We brought 100 children for a 2 hour snow fun. Thanks for the organisation and helpful attitude towards our learners. The children were thrilled with this experience. A first time in the snow for most of them.

Our group of 17 people had our end of year break up here and we absolutely loved it!! It was a first time experience for all of us so we did the snow tubing activity on top of Xmas dinner buffet which was private and amazing.. We highly recommend Snow planet for group bookings and the staff there are amazing, Sam at receptionist and Debbie who I dealt with for bookings. Thank you Snow planet for an amazing experience , I will definitely be bringing the kids next time. Char

Too crowded, slow queues. Given you have to book they should limit the maximum number of people there.

People also queue for the lift on the slope, so they get in your way and shorten the run. Could easily be resolved if they built a fence forcing people to queue at the bottom by the window.

Our Year 5/6 students had 2x 2 hour sessions and has an absolute blast. To see the kids on the Tuesday struggling and wanting to give up to then watch them racing down the slopes on the Friday not wanting to leave was just awesome to see! Thank you to all the team at Snowplanet for making this experience memorable!

My Kahui Rangatahi Roopu thoroughly enjoyed their experience whether tubing or participating in the Snow Games. The Staff were very helpful, cool calm and collective and appreciate their relational communications. Even my Leaders enjoyed their activity, working together as a group and competing against one another.
Nga mihi nunui ki a koutou te roopu o Snow Planet, look forward to returning in the near future. Keep up the good work.

Was not told where to get tubes, or to get a helmet, no signs on which run was for what, snowboarding looked cool but the kids toboggan and "tube" part was lackluster and dangerous, get warning signs and signs saying where to use toboggan please. Also please tell customers how to initiate the tubing etc, by the time we worked out the where it was and how it worked our hour was over.waste of money.

Good place for a Christmas party, lots of options to do with the ability to use jackets/gloves and all there. Skiing and snowboarding was great, but the end of where the tubing was could be slightly bigger and even padded due to the force some people hit it. Otherwise place was clean and friendly, the restaurant was lovely and the buffet was nice. Prices just slightly high so be prepared

Our school really enjoyed our visit to Snow planet. We highly recommend the lesson if you have never skiied or snowboard before.
The facilities are beautiful and the cafe/restaurant is very accommodating. Most of the staff we encountered were wonderful and very helpful, however, there was one staff member that was very rude to our staff and students by disregarding them when assistance was needed or very sarcastic in her responses when asking for assistance or inquirying as it was some our students first time. A part from her short shift on the lift we had a pleasant experience and would do it again.

Absolutely appalling customer service.

Absolutely appalling customer service.
Came here for my birthday.
Never snow boarded before.
Asked the worker how the machine that takes you to the top worked because I thought you had to sit on it...he was rude and said ...bro, what do you mean?
And treated me like I was stupid.
Then realised there was a place I could go, for learners. Only halfway up the mountain.
Went on the tread mill and
I put my board on and then realised I needed to actually carry it,
When I got to the top, the guy said quite rudely,
Next time you want to take your board off do it down the bottom and read the signs, dont walk on here !

For an indoor slope this had plenty to offer. Spur of the moment thing and could have saved a heap by taking my own gear ( I rolled up in shorts and a t shirt ). However rental aside ( that was my mistake ) we were kitted up quickly and the four hours we paid for was over all too soon. Save some cash and show up with a helmet and warm clothing and just hire boots and skis ( although they are happy for you to take all your own gear and just sell you the lift passes ). The lessons also looked reasonable and from what I saw the class size was small (2 or 3 people per instructor ).

Most of the staff are amazing, but there are a few that are VERY rude and nasty. The holiday programme kids were all over the slope, which made it hard to ski/snowboard. I managed to dodge a holiday programme kid, but the leader of the kids group had a go at me for 'bowling him over' even though I didn't knock him over. She told me to get lessons, when we pay to come here when the whole point of snowplanet is to ski/snowboard!? We pay to come here, just like all the holiday progranne kids. They need to have a dedicated area for these kids so that everyone can enjoy sbowplanet.

Came here for a team building event, booked for 15 people, only 12 showed up. The staff were super flexible, organizing a ski lesson last minute and letting us move the remaining balance over to a bar tab. The food was excellent and the slopes were a blast. Everyone had a great time.

Good accessibility, good terrain park, but less interesting because the items are too short or only for beginners. It is too hard to ride a disc-shaped lift. Riding, but stamina does not run out, but ascends and loses stamina.

We held Dressage Waitemata AGM at Snow Planet with dinner first. Meals all arrived on time as pre ordered & staff were friendly & efficient. Meeting room was well set up and we were well catered for with seating, AV gear and water station. Thank you.
Only suggestion would be to have more bar staff to make getting drinks and paying for meal faster.

completely ripped off by these guys today, I took my family there for the ffirst time and when we turned up, little did we know that they will charge us 5x more then the price of the ticket JUST FOR HIRING EQUIPMENTS!

I am absolutely shocked and disappointed that a place would charge so much per item eg $9 per item, so by the time you have the gloves, pants and shoes etc... they have already charged a ridiculous amount which you have no choice but to pay.

Not to mention the stubbornness of the customer service, on top of all that there was only one SLOW escalator that we had to wait on the line with 200 other kids just to get half way and slide down with the tube and by the way, one line was closed which meant extra wait and frustration. I think for individials or families, be prepared to be charged more than you anticipated. Definately not a good first and last time experience for me or my family

Fabulous place but all the gear hire staff carried an attitude - not helpful, no personable energy, maybe hungover as it was a Saturday am, sharpen up your act !!!
The front counter staff and instructors were exceptional.

I arranged our company's annual Christmas party (2017) at Snowplanet and we were all blown away by the food, the atmosphere and great service. Many of us had never been there before and were impressed with the activities, gear, friendly staff and whole experience. We would recommend this to anyone and everyone. We had the buffet and it was just amazing. Each and every person had a great time, thank you to everyone at Snowplanet!

The advertising is misleading , they do not mention in any of their deals about the charge of 5$ for the pass even though you get four dollars of that refunded at the end off your visit , they could possibly say that the pass costs one dollar? When I tried to call for some information I had no answer after five calls later I got through to the restaurant. Apart from those two things we had a great time and really enjoyed it.
