What a breeze and what a joy. When buying a new house, selling your old one, working full time and raising two kids, time is not exactly easy to come by!
I like that I can email requests and they are always responded to quickly. I don't have to make time to call or come in to feel like I'm getting someones attention. When my homeowners insurance went up drastically a couple years ago, I noticed the change and set it aside to deal with later, but Amy contacted me to identify the increase and suggest some alternates before I got around to it myself. How could I ask for more than that.
