 2 year old absolutely loved it definitely be visiting again.
Very bad service flat pint ordered food but did not bring a knife and fork.
Find somewere else
Very busy. Could do with reducing the amount of people allowed in at one time. We have been twice now as a group having ski lessons. First time was great. Small number of people on the lesson and felt like we learned loads and had brilliant attention from the instructor. Second time was okay. There were more people on the lesson and seemed like there wasn't enough instructor to go around. Would be good if they could limit the number of people on the lesson groups. Understand they need to make money and make it worthwhile for the business but would have made it a more enjoyable experience.
Good fun day for my sons bday, helpful staff and a good dj
What an amazing facility. Had a day snowboard lesson. Will 100% be back again and again.
During Halloween we brought the kids here. Had a great time In the pool then snowplay. A real enjoyable morning
Session started early and the place is run by kids who don't really care but still a great place to go
Did not go here before, but can you go here during COVID?
The winter wonderland was magical well worth the money
Very poor organisation, and over priced for kinder ski starter session. Our child slid approx 10ft 4 times in 45 mins. Late for the session as sent to wrong area. However I did get a full refund.
went to the christmas event, was very good. My son loved it
Half the slope was zoned off for racing. No info on website certainly not ideal for a beginner skier.
We took the kids there for ice skating and tobogganing and they both had a whale of a time! It's not cheap but it's definitely worth the money! Our daughter also attended a birthday party there (it was tiny tubing) and again, it was absolutely wonderful and the kids enjoyed themselves so much.
The snow stuff is expensive, Ringo's are restricted to a very narrow part. The pool and changing rooms and tatty and could really use a refurb
We did the winter wonderland with our 4yo and it was a fantastic experience. Highly recommend
Cold, soulless and lacking in any warmth (from staff).
Good for brushing up your skills. Lessons seem quite expensive and when heading down the slope and over hearing the instructors they can seem quite abrupt with the students.
great fun with amazing prices! 100% recommended for birthday parties, families or for anyone looking to have fun.
Very good facilities for skiing and snowboarding, plus the private lessons have been excellent for getting our two young children started with skiing
Brilliant place, everybody so friendly, the place is buzzing
Really good for learning to ski and snowboard. I would recommend a larger and taller climbing range.
Was really happy when came first time on ice skating , but next time it was a winter wonderland and the ice wasn t really glazed, also it was a disco ball witch was really annoying and every time when you pas trough it you feel dizzy and sick. Hopefully they going to investigate that and clear a problem.
Huge place with lots to do, apart from skiing, snowboarding, snow play and ice skating. You can go on the climbing walls or swim in their pool. A bit expensive but a great treat for the family.
Swimming baths are clean, great to take the kids swimming. Friendly staff on the desk and life guards are always smiling.
