Sorry for the smecht review but I now wait more than 3 weeks for delivery of 2 of the 3 fitted sheets that I ordered (only 1 received) Would the 31st come, but unfortunately!

Nice sheets, but they all send you unwanted emails. Never buy anything.

Made a large order. That only came after a few days. The quality turned out not to be what we were looking for. I tried calling them for advice and they are not available by phone. Communication on the email is slow and bad. I sent everything back. I feel annoyed by the bad contact and the disappointment with my order. We have now been 2 weeks since they received my return. I still don't get my money back. I'm walking behind that now. I can't recommend them and I don't think I'd ever place an order there myself again.

Duvet cover ordered in September. Find out 3 days ago that the pillowcase is badly stitched. Contacted customer service and received new pillowcase today. Absolutely great!!

I do not understand those people who have a complaint and then post it here as a review. The most logical thing to do is to contact customer service first and give them a chance to fix the problem.

After canceling an order that has not yet been delivered, I have been sent to the wall for more than 1 month to get the payment back. Theft!!! In the meantime, a declaration has been made and the bank and credit card company are also taking action against this extremely unreliable company

What a nice and fast customer service. 4 of the ordered Walra towels turned out to be out of order. After very pleasant contact via email, I was able to send it back via their reply number and I received new towels delivered very quickly. Chapeau!

The duvet covers okay, but the delivery option for the same day and for which you have to pay an extra 5 euros is super badly arranged. Wasted money.

The package did well as expected
One downside was the time of delivery via e-mail that this would take place from 5.30 pm to 7.30 pm that time I was home now the packer was delivered at the end of the morning and put in the mailbox which was not pleasant because the package could no longer come out to get mailbox disrupted .....

Our son was very happy with his army duvet cover. And now it turns out that it also sleeps very well. Can't be better. I personally think the cover is a bit on the thin side (but that can have advantages and disadvantages. Right?)

Friday fast quickly before 1pm ordered. In the evening we waited until 22:30. Then sent mail. My mail responded perfectly.
I really feel valued as a customer.

For me a very big 5 stars.
I bought 2 duvet covers on March 19 after I already ordered 2 a week or 2 before that.
After 1 wash the pillowcases of the 2nd set were shrunk (at 30 degrees and not in the dryer), the first set of the same brand was no problem at all.
In fact, I never really got around to reporting this and only made a report of the week, which I really didn't assume they would do anything about.
Now I received an email that they just send me 2 new pillowcases ... I just got a goosebump and I think that is really worth it, I just give you 6 !!! stars.

Not satisfied with the delivered product, was not finished properly. But the customer service was top notch. It took a while but they kept me well informed, in the end I just received my full purchase amount back.

Beautiful duvet covers, very wide choice and fast delivery. I would give 5 stars if suggestions for a matching color fitted sheet were made when choosing a cover. Now I had to go to a shop nearby, where I would otherwise have placed a complete order. By suggestion I mean as many colors as possible that are also in the opposite and not a few neutral colors that go with everything

The picture raises a totally different expectation than is realized. The image is correct, but it is actually beige beige and the birds on the cover are ridiculously large

Fast delivery, quality fabric 100% cotton very satisfied, printing is disappointing in terms of colors. Print is bluer than on the image on the site. Very unfortunate. Sleeping wonderfully.

I am very satisfied with the speed of sending this duvet cover. I was also very happy with the print when I took it out of the package. Because this duvet cover met my wishes, I first focused on how to wash such a cover for the first time. I have had it in cold water with a lot of vinegar for 24 hours. Then I washed it in the washing machine with a mild detergent and at a low temperature and yet the white is now bluish ... I would have liked to give you 5 stars. I change my three stars to five stars if you help me on my way with the next duvet cover and serve me with good advice. It will be a beautiful bedroom; VT Living worthy! ;-)

Was different from the picture, but OK .. fast delivery but packaging in plastic bag was broken before it was delivered .. tip to pay a little more care about that ... afterwards, I paid immediately after delivery. .
